During Covid-19: Always call any hotel to confirm amenities. For THIS hotel, rooms are clean. No daily room cleaning, only once per week now, maintenance not onsite, no dry cleaning, NO BREAKFAST the kitchen and restaurant have been closed (site still says available but is not), the snack case by the front desk is open, liquor stock was brought upfront... have a drink! Security was gone then it was back then it was gone, front entrance is locked for security you must knock on front glass for desk attendant to let you in, desk staff reduced to single shifts. Note: I am extended stay and accept the loss of amenities, these are unusual times.. the remaining staff is very nice and ready to help if they can, Hotel is easy to park and access, everyone parks in rear of hotel to more easily enter and access elevator. Masking is a state order and required wherever you stay. CVS and Quiznos are behind hotel within walking distance. Overall, I choose to stay here because I like the location being out of the way and the friendly smiles and professionalism of the remaining staff.

We stayed here on our honeymoon and it was perfect. We were able to reserve the White Suite- it was very serene with beautiful turquoise bath tile and the bed was like floating on a cloud. The best feature was tge large, secluded deck area with lots of comfortable seating. The complimentary breakfast and mini- bar were also a nice touch. Sara was very gracious. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants and clubs. I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles Westside!

What a lovely place to visit! I will surely come back here! Honestly, I was a satisfied customer with the delicious and tasty coffee and foods that I eat for my breakfast. Besides, I thank the waiter that served my order nicely and properly.

The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. The facilities are clean, up-to-date, and in good working order.

The breakfast buffet costs about $15, standard price for hotel dining. Want cheaper? Eat out. They offer scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, fresh fruit, custom omelets, Belgian waffles. Dining staff is very attentive and friendly.

Internet speed is capped at 1Mb/s. Go game somewhere else. Otherwise the speed is fine for other uses.

Walls are not unusually thin, they are standard hotel walls so yes, you hear other people.

Lot parking is $12 per day. On-street parking is available outside the fence. Read the parking signs for street cleaning days to avoid tickets/towing.

The strip shopping behind the hotel is not sketchy, it just needs better lighting. The CVS is a convenience to be so near. The nice shopping mall is easy walking distance. The neighborhood is not a crime area; I walked many nights and found no one on the street to give me concern.

If you are familiar with Courtyard Hotels, this unit carries the brand name well. It is what you expect from any Courtyard.

Good location and decent rooms. There's no 24 hr dining option - restaurant closes at 11. Also no complementary water in the room. They did offer me one bottle at the time of check-in. The sheets were crumpled and it didn't look very clean. It probably was just not ironed, but all the creases made it look dirty. Good for a short 1-2 night stay.

Could use some updating, so not quite up to standards of a typical Courtyard. However, the rest was: helpful staff, warm pool, gym, clean and bright. Not a great location itself, but central for an LA visit.

Ridiculous that you have dinner with a guest at the hotel - 3 hours total - and they want to charge overnight parking rates of $25. This is just a Courtyard in Culver City -- they should get over their attitude. Oh yes, if I object I can park on the street.......or I could go to a better hotel!!

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and I feel that the location is much better than the other location. After arriving at the hotel, I also added money to the room where I could see the opera. The facilities are very new, and there is a step in the surrounding area of the rocky area. It is not far from the place to go shopping. I will only choose this one next time!

Attended a 2 day conference here.... tiny chairs, basic food and bad wifi. A place that has space for company conferences for 150 people should have better wifi. It was super slow. Little dated. It was the closest place to our US office. Don't think we'll be going there again.

I stayed alone for 5 nights and I was super happy! My room was so huge and very clean, which is the most important thing for me, as I'm a very picky person! Also the staff were so kind and so lovely.
Especially Mr. Gustavo R. He welcomed me in the mornings while having breakfast and was very friendly and helpful.

At this point, the breakfast was very continental and delicious. Especially the waffles. Loved them!

The location is great. With a 15 min walk you reach the Westfield Mall.

100% Satisfied!

I have never been 100% happy with my hotel when I travel for work, but this place is great. Kudos to the management and the team here. Everyone made my stay perfect. So glad Marriott bought SPG.

For the price (cheapest I found near west side LA). Booked this hotel since it was near Marina Del Rey and was headed there the next morning. It's also close to LAX and Culver city as well. I'd say the location is good for the price. The other issue is that parking costs $25 a night. But there is street parking across if you can find a spot. The rooms were good for the price, clean and I was able to get a good night's sleep. The AC is the older built into the window design so those are usually on the louder side if that bothers you. Bathroom was definitely not as maintained since the drainage of the bath tub was slow even during showering it would have a pool of water in the tub. Overall it was clean and modern. I liked the coffee machine and they gave plenty of cups and coffee / amenities within the room.

I was charged $200 holding fee for a room that I had already paid for. I asked for the Manager and was told that I would receive a call back. It s been 48 hours still no call back and my funds are still held!!

We stayed at this hotel last weekend. It was really calming, and it was in a great location close to downtown. It's also our first chance to see the area while we're here. We admire their workers' friendliness and sympathy. The five-star ranking is fully justified.

I hate thinking about the hotel I stay in while I m traveling for work. I want to show up, know everything s in good order and go about my way. I also don t like feeling like I m putting out hotel staff, and I don t like my concerns being dismissed, ignored or neglected.

I checked into the Courtyard Los Angeles Westside on 10-21. Within an hour of checking in, I called the front desk to alert them to a substance on my bathroom floor that strongly resembled dried feces. Nobody came to clean it within a half hour, and I left for work to come back 3 hours later - and the substance was still there. I called the front desk and they sent someone up immediately, and she cleaned the substance very well. That evening, the TV remote wouldn t work so I called the front desk. An engineer came up, explained to me that somehow remotes don t work when you turn the tv, and swapped remotes with me. Almost immediately, the new remote only worked intermittently, and remained that way for the next two days. That night, I saw four ants crawling on the room s desk while I worked. The next morning my sink didn t drain for a half hour.

When I checked out I shared these issues with the counter work who wrote them on a notepad. Never once when I talked with your staff did they offer an apology or acknowledge the nastiness and inconvenience I experienced. Never once did they offer to compensate me for the experience I had there.

This hotel provided exceptional service from the moment we check in until we checked out. I was really impressed with the overall hotel. The good amenities, accommodating staff, the quality and variety of foods, and really nice and big rooms. They have great attention to detail and were really particular to customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!

As part of the trip, my friend and I stayed at this hotel, and we were very pleased with it. The room was enormous, with a colossal, spacious bed in the middle. There is a bathtub in the shower. Breakfast is fantastic! The customer was well looked for!

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, well maintained rooms. The cafe offers room-service or food to-go, as well as table service. Plenty of parking. The pool and hot-tub were clean and relaxing. Very pleased with our stay.
