Rooms were spacious, walk in shower was beautiful. Close to the 401 and all amenities

Staff very friendly. Shuttle service was great to our destination. Rooms are clean. Nice bathrooms. I found the products they offer for soap and toiletries were too strong a smell. Took a long time to wash off the soap film. Wondering if they use a water softener as that may explain why that was the issue. Soft towels. Coffee in the lobby was nice. Very easy to get into and out off off the 401 going east.

Overall great hotel awesome service and exquisite dining, would come again!

The rooms were actually fantastic for the money. Really nice tile and glass showers. Beds were great. The sheets weren't all stiff and starchy.

Clean rooms, convenient location off the freeway if you're working in the area.

Rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. Our keycards stopped working and we had to go to the front desk to fix them. The rooms can be loud if there are people in the hallways, we had to ask a family in the hallway to have their conversation elsewhere as it was keeping us awake.

Just plain nice and clean. But stupid regulations as not accepting cash.

Stayed overnight last night and it was great. Every state member that I met we're nice and polite. The bed was very comfortable but everyone commented on how nice the pillows were.

The service and rooms were great. However the walls facing the hallways seemed very thin as I could clearly hear everyone entering and exiting their rooms. Granted I was reading in a quiet room, so your mileage may vary.

The hotel seemed nice but my experience was awful. Myself and some of my groomsmen stayed in the hotel the night before my wedding. This was September 15, 2016.

We decided to go swimming before the pool closed. We were in there for less then an hour and our eyes looked bloodshot. They were super red. At first we understood; it's probably is a chlorine pool. However, our eyes weren't just red, they were constantly burning. For the rest of the night we could barely open our eyes. We also got stuffy noses and headaches. Our eyes wear teary for hours. I went down to tell the front desk and although they sympathetic, all they did was provide Visine for us and told us they will close the pool. We were thankful for the Visine but it did not help us. We had to go to a 24 hr Shopper's and get some other stuff.

We ended up going to bed miserable with our eyes burning and red. Not a great way to spend the night before my wedding. I wish the hotel staff was more sensitive and did more to make up for the fact that our night was ruined.

Bed us comfy, but room has no space for clothes that are not on hangers. Breakfast overpriced.

Tried to book a room and was sent to their Marriott booking line. Some of the worst customer service ever. Very rude and condescending from the start. Ended up lying to me then hanging up on me when I pointed it out. Being a Marriott Member, I will still find it hard to consider booking with them again. 30 minutes of waiting long distance on the phone with nothing to show for it.

Nice clean hotel rooms. The staff is delightful and breakfast was good. Great location, close to the highway. Check out time is at noon, while most hotels are at 11 which is really nice.

The reception extended our checkout time a few times to accommodate for a wedding. Awesome!

Location was good. 1 hour from Toronto. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The pillows were amazing. The front desk was welcoming and friendly. Check out and check in was simple.

I stayed here about 3 weeks ago. I had a wonderful stay!

Rooms were nice and service was excellent. Only issue was one of the elevators was out of service.

I ordered the bridal suite for my daughter and her husband for their wedding night and they were given just a regular suite. Very disappointed with the service. They chose this location for their out of town guests so they brought in quite a few people. One room was so musty that they had to be moved. As a result, they were late for the wedding. Poor customer service all around.

Was not impressed with the service but the room itself was fine. We booked them for our wedding. Anne Kelley was impossible to get a hold of. On the day of our wedding my husband checked in early as we requested, but our room wasn't ready so he wasn't given a key. When we returned after our wedding they wouldn't let us into our room or any room mistakenly thinking it was another guest. We waited for 20mins on our wedding night to get into the room we reserved. Not a great way to end the night. We should have booked a different hotel. Would not recommend.

Good hospitality. Nothing to complain. Everything was set in order and worked seamlessly. What more to expect in a place where I stayed for a night. Thanks guys.

The heater in the room must of had some mold in it or something because I became very stuffed up and by the end of my visit I was feeling ill. Once I left and was out in the fresh air I felt much better

Rooms were clean. Beds very comfortable. Small pool. A few things outdated. Shower rod all rusted through. Didn't get a chance to speak to any staff other than front desk.

room wasn t very nice and the cleaning staff start knocking at 10am on a 12 pm checkout stay anywhere but here!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. We were here for the wedding and we were very happy with early check in. Rooms are very clean. This hotel is close to 401, but we didn't hear any noise coming from the highway. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I would highly recommend this hotel. This is my home away from home. Location is excellent, close to 401, plenty of things to see and do. Staff is very friendly.

