Catalog of errors: we were downgraded from a room with a king-size bed (that we booked) to a room with two queen beds "because the hotel was busy", we then had the wrong bedding despite having been clear about allergies. The staff were curt and unhelpful. The breakfast was tasty but again staff were disorganised, we had to wait for cutlery, and half the tables had empty dishes on them. The whole place seems understaffed and simply not well run. Would not stay here again.

I can't believe this woman took a full coffee and pastry from my chair while i went to the restroom during a conference break. The worse is i didn't get a replacement. There's a reason why hotel cleaners are hotel cleaners. Even that is a hard job for their little brains!!!
Excellent hotel for business visits and shopping. Nearby is a large Westfield mall and a cheap Marshalls clothing store, where you can find famous American things for very funny money.
Chic, recently remodeled West LA hotel at good bargain vs comparable hotels in area at same budget. Book soon b4 rates increase once full property remodel is complete.
Stopped by to pick up some items and the inside of hotel (lobby, restaurant) look nice and feels welcoming. Heard there will be some renovations so this place could be looking better when it's looked fine already. Rooms felt small
Sorry, my review is in LANGUAGES to help Indonesian who has a trip at USA: 1) Good 2) Clean 3) Friendly 4) Close to the mall which is fully equipped and cheap2 5) WC no bidet but near the sink so it is quite helpful for us Indonesians who are accustomed to using water 6) There is a swimming pool 7) At the gas station The car (next door) has a 24-hour mini market that can help us to get water, snacks, etc.
Nice place. Not extravagant. Headboard electricity didn't work at night. Worked miraculously at 7am on the dot. Hopefully they don't shut the wall electricity off at night!
Comfortable, clean, well appointed rooms with an overall aesthetically pleasing touch. Near Trader Joe's and Sprouts, so that's a plus. Very friendly staff.
Room was a bit small. Shower was decent with water pressure being on the slower side. Bed was really comfortable and really liked some of the amenities.
I spent 5 nights there. It wasn't my worst experience but not my best either. Room was a bit small and pillows were really bad. They were so soft, like there was nothing in them. No complimentary breakfast. It was nicely located as it was close to Lax, the campus at Playa Vista and Westfield mall.
The inside of this hotel is beautiful. For a first time experience in LA they set the bar for me. The room is very nice and the view outside is good as well. They treat you with respect at the front desk and I would definitely stay here again given the chance.
Room was clean and modern. Air conditioner was loud, and when it wasn't running nose from the road and highway were noticable throughout the night. WiFi was free, but breakfast is not included. Overall good value for the price, which was significantly less than others in the area.
Stayed for business. The hotel was nice and clean and had a good breakfast. However, the business center was severely lacking and the computers did not include Office programs.
Nice experience, 15 minutes by car from everywhere u want to visit in LA. The reception were very helpful with nice smile all the time. Very helpful about how to make the best choice as a platinum member, they got me the parking slot 26$ a day for free. A big shopping mall with everything from grocery to latest fashion is just across the street.
Great service. It is an Old motel and needs a good cleaning and updated rooms. Comfortable but in a somewhat less than desirable area. For the money decent and what I expected. Convent location but only ok for a few nights not an extended stay.
Way over priced at 160/night. Especially considering they are undergoing renovations that shake the entire building starting at about 8am. The internet service was unusably slow.
Hotel in Culver City Ca. Very close to Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Marina del Rey. The cost is lower and very good location. They give you coffee in the morning and it is comfortable in facilities
Location was good. It has a mall across the street. It is close to the airport and yet is not very noisy. Rooms are clean, service was good. Parking is not free.
Overall the hotel is good: perfect location (it is close to the freeway and 30 mins driving from all the main attractions). Rooms are quite big and clean, the bed was really comfortable. They have a nice pool and a good gym Breakfast has many options (sweet and salted) and you can have fresh omelette as you want. On the other hand it is close to the freeway and the windows don't isolate you from the noise (even those on the back).
Nice hotel with great service. It needs to renovate their rooms but the location is the best if you feel like shopping in Culver City, it is in front of Westfields shopping mall.
This location is close to UCLA (by LA standards. About 20 min. 35 if there's heavier traffic.) and right across from the mall. Behind it is a CVS. There's even a gas station on the corner. Rooms are clean and contemporary and the staff at check in we're attentive to our needs. We also had a great experience in the restaurant with the family. Pool isn't indoors so it might be a bit cool for some guests.
All of the double bed rooms face onto the highway and are loud enough you'll need earplugs to sleep. So, as long as a restful night's sleep isn't important and/or you don't bring the kids you'll do fine. Parking is an additional $23.00/day (or more) so there are additional charges.
I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton during the COVID-19 pandemic when safety and cleanliness were of vital importance for me and my party. The hotel and our room were very modern and clean, and our room window had been open prior to check-in for increased air circulation. Staff was wearing masks every time I encountered them and was friendly. Some COVID-19 safety measures in place during our stay besides the obvious mask requirement in common spaces included access control (valid room key card needed for building entry), reduced maid service (once a week on Fridays), and the temporary closures of the fitness center and restaurant. The business center and pool remain open though, but note that there is no hot tub. Overall, I was pleased with the safety and cleanliness of the hotel.
COVID-19 aside, here are my personal pros and cons:
PROS: I loved the TV in our room, which you can watch YouTube, Netflix, and more on. Also, there is a large Westfield mall right next door with Target and a ton more.
CONS: A major downside to this hotel is the expensive parking ($27/night); however, there is FREE street parking just a block away near Chase Bank on Green Valley Circle & Bristol Parkway. Additionally, another downside can be the location depending on your itinerary. Many popular LA attractions are a 20-30 minute drive away, with the exception of the beach.
Modern, trendy hotel conveniently located just a few miles from LAX Airport and close to the 405 freeway. Westfield Culver City Mall is right across the street along with plenty of restaurants and a CVS in walking distance. Clean, contemporary lobby. Rooms are nice and have USB ports and plenty of plugins although the bathroom is slightly small. Overall, great location and modern amenities.
I was attending a meeting at this hotel and the manager Tiffany came in and started yelling at the event hosts. I am not sure what the argument was regarding but it was extremely unprofessional to do so in front of myself and other attendees. Having worked guest relations for multiple years I have never seen anything like it.
I attended an event that lasted several days at this hotel and everything was fine. I did not stay here but what I saw when I stayed in the lobby, I found that the event rooms were modern and spacious, the architecture and art present was tasteful, and the seats were comfortable and participated as part of an exhibition of art too.
I stayed during COVID-19 conditions. I felt safe, welcomed and staff was happy to help. Housekeeping is restricted, the on-site restaurant is closed and facilities are restricted but all is understandable. Close to the airport and Culver City .
Helped to work an event at the hotel. The only issue I had was that there was very little time between when the event I was working ended and the next event began because staff had to rush us out to the lobby in a hurry.
We were very welcomed at check in and the hotel is very nice! The service is spectacular and very well located, close to a mall and easy access to several places. Highly recommend.
Very thin wall, shower has 2 level super cold or super hot, car exit gate was out of order, you have to ask for shaving essential and shower cap , expensive parking fee $23 per day and too small room. Not recommend at all
Pleasant surprise! Spacious, clean and modernized rooms! Good hotel rates bu note parking per day is not included and may be quite expensive $25 to $50 per day.
Nice location.... Went there for a funeral repast and banquet rooms are large for bigger crowds. Food was a nice luncheon with pasta salads and sandwiches
