The hotel seemed nice but my experience was awful....

The hotel seemed nice but my experience was awful. Myself and some of my groomsmen stayed in the hotel the night before my wedding. This was September 15, 2016.

We decided to go swimming before the pool closed. We were in there for less then an hour and our eyes looked bloodshot. They were super red. At first we understood; it's probably is a chlorine pool. However, our eyes weren't just red, they were constantly burning. For the rest of the night we could barely open our eyes. We also got stuffy noses and headaches. Our eyes wear teary for hours. I went down to tell the front desk and although they sympathetic, all they did was provide Visine for us and told us they will close the pool. We were thankful for the Visine but it did not help us. We had to go to a 24 hr Shopper's and get some other stuff.

We ended up going to bed miserable with our eyes burning and red. Not a great way to spend the night before my wedding. I wish the hotel staff was more sensitive and did more to make up for the fact that our night was ruined.