The location is in a not so good neighbourhood. But the staff are friendly and very accommodating.

Nice rooms with courteous staff. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean (of varying design and size). Attended for my brothers wedding preparation; staff were very helpful in ensuring that all party members were taken care of.

I have stayed here three times.

Each time got progressively worse.

The rooms smell.
Mattresses are old and squeak.
Internet is spotty. Great in one room and terrible in others.
Bathrooms are old with rusty fixtures and dirty grout between the tiles.

With so many choices will perhaps move to the new doubletree down the road or perhaps Airbnb.

The lobby was very nice, the front desk helped me with everything I needed they were very accommodating. My room was comfy and cozy, especially the bed. Overall it was an exciting and pleasant stay.

The rooms are very nice. The bathrooms spacious and the beds perfect for people who like soft and those who like hard. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Only downside is that the restaurant is not open from the end of breakfast to dinner time and no room service during those times as well.

Had drinks with a work partner at the bar. Sat in the dining area. Waitress was nice but clearly had too many people to look after. She dropped off menus and immediately walked away - had she stayed 10 more seconds to say hello she would have found we only wanted drinks

Staff was very friendly and accommodating in the midst of the pandemic. Location was quite accessible, and rooms were clean. Good hotel in the Cambridge area.

Breakfast options could have been better as there are no vegetarian friendly options for the live cooking area.

Since I am traveling a lot I can assess the previously visited hotels well. The hotel is in a really great condition for North American standards. The rooms are first choice, the cleanliness top and the service is professionally friendly. If now tomorrow morning, the breakfast fits then the thumbs up. Highly recommended.

Supplement. After several years here again and again accommodated so slowly the quality of the rooms.

We used the Four Points for our wedding guests in October and the organization of the bookings/wedding block was very disjointed, with poor communication. Some guests were told the block was full, when it wasn t - some were told the hotel was booked that night, when it wasn t. Everything is reserved through an external system. They did add some extra rooms after our blocked was closed when I brought this to their attention. I was disappointed with the customer service provided by Anne - not professional or very courteous (and called me by the wrong name on most occasions.. and not even something close). We had the hotel shuttle reserved for our wedding party and I happened to be in the lobby that morning and there was a sign up sheet for our wedding guests - which is not at all what it was for and I don t know why it was assumed that was what we wanted, and I m thankful I saw it before all of our guests were confused as we had buses set up. We wanted the room to be serviced at 9am so that everything was nice for photos and they showed up at 10am - they shouldn t have said they could do our room first at 9am if they weren t going to. Other than that, the actual hotel experience was fine, but very thankful I don t have to deal with it anymore.

The staff were incredibly friendly & accommodating. The in house restaurant is quite good. Try the vindaloo!

Everything is in great shape and the staff were excellent

The room was mostly clean but there was a strong smell of mold on one of the pillows. Since we were only there to prepare for a wedding and then made it back late we did not make a big deal of it and just put the pillow on the other side of the room.

Quiet room, comfortable bed, and an great shower. Room and bathroom were very clean.

Close to the airport. Had nice clean rooms, comfortable beds and spacious double bedrooms. The easy soap dispensers in the shower were an awesome bonus.

The hotel room and the location is nice. However there was a mix up with the rooms and a family already had our room booked and had beer in the fridge and tried to walk in while we were there, I had to give them their beer and they had to get a different room. This also means they were in the room before me and I had to stay in the un cleaned room (it was clean as far as I could tell, but there wasn't the usual servicing between the previous family and me). So far I have received no accomodation for the inconvenience. This hotel should also have free breakfast included I think, but it does not.

Everything was good. Only the Reciption staff or a lady working there in lobby ( she is rood) and unprofessional.

The room was very clean and the restaurant had a good breakfast buffet. Overall it was a great stay and it was a good value.

Pretty good for a one night stay. Nothing special, nothing around... Service at the restaurant was very awkward. However the front desk staff we very accommodating.

Conveniently located along major highways, quite new and spacious rooms, good pool (no changing rooms). Overall positive experience. Quite disappointed with breakfast food selection (continental breakfast is limited by cereal and toasts) and flies coming out of coffee creamer.

Excellent for business travel, has all amenities, and very nice staff.

Convenient location off the highway, although the facility seemed a bit lacking for a business traveler. Heating / cooling in the room was difficult to master. Standard room, nothing fancy.
