Location was convenient to whistlebear golf course for golf and a wedding. Staff was friendly and helpful. Elevators were slow and stairs were only accessible from lobby when unlocked by staff which was inconvenient.
This is one of the nicest hotels in the area with very convenient location close to 401. Sabrina at the front desk was very helpful, and she took tie to explain where everything is, gave me information about surrounding area, and even printed some directions for me. I would highly recommend this hotel!
Booked in for a wedding, very soft comfortable beds you sink into. Room wasnt the cleanest (stuff on carpet, stained chair, shower wasnt scrubbed) the front desk staff was really nice, but several of the vending and ice machines were broken, with no proper signage indicating so.
Restaurant was.. Limited in stock, but served fine. Could have been 4 stars, but after all the raving, it was a let-down.

Fantastic checkin for my stay this week, the agent was very friendly and helpful. I ran into a plumbing issue during my stay and when presented to the staff they were less than helpful. Due to this I can't give the property more than 3 stars however all in all its a nice hotel in a good location.

Nice and very clean hotel. Very disappointed in that there was only a stand up shower and not a bathtub in the room. Would also prefer to see real blankets on the bed and not these seemingly waterproof (noisy) quilted pads being used as a blanket. It was unfortunate that the restaurant was totally closed and you couldn't any type of breakfast. Would I stay there again? Probably, because of the location and the cleanliness.

Very impressed by this motel. Lobby was clean, modern, and a smooth check in. The room was reasonable size but very modern and clean. The bathroom was what you would expect in a higher end hotel and the best part of the room. Room was very clean and even the cleaning ladies were extremely friendly. The nicest surprise was the excellent breakfast buffet that include all the hot breakfast items you could wish for and featured a made to order omelette which was delicious. Probably one of the best values I have stayed in and would satisfy even the highest expectations.
The location is not very ideal, mainly due to it being near the highway traffic noises.

Average hotel. Checkin was not very welcoming... rude staff at front desk as well as the morning breakfast chef..who thinks he is Chef Ramsay! Extremely rude staff. 1/5 rating for them. Breakfast was so so, nothing special. 3/5. Room carpets smelled like they were wet and old 3/5. Pool and Gym was excellent! 5/5. Location is 5/5. Wifi is 4/5. A little slow but easy to stream Netflix. Overall a 3/5 experience. In my opinion they need a better staff to get 5 stars from all customers.

The employees here at Four Points by Sheraton in Cambridge, Ontario are very friendly and helpful. They made my time here exceptionally great. We had great talks and lots of fun at the bar in the evening when it was raining outside. They also gave me hints on where to go and how to get there. I can absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone.

A bit disappointed in the overall experience. While the young man at the front desk (Dragomir) was EXCELLENT, our room showed many signs of lack of attention to detail. Old wash cloth in the bathroom, and the bathroom floor certainly was NOT checked closely. The shower? YIKES ! Tried to adjust the shower head and thought I had torn the whole thing out of the wall. Cheap shower head. Immovable ! Just completely lacked any attention to detail for cleanliness.
Other than being a non smoking facility, this place very nice! Indoor pool, the room is heated not the pool. Fitness center is small but functional. The diner is also a bar. The staff are friendly, even the maintenance personnel. They have laundry service for a fee, but they also have one washer and one dryer that guests can use. The dryer doesn't dry big loads very well though. Overall, it is a very nice place to stay. I'd say high priced for Canadians. Since American currency is a bit more valuable than Canadian dollars, it isn't bad if you think about the prices in relation to what it converts to in USD.
Rooms need a deep clean. Sheets and towels discolored - should be white. Breakfast is good.

Stayed for a business trip... clean simple room in a quiet location.. the room was a little cold even with the heating on and lighting was not the best but overall a comfortable stay

My wife booked this as a mini-honeymoon for us. The service was exceptional. They even let us switch rooms as we were not satisfied with the one that we booked. The room service was prompt and effective, the staff were friendly. They have an on-site gym (which has a few treadmills, a workout bench and a dumbbell rack), a swimming pool and breakfast area. I would suggest that you opt for the breakfast package, as it includes a wide variety of delicious foods. If I'm in the area again, I will surely consider booking with Four Points.
This is the 3rd time we stayed at Shereton Cambridge and ee enjoyed our stay at 4 Points. It was quiet and was easy to get around close to the hotel. The staff was accommodating to our needs. Will stay there again
Excellent place to stay! We were very impressed with their service. We had a wedding block at this hotel, and they were very accomodating with early check in requests, they decorated our room with towel art, and flower petals. We even received a card and a bottle of sparkling wine. Highly recommended!
Friendly staff, nice aesthetic, overall good enough for a short visit. The breakfast food was rather expensive and the elevators were kinda scary.

The dude was playing video games when I tried to check in. My key card didn't work. The guy was realitivily rude when he had to come let me into the room I just paid a $130 to stay in.

Quiet location that smells a bit funny. It is in the middle of farm lands, so the whole town smells like cows. Inside the hotel is newer and we'll appointed. It is close to the freeway, but quiet, so no road noise. The bathrooms we're bright and big. A good night's rest for someone needing a place close to the up and coming town of Waterloo.
