Four Points by Sheraton Los Angeles Westside Review

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Check in process was simple and quick. I would stay here again for sure.

I stayed there because my flight was cancelled and the airline gave me a VOUCHER to spend the night (for free/ on the airlines tab) in their hotel.

I was there for 6 hours. I had to give them my credit card in case anything was wrong with the room.

On my next credit card bill I see a charge from them for over $200. I call them and ask them to explain and they say it is a mistake. They were trying to reverse a charge for me but instead accidentally charged me? Whatever that means...

Each time I call they tell me it is fixed and I will see the refund in 3-5 days. Each 3-5 days later it's still not there. I've called at least 4 times and left two messages. 2 months after my original "stay", I'm still waiting for my refund for something I shouldn't have been charged for in the first place....

Wouldn't recommend it unless you are veryyy patient or have money to throw away.

Newly renovated and beds are very comfortable. Centrally located for easy access to LA's hotspots.

Hotel is nice, staff is friendly and location with a mall across the street is super convenient. Mandatory parking fee is annoying though.

They are finishing remodeling so there were some hiccups, but the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I didn t stay the night but went there to meet someone. Interior was very modern and clean. The front desk staff were attentive and friendly. Note that this place has pay parking so you must take your ticket to the counter to get validated. If you ask nicely they will validate it for you without paying.

The worst check in experience in my life. Had to spend 3 hours in lobby at midnight as night time manager has no clue how to do his job and on a top of that was rude. I am a Marriott Ambassador Elite for life and Marriott member since 1990s. This is the first time I am thinking on leaving Marriott program, but hey, there is always a rotten apple somewhere and these guys are the WORST HOTEL!!! DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL, MANY OF THEM AROUND TO CHOOSE FROM!!!

Rooms are good. There is some construction. Overall good area with lots of stuff

There is a shopping mall right next to it, making it ideal for shopping. The hotel staff is helpful, and the shop staff and passers-by are friendly and helpful.
The 24-hour gym of the hotel is also available, so you can eat too much.
The musician is the only difference in temperature, but if you prepare it properly, it is recommended that you access places that you can enjoy.

The hotel was definitly preatty awesome the beds really nice but thr tv is kinda crappy and the room service food is only ok. Also watch if u have kids the guy who let me get room service let me sign for my mom even after i told him i wasnt a grown up. But on the other hand thats why i liked it ;)

Freeway noise was bothersome. Rooms had a strange stank.

We were there for a niece's quinceanera. Wonderful venue, staff, food, bar, and accommodations we're better than expected. All in all they helped us have a memorable life event and a good time was had by all!!! Would highly recommend!!

Very nice. Busy location. Parking is $23/night. But nothing in the area has free parking. Small rooms. But nice.

Close to airport and large shopping mall..some rooms are noisy due to being close to highway

I was surprised when I entered the hotel because it seemed so good. It seemed like they pumped in fresh flowers/lavender. The hotel was very clean and up to date. It looks like the recently remodeled.

A very quiet hotel, I love having a mall in front of the hotel, the people who work there are very friendly. The room is very comfortable and the bathroom very clean. Very good for a quick stay. There is a gas station next door.

Centrally located to everything and all the freeways. This part of town is the best. And the staff is genuinely kind and helpful. So nice and such a warm place for families as well.

Overall, a good Four Points by Sheraton location. Room was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant on the first floor was great. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great check in speed and courteous service. Business center not up to speed--staff not trained on fax. Od there's a conference going on hotel guests will suffer.

Great hotel with no baggage help though! Had 4 bags and I had to deal with them on my own

Rooms are small but well done and except the entrance vs toilet door fight, the rest is quite comfortable. The internet is reliable, the ac is not very efficient but still working and the fridge is appreciated.

No real view to speak of, a very small pool and work out room, parking that you have to pay for, and a modest restaurant/eatery under construction, coupled with less-than-helpful staff left something to be desired. The location was fabulous in terms of convenience, so there is that.

Shocking - overbooked the hotel so made me walk to another hotel with no directions across a parking lot with heavy baggage. No help. No support. Extremely rude staff on front desk who was passive aggressive and completely unhelpful. Worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Had the dinner special Tuesday with fish and chips and it was very good. Excellent slaw, fish was done well too.

Great experience at this hotel. The location is great, easy access to freeways and shopping centers. The Westfield mall is across the street with a Target. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was cheerful and helpful. We had a view of the roof, which wasn't great, but everything else was great so we didn't let it bother us.

I've been to this hotel a number of times and have+ always been satisfied with the room and service. I stayed here last four months ago and forgot two of my shirts when I checked out. And haven't had a chance to go back until today. The desk clerk was so pleasant and helpful. He, after a number of calls, got the supervisor of the workers who clean the room to help me.
This fellow leaned over backwards to find the shirts even though they were boxed and stored because they were found over three months ago. He was kind, curteous and even validated my parking without me asking. Will always stop at this Sheraton!

I wish i could give this hotel no stars!! It is midnight, ive been up since 5am central time, i am trying to sleep and the air conditioner is not working. I go down to the front desk to ask to get it fixed and Daryl rolls his eyes at me and tells me they will come when they come.I tell him that the thermostat just seems to be missing batteries at that I'm really tired and if he just gave me the batteries i would change them myself. In exchange he just sneered at me rolled his eyes and raises his voice at me and says "i said they will come when they come" Wow!! Horrible customer service I'm paying to be yelled at and disrespected

Was here for a conference. The arrangements were well managed and the food was good

I went for an orientation and they put in directions that it was very easy to understand

It was fine, just another hotel. Breakfast not included.

Uncomfortable beds.. dirtyhalls need to be vacuumed...inside elevator #2 doors nasty grounds.. nasty over priced ..if all the Marriott Sheraton are like this the owners should be embarrassed..no I will not say here again
