I was here for a professional event, catering was great. Clean and spacious hotel right across the street from the Westfield mall. Nice and friendly staff. Paid parking (first 30-min free). At the time of this review parking cost for overnight guests was $17

An older hotel that has been refurbished. Nice enough for a couple nights and convenient to the mall. Very small bathrooms and there was no hot water on a Saturday morning at 7:30am.
Located directly across the street from a mall and with easy access to the 405 freeway this is a great place to stay in the Culver City area. The rooms were nice but the in room air conditioning unit sounded like a small jet landing every time it came on. Not great when you are trying to sleep.
Stayed here twice, both wonderful experiences. I planned this one two weeks in advance and payed for it in advance. All to find out when we get here that I m not old enough to stay here? This hotel isn t worth it. The rooms are cheap quality and over priced. I stayed here for the customer service, but obviously they don t care anymore about that. I ll be sure to tell everyone NOT to stay here. Thanks for taking my money.
Four Points Westside LA is a really nice hotel. I was a bit surprised as the hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the exercise room is modern and well kept. The breakfast is nice and well priced. The hotel staff have been extremely courteous and gone out of their way to make me feel welcome. For example, the maintenance folks have held the side door open for me at times when I'm coming in. Not expected on my part but they are aware of their guests which is great! All in all, Four Points LA Westside is truly the "best-side".
Affordable down to earth, subdued luxury. Excellent location across from shopping & restaurants. Professional & polite staff at desk. Much better property than those next to LAX runways & at better price point. Short drive to Baldwin Hills Overlook that has best view of all of L.A. I'm hard to please, but this property has me very pleased! The 8th floor (highest floor) is reserved for SPG members & I'm greatly appreciative of having my status recognized!
It's not a 5 star hotel but I give it five stars because they have the nicest staff. Been staying here for years and love the location. Next to two malls and a park nearby for running and workouts. It's been nicely renovated as well. Gym is much nicer and I like having the safes in the rooms. I do wish that they had an airport shuttle but you can't have it all I guess. I travel around the world and this is one of my favorite places to stay.
The construction is annoying they where banging on the walls at 8:30 in the morning then manager gave me attitude for using the wrong elevator which I was not aware it was for construction, the front desk messed up my credit card payment three times I got locked out of my room cause of it. They also don't have a jacuzzi I've been happier at holiday Inn express
Clean, rooms are remodeled, staff to the last person check in on your stay every day, GREAT PLACE TO STAY, I have stayed twice for 6 days and 9 days, Just took a 30 day trip through the South, this was the BEST of 30 hotels and motels including the Drury in San Antonio.
Great deal! This hotel is quiet, although it is right off the 405. Great place to stay for business, or if you are visiting LA and want to stay in a decent hotel in a decent neighborhood for a good price.
Hotel is run down and parking is 32 a night. There isn't enough parking for the place so people park in the red lanes. The towels that we had in our room were dirty and the sheets didn't really fit the bed. The rooms were tiny for the two queens that we're in my room, basically no other space at all.
Don t let appearance fool you! One of the sheets on my bed is full of (what appears to be) MOLD. Disgusting. Additionally, my reservation stated that we could request a rollaway bed for our room. When we did, they said sorry, your room doesn t accommodate a rollaway (despite that it was mentioned IN our reservation confirmation). Looks nice, is actually nasty! Good luck.
The location was very close to the beach and the airport. Room is very nice and the air conditioner had been turned on before we arrived to the room. All staff was helpful and friendly!
The service at this hotel was solid. Amenities and took were as you'd expect from a four points. Nothing is super nice or special but everything is solid and good enough to do the job.
Nice hotel in a fantastic city. Clean rooms courteous staff. Breakfast is perfect and if you visit the restaurant do not forget to try the Steak breaks them. Handsome and the pool area. I propose it to you unreservedly
Staying at a neighboring hotel and wanted some different food. Four points was accomodating and provided the right food anf atmosphere for a relaxed evening.
Under construction when I was there, but still comfortable and clean. Rooms were decent, first night smelled strongly of bleach, but at least I know it was clean haha
Great place for Business Travelers, but I wouldn't recommend it for family or vacation stays. It has everything a business person needs and there was a large mall with good shopping and food located within. There wasn't any good spots nearby, that is why I don't recommend for vacation travel. However, if you are in town for a few days, its the perfect place. The rooms were clean, the AC worked well, (if you can work a digital therm.) the beds comfy (I stayed in a single king), there was a large flat screen TV, good size fridge and most importantly, black out curtains. A colleague heard a humming in her room from what I assumed to be her AC unit, the front desk offered to have her switch rooms at midnight so she wouldn't be disturbed. Sergio, the night bartender, is a riot, he is certainly a memorable character. The entire staff was pleasant, helpful and courteous. Parking is costly, but the pool and restaurant are great. Pros and cons just like any other establishment.
This hotel is awesome. What a great turn around story. I was here a few years ago and it was a dump. Now it is remodeled and the staff is attentive and first rate.
You can't plug your devices into the TV's in the room. You either get free breakfast or points, but not both. Lots of traffic noise. But they do give you bottled water. Shower was very fickle.
We were in town on January 12th for a very brief trip for business. We had some small problems with our room, but front desk agent Sandy G. made up for everything. She was very helpful and responsive, and really turned our impression of this location around.
Staff very accomodating and breakfast was spectacular! Unfortunately we were not provided the correct amount of beds which was very unsatisfactory, most of us had to sleep on pull out beds which were very uncomfortable. Shower and all facilities lovely and location was perfect. Would stay again but only if correct beds were provided
Overall a good place to stay but a bit pricey for the services offered. The bed is very comfortable and large and would allow for a good sleep, if only the hotel wasn't so close to the highway and you hear the constant cars noise all over the night. The breakfast is ok. Location, except for the noise, is perfect. If you can sleep with earplugs then a great choice
This would've been an excellent review as we had our annual men's father's day brunch. What dinged the experience is one of the hostesses to address another hostess across the room while one of our speakers was on the podium sharing. She did this approximately three times many found disrespectful. I've actually in all of my adult life never seen anyone do this witch is why it was so shocking. The facility was great the front desk was amazing this was the only blemish on an otherwise great gathering!
The breakfast was delicious although the pancakes were hard. The checking was easy checkout too the pool was nice and fresh deeper then other pools I've been to which I prefer
Stayed here for a week & was an enjoyable experience. Simple accommodation but good service especially in the restaurant which accommodated my breakfast request outside of normal hours. Staff very personable & helpful, got exactly what I expected at a reasonable price. Location is such that it's rarely crowded & right across the road from Westfield & 405 freeway. Will stay again.
Dont stay here, they had a security guard come into our room at 2am to check if room was occupied. Turned on light and left once they realized there was and left. No knock. This was obviously scary. The hotel Manager Randall Gray took a week to follow up, was not very friendly and offered us apologies and a very small amount of points for the inconvenience. We did not sleep at all that night and from what I hear, this happens all the time at this location. Book a different hotel.
Great place, secure and good rooms. The gym is super clean, very good equipment by any gym standard and you can get in a proper full session. Thanks for installing water efficient shower heads.
Clean hotel in a good location. Has a great breakfast with made to order omlets everyday! Note SPG benefit members can use their welcome gift to pay for parking!
