Four Points by Sheraton Los Angeles Westside Review

Great place to stay since its location is adjacent to the Westfield mall if you're looking to shop or need to get something conveniently. Also in proximity to Culver City, which had a nice downtown area with restaurants and a few bars.

It was my son's birthday weekend and he enjoyed his stay

Nice room, friendly staff. Only had trouble with room keys not working and being mistakenly sent to an already occupied room.

Great hotel, with bar & next to mall neighboring a industrial/ poor area

A little outdated and musty, but decently comfortable and clean. Very friendly, helpful woman checked us in at the front desk. No good views from the rooms. There was a clean, outdoor swimming pool. Would stay again if visiting for a business trip.

Clean, nice, friendly, rich breakfast, everything super and the best in front of this macys, target, ulta, David tea etc!

The facilities were great but the staff was lacking, or should I say one member of the staff. She walked across the room speaking loudly at one of the hostesses. Yes I said at not to. It was in the middle of one of our speakers presentations during our churches men's father's day breakfast. Felt very disrespectful and a very bad look for the venue.

There was a party in the downstairs 1st floor. My room was above the party... So lound with music and loud banging noise..Called the front desk said there was nothing they could do ..The front desk said the party should be over soon...Not helpful at almost midnight and no sleep...I asked to moved to another room ...Oh there were no other rooms available. Wow...DONT STAY HERE HORRIBE CUSTOMER SERVICE CANT BELIEVE THIS IS A SHERATON! !!!

We got that to that area while charging the electric car. It's just standard luxury experience I love their Lobby the customer service everything is wonderful I would give it 5 stars for keeping up their level of service from years ago till today

Location: Awesome. There is a mall right across the way and is easy to get to from the airport. Room: Clean Service: Okay. If the four people I interacted with, 3 of them were awesome. The other was rude and seemingly incompetent. Benefit of the doubt, maybe he was new.

Good experience staying the night. Sure to the Sony Studios was convenient.

Hotel plumbing is old and dirty. Carpet is old, emanates danky air.

Good value if visiting LA in high season. Close to freeways and busy street with lots of shops and basic earring places. Room is fairly new and roomy and insulated from noise.

Great place, reasonably priced. Employees are very friendly and it has a nice little dining room if you want to stay in for any meal.

Rooms are comfortable. Rooms are not large but have a nice sitting chair and good TV's. Across the street from a shopping mall. Easy on and off to the freeway.

The hotel was nice and clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was real food.

We originally filter the search for complimentary breakfast and parking, but after we got to the here, we found out there is no complimentary parking and breakfast. Not only that, the room does not offer complimentary water for the coffee. How was I supposed to drink coffee? Definitely not from the sink. Not good if you're staying here for vacation. Not worth it for the price that we paid for 2 nights and parking. We paid similar or less for better hotels before. We also didn't get room service to our room for fresh towels and hygiene products. When we were leaving the hotel after our stay, we heard a guest downstair who was very upset because room service had cleared out all of their belongings when they're stay has not ended. Very bad customer service. The only thing we like was the room was clean and inviting.

Recently remodeled rooms, nice and modern place. Parking costs extra per night, but it's a safe gated lot. Excellent location, easy access to the 405 and 10, rooms let in a bit of highway noise, but nothing to complain about.

It is convenient for shopping and restaurants also Cloe to LAX. FOR THE MONEY THEY CHARGE YOU CAN FIND A BETTER PLACE FOR CHEAPER IN MY OPINION.

Close proximity to Culver City, Venice Beach, Marina del Ray etc. Accommodations were nice and room well appointed. I'd stay here again.

Kind front desk staff tried to keep our stay comfortable, but the engineers never fixed the stinky sink- the drain smelled terrible and prevented us from wanting to spend more time in our room. They did comp our parking ~75% ... though paying for parking in a city like Los Angeles was ridiculous in and of itself.

I've stayed here a couple times and never had an issues until last week. While I was cleaning up and getting ready to check out, I found a used tissue in my bed. I told the front desk, but I did not even receive an apology. I sent an email to Starwoods, and I still didn't get an apology. So that the only recourse I have is to post a public review. I won't be staying here again. Gross.

It's a clean and nice hotel. We have a pleasant stay there yesterday. Good.

