Great quality, 5 min walking distance from the beach

Nice clean rooms. New hotel which is nice. The complimentary daily bike rentals was fantastic, you can ride the bike next to the beach! A fantastic experience!

The staff was very helpful we left a item there and they kept it for us until we could return the next week and pick it up

Suite is nice and clean. Staff and crew are nice and very helpful without being bothersome.

Nice clean rooms. We had a spectacular view of ocean and mountains (north side). Very friendly and accommodating staff. A game room where you can play pool, darts and shuffle board. Cute bar. Small workout room. Walking distance to beach and Santa Monica pier. Cruiser bikes to take (they come with a lock).
The only downsides; pool was closed for renovations and the shower was not on par with the rest of the room.

Bad experience ,, the only advantage is the free valet parking .. Close to the beach ,, far from the center of Santa Monica .. The rooms are large and the bed is comfortable .. The gym is open all day, but the gym is old and worn out

Excellent service. I had an issue with the shower not working, but the hotel immediately addressed the issue when I brought it to their attention, so perfect guest recovery. I would definitely come back.

Randomly came across this hotel, and I'm glad I did. My room has a beautiful balcony with all the basic amenities you could ask for. The tvs are a bit outdated, but everything is clean and nice. That balcony with the ocean view is just amazing. My first room was one over the street, and that was a bit noisy from all the cars, but still alright.

The hotel also has an awesome game lounge with a pool table, bar, shuffleboard, big screens, darts, and a bar! Not crowded, so it's an awesome place to relax and have fun.

The staff is really friendly and the complimentary valet is amazing! Did I mention they give free bike rentals!? Not the best bikes, but still awesome to have.

If you plan on staying, get a room with a bigger balcony and ocean view. You won't regret it!

We had a corporate meeting in the Penthouse level. Staff was courteous and helpful. Hotel is very beautiful inside. Layout is a little confusing.

This is a great hotel, I've stayed there a few times now. Clean, quiet rooms. Check-in is always a breeze and valet is quick to help with bags and retrieve your vehicle when you need it. A medium sized bar is located down on the main floor and is a awesome place to grab a drink. It a great hotel.

Nice hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Location is pretty good, ten minute stroll down to the beach. We used the complimentary bikes to cycle to Venice and the complimentary shuttle to drop us down to the cinema. The pool was nice to come back to after a day sightseeing too.

This is a great hotel and the service was excellent. Free valet parking and four hours of free use of the hotels bikes. It is a short distance to ride down to the beach and along the Venice Beach walkway. Head in the other direction and you are at Santa Monica Pier. The rooms are clean and modern and had the most comfortable beds I have had in a hotel. Upon arrival you are greeted with champagne (although I am convinced it was non-alcoholic which is fine) and a friendly staff. One of the hotel managers came over to us at breakfast and asked us how we were enjoying our stay and chatted with us for awhile. I would definitely stay here again .

Haley Kruse and the hotel staff at Sheraton made my stay in LA amaZing. I loved the room, location, and the excellent service. I can't even clearly write out how much as home they made me feel. They were THAT good that they even congratulated me on my new job with a thoughtful surprise! I will definitely come back!

The Meridien is an excellent hotel with a great location, comfortable nice rooms, and a nice gym. Frances from the front desk is incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly and makes the Meridien feel like a welcome home away from home. Thanks Frances for all you do!

Not a bad stay. Champagne upon arrival and free bike rentals (though we waited forever to get our bikes after being led to two different people in guest services). They also have a game room to watch the big games and hangout with friends. The outdoor pool seemed small but nice and the indoor bar was not bad. For food - they don't have anything vegan and do not go out of their way to accommodate. For example, I needed a microwave and they said "they're all taken". The kitchen apparently doesn't use microwaves (eyeroll) and because of that, they don't have a general microwave that can be used by guests.

The room, though pricey, was small. We had to call 3 times to get the things we wanted for the room (including a missing, standalone vanity mirror).

Not bad for the price. Good looking lobby, friendly service. We got upgraded to the deluxe room and it wasn't bad. Not exquisite, but clean and comfortable enough. The AC was noisy, as was the bathroom vent. Pleasant stay overall despite a few minor nitpicks.

Beautiful hotel, central location in Santa Monica. The rooms were clean and spacious and the lobby was beautiful and comfortable. They also have a free car service with some room packages which is first come first serve.

My families 4 night stay at the Le Meridien was a wonderful experience. Everyone was very nice, attentive and professional. It was in walking distance from the downtown area of Santa Monica, valet parking was efficient and shuttle service was provided also. We certainly enjoyed the free bike rental. I highly recommend the hotel as it is pretty and comfortable.

Rooms and common areas seem well maintained and like they were refreshed fairly recent. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach.

Great property within walking distance of the beach. A pretty long, but doable walk to the Abbot Kinney. Amazing considering you can rent bikes for the day for free and ride to Venice Beach easily. Great for the active person and one that likes to shop.

Only reason it gets two stars it because our room had a good view. My sister and I both got sick after spending one night in this hotel. Better yet, we stayed at the same hotel a few years ago when it was a Sheraton. We also got sick then. I'm not saying this hotel is cursed, but there's definitely something off.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Staff is very friendly. Not far from the pier and beach. Lots of things to do in the area.

Breakfast was good priced right for the area. Small but good selection of beers. The new wife says one of the best French onion soups she ever had and that is saying something since she orders it every time she sees it on the menu.

Rooms are nice and very clean. We stayed two nights and then went on a cruise. Came back for another night before we left. They caught on it was our Honeymoon. Not only did they upgrade our room but also sent us up 2 pieces of cake with a congratulations note.

Would definitely recommend. They where great before they knew it was a special occasion. But went above and beyond for us.

This is a GREAT hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The views are great when it's not overcast. You can see the mountains and the ocean.

Went here for a wedding that was scheduled last minute due to the fires happening all over California. The staff were extremely professional and courteous. For an event that had no planning except for a few hours, I would say the quality of service was exceptional. Very satisfied with all the services that were provided.

The overall decor is nice and cheerful but the rooms are quite dated including chilling paint.

Great experience with the staff everything from great coffee in the morning, free bikes to cruise around and free Valet parking. All service done quick with a smile.
