In December 2019 we were in this hotel to participate in the Rose Parade ... from December 25 to January 2, 2020 ... the attention, the treatment, the kindness of the staff were excellent; and impeccable facilities, very comfortable. Friends are missed !!!!!!!!!

The location of the hotel was great. It was right across the Westfield Culver Mall. I had a great time shopping there and enjoyed the AC.

The hotel room was small for $250/ night. The reason I gave a low rating was because of the Customer Service I received.

I called in early to ask for an early check in given the timing and the one time I was put on hold and was hung up. When I was talking to the receptionist, she said I didn't ask for one so the best they can do was 12.

When I arrived, the receptionist helped with the early check in and when she asked if there's anything else she can help with, I asked for toothbrush and slippers. She advised me that "there's a Target across the street"

When I went back from dinner, I asked the gentleman, he said "sure no problem!" and handed me two and even asked me what colors! He pulled it from the place where the receptionist was standing. I sent an email to the Customer Service and they said they will share this with the management team.

I personally won't go back given this experience. It really impact whether to book with Sheraton ever again.

I must share the Culver City is close to Santa Monica Beach, Venice Beach and it's a great location if you want to stay in LA

Nice hotel , be ready to pay $23/day for parking , and food is very expensive($25pp). After I was able to get a discount for parking by signing up for their rewards, they did want to do it for the rest of my family in other rooms. Next time I will go to Double tree

Very nice hotel. Room was clean and very tidy. Soap/shampoo dispensers on the wall of the shower were convenient. There is a dining room to order food from and a bar to get drinks at. A nice exercise area and place for patrons to use the computer we're also present. The free wifi wasn't the fastest I've ever had, but it was adequate to watch streaming tv and that's all you can really hope for. The doors locked after a certain hour, and you need your room key for re-entry.

Nice hotel and area located across from Westfield Mall. The rooms were clean and the lobby has a bar with food. The area seemed safe with no issues. There is a gas station next door for water and fuel. Very convenient place to stay.

The entire staff including supervisors have the wrong customer service attitude. Checked in, first time there, and had to ask which way to my room, no explanation of where any of the amenities were. Was told that I wouldn't get charged for parking when I checked in and got charged for parking (minus $1) three days after checking out. Contacted them and asked why the charges, they asked for my credit card number so they could charge me the missing dollar. Rooms are nice, updated and remodeled, but small.

The 1 star taken away? That's due to the inconsistent water pressures in the bathroom and EXPENSIVE valet parking. The water pressures were very inconsistent throughout the day, their engineering team need to do a better job. and Valet parking....it was ~$40 for one night! That's SO expensive!

We have been there a couple of days. It's quite a trip to the city / downtown. Rooms are OK, bathroom didn't even have ventilation though. The in-house bar / restaurant was good - food below average, cocktails very well prepared, good barkeeper. We ordered breakfast for our once - somehow our order was lost, but when we called it was delivered rather quick and free of charge.

they were doing work on the hotel which made accessing some of the features difficult. I will say that Marriott compensated us with points when we comme ted on our displeasure which We felt was very fair.

My boyfriend was there in a business trip. I sent flowers for Valentines Day thru Postmates(awesome service). The front desk accepted them and delivered them for me! They even put them in water since they weren t in a vase. Thanks Sheraton Culver City!

I've stayed here several times, and it's a very nice Hotel. Check pricing early, as prices fluctuate .... also remember to add in the parking fee, as they charge paying customers that are staying at the Hotel. This also makes it inconvenient for guests that are staying longer than 30 minutes, as they have to pay to visit you.

Decent remodel, interior of rooms looks more modern than exterior of hotel. WiFi was quite flaky but not a deal breaker. Didn't eat in restaurant but coffee bar was ok, cost was a little prohibitive. $6.50 for a double macchiato, Starbucks a better bet and across the street.

Very green hotel bulk soap, shampoo, conditioner dispensers instead of thousands upon thousands of tiny plastic bottles headed to landfills.