Great staff nice rooms had an issue and promptly taken care of. Does charge for parking which they charge enough for rooms so should be free but still worth it. Definitely need to get a rental not that close to anything you will spend a ton on uber if no rental

Staff is helpful. Hotel arranges universal studio booking and transport.

The Four Points Sheraton lobby/restaurant was beautiful! Parking validation a bonus.

The room service hours of operation noted on the in room menu and the actual hours of operation. This made for a few awkward conversations with employees and disappointments on my end.

There were also a few days when they only provided one bottle of water and I counted on there always being two new ones.

Nice, clean facilities. Quiet. Food was very tasty, but none of it complimentary other than coffee in the morning. Breakfast buffet is $18.95 per person.

Was in town taping an episode of Jeopardy and this was the slightly cheaper of the two hotels they recommended. Stay was superb. Clean rooms, very responsive staff and a warm pool. Staff recommended local restaurants and were very helpful when us country rubes forgot our tickets for the parking gate repeatedly. Would defiantly stay here again. I thought the breakfast was a little pricey but everything seemed expensive in LA to a hick like me. Overall, trip and stay were totally worth it!

I was recently here visiting with friends from out of town. The lobby and property are on the smaller side. There is a 24-hour convenience shop with microwave near the front desk. Parking is paid and gated in the front, outdoor swimming pool in the back. The restaurant is open in the morning until 12pm and the bar opens in the evenings at 4pm. Wifi is free and fairly quick. The large Westfield shopping center, with plenty of shops and dining, is literally a 2-minute walk, directly across the street.

Bad experience ever no good service even they didn t attend the call

Good price, fairly close to LAX (about 10 min). Right infront of a Shopping Centre/Mall and the breakfast is good. Rooms are clean and look nice however some repairs done to the ceiling are badly done and is kind of an eyesore. Overall I would recommend.

Parking sucked but the room was fantastic and the area is super nice.

Very nice, very friendly, kids and pet friendly, the parking lot is rather large behind the building so don't be discouraged.

I would give zero stars if possible. They didn t have my room when I showed up! No apology, no sympathy, just said they oversold the hotel by seven rooms so you have to go to a different hotel, here s a letter for a free stay there. We will reimburse you for your Uber ride, bye. And bonus, I have to go back tomorrow and check in to my original room. Don t stay here, go anywhere else.

I booked this hotel since it was near to the airport and Venice beach. Nice experience overall, courteous staff, nice room, gym, pool and some other facilities. Breakfast was good too. Overall enjoying my stay here.

Great property, lots of parking - at a fee - but plentiful. Convenience store next door, as well as a Westfield mall with lots of options. Rooms are nice, staff is friendly.

Small room but it overall nice amenities. Nice layout of the hotel. Bartender hT was in the first night was super engaging and really friendly.

The perfect location for hanging out to the beach and close to many activities. Totally recommend.

A pleasant but unremarkable hotel catering to airline personnel. Local brews at the restaurant are a nice touch. Breakfast buffet is too expensive. Walkable to mall, drug store etc.

Nice hotel right next to a mall with a lot of good food options. The room was very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. They do charge for parking but I guess almost every hotel in LA does now.

The room we were in was kinda outdated, my privacy/blackout shade was broken, but I was able to fix it myself. The Hotel is currently being renovated , I did see the inside of a updated room and they were very nice. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The food at the Restaurant was very good. Once this hotel gets done with the construction its going to be very very nice. Easy freeway access and Shopping Mall with tons of stores and food right across the street. I would stay here again. The reason for the 4 stars was because of the outdated room and broken blinds.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. Check in was smooth, rooms were clean, service was efficient, and the breakfast was incredible. Truly a remarkable experience.

In breakfast water and juices are not at buffet table. If u required water and juices.
U must be call to Waiter. The Waiter are always busy. But if U give him some tip. Then service is more excellent like water, juice, hot water.. The other menu of buffet breakfast is good and self service.

There are no slippers, toothbrush. Impossible to open the window in a room. Air conditioner is louder than boeing. Door handle is looking over you.

Clean hotel with standard amenities. Rooms had a bit of a funky smell and the bathroom was small but it does the job.

They have done an excellent job with their remodel. Although there are still small details missed. Cleaning of the tile in the bathroom of excess grout....ac is very old and loud.
