I stayed there because my flight was cancelled and...

I stayed there because my flight was cancelled and the airline gave me a VOUCHER to spend the night (for free/ on the airlines tab) in their hotel.

I was there for 6 hours. I had to give them my credit card in case anything was wrong with the room.

On my next credit card bill I see a charge from them for over $200. I call them and ask them to explain and they say it is a mistake. They were trying to reverse a charge for me but instead accidentally charged me? Whatever that means...

Each time I call they tell me it is fixed and I will see the refund in 3-5 days. Each 3-5 days later it's still not there. I've called at least 4 times and left two messages. 2 months after my original "stay", I'm still waiting for my refund for something I shouldn't have been charged for in the first place....

Wouldn't recommend it unless you are veryyy patient or have money to throw away.