Excellent location with regards to services. For those without a car, there is a shopping center across the street, a strip mall on one side, and a gas station on the other (for those with cars).

Also regarding location, there is a highway right behind the hotel. The noise may be an issue for some if seeking a quiet, isolated atmosphere.

There s a swimming pool open until 11p which made the kids happy. The fitness center is open 24 hrs/day. Convenient. However, there is no ventilation (other than a/c) so it kind of smells like you d expect a gym to smell if it had no windows. There s also a rubbery smell like new flooring that is still releasing chemicals. That s not surprising given the fact that the room is totally closed up.

We got to hotel at 7 pm and were welcomed to a smiling person behind the counter. When we got to our rooms i got what i expected a medium sized room with a shower and a huge tv. Overall the stay wasn't the best in the world, but i enjoyed it.

My favorite hotel EVER! I have over 200 stays at this hotel and it's like a second home to me. Randell and the staff are second to none! They are like family! Its newly remodeled and is super comfortable and just a great place to be. It's the best hotel on the westside for the price! I highly recommend this hotel. 5 STARS for sure!

Room was clean and be a bath and enemies amenities were great to have right in the shower in with a pump. The bed was comfortable and our view was great. I wish that there was more plugs near the bed. But over all we had a great time and the staff was friendly.

Very nice rooms here. Breakfast bar is EXTREMELY expensive, approximately 40-50 USD for 3 people. The location is beautiful, and the hotel is nicely kept. Beds seemed to be comfortable and air conditioning works wonderfully.

Nice and reasonably priced hotel close to LAX. A plenty of parking around the building (not free). Rooms are clean and well maintained. Vending and ice machines on each floor and a snack bar in the lobby as a bonus! Also, free bottled water for SPG members.

We always hold our party or get together here. Just last week we celebrated my aunts 99th birthday here, we chose buffet style. We had tri-tip with mushroom sauce, some chicken and salmon, they were good but nothing to boast about. The hotel's party planner/coordinator is not someone you would want to work with if you don't want to end up like my cousin's state of mind... anxious, nervous and worried if the party is going to go smooth as planned.

Employees are not quite gentle and polite. Manager has attitude problem. The hotel also arranged a local rental car company. The company charged additional fees and told lies again and again. Location is very good though. Breakfast is not quite three star quality.

Not a bad hotel service for me personally, but my brother left his wallet in his room and came back to find all of his graduation gift cards and cash stolen! Singles had been put into his wallet in an attempt to trick him into thinking no theft had occurred. The hotel staff are currently looking into it, but he might not ever get the money back, unless the thief confesses and is forced to pay it back (and we have assume it's a staff member who stole it in the first place, as no one else had access to the room, but it's possible it wasn't) Sadly, wouldn't recommend staying here.

We went for an amazing social event. Even though we didn't stay overnight, the staff was very courteous and obliging. Parking was easy. I'm unsure about other amenities though like wifi etc...

Attended for company's holiday party. Hotel bar was generous with the pours. Dinner buffet was ok for buffet fair, but the fruits and potatoes were very good. Staff was very good at quickly clearing places. Overall, it was a good place to hold the event: good food, good staff, generous bartender.

Repetedly served us on dirty dishes. Cups had lip stick stains. And they don't have silver ware out on tables. Had to wait about 5 min after getting food until they were finished running around to actually start eating breakfast.

Probably the best Four Points I ve ever stayed at. Cute Hollywood decor and great service with comfortable rooms. There s a large mall across the street with plenty of food and shopping options.

Have housekeeping turn off the alarms in the rooms before new guests get in. Nobody wants to wrestle with an idiotic alarm that can't be unplugged in complete darkness, long before they are supposed to wake up.

Not being able to unplug the alarm clock is the most idiot idea I've ever seen in a hotel. I won't be back.

Above average roadtrip hotel. Met our needs for 2 a night stay. Clean & current with amenities comparable to competitors in same range. It's right across the street from a large mall. It's also right by the freeway. So, you can hear the freeway noise at night.

Nice
