The worst check in experience in my life. Had to spend 3 hours in lobby at midnight as night time manager has no clue how to do his job and on a top of that was rude. I am a Marriott Ambassador Elite for life and Marriott member since 1990s. This is the first time I am thinking on leaving Marriott program, but hey, there is always a rotten apple somewhere and these guys are the WORST HOTEL!!! DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL, MANY OF THEM AROUND TO CHOOSE FROM!!!
