My stay was excellent, staff was very nice. Rooms were good, and I'll give it a five star even though I had minor issues with the internet connection, but Nicole from the front desk fixed that in no time!

I had stayed here for a night after a wedding. The shuttle service wasn't available both times I called it. Followed up with the front desk but no one calls me back. Really bad service at this hotel. Would not recommend. You can get something in Kitchener for way less and for better quality.

Very clean, quiet and spacious rooms. You can't beat the room size and I have stayed in many four points nationwide. This one has a smaller indoor pool but an excellent workout room. Even though a wedding was going on, we slept like babies. The bathrooms appear brand new and the staff have done a great job caring for the overall property. We didn't do bfast at the property but headed to Toasters Diner approx. 3 km away. Do head there and enjoy a big feast

Disappointed to find out it would cost us $11 for a continental breakfast and $15 for a continental breakfast if you do not like previously frozen scrambled eggs. No coffee maker in the room, and tv is so old. Not ok.

Friendly staff, clean, custom omelette option during breakfast is nice. Wi-fi during some stays have left something to be desired. Water is a bit hard but this is the same everywhere in this area. I stay here when travelling for work and get a company rate, so can't say much for the pricing.

Excellent hotel for corporate guests.

Had great time at their Preston Bar & Lounge, their bartender Brenda was great!

As new Marriott Bonvoy member I will stay here again!

I stayed at this hotel for a work conference a few weeks ago. The staff were friendly. The hotel was clean and the food was good. The kitchen staff in particular seemed to show a lot of interest in the guest ensuring that they are content and had enough to eat. Overall, the stay was good. I would recommend this hotel to others.

I stayed here overnight for a wedding I was attending, and was very happy with the experience that I had. Though the trip was short, and I didn't have time to experience the fitness center or other amenities, the bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. The lobby was a bit underwhelming, but the staff was very friendly and efficient. Definitely a great place to stay if you find yourself in the area.

We stayed at the Four Points after our wedding at The Pines just up the street. The staff knew we were the bride and groom and treated us accordingly! The warmth and service of the front line staff was really the highlight of our stay here. They made towel swans accompanied by faux flower petals on our bed, warmly congratulated us and chatted us up at breakfast, and so on.

I cannot give a five star review because there was a mix up; we were booked for two nights and everyone else was booked for one night, but we got put in one of the rooms that was only checked in for one night one of our siblings got the towel swans before we did!

They straightened things out quickly though, and overall it was a positive experience. The buffet breakfast was good.

First off Anne Kelly who is in charge of booking weddings was VERY hard to get a hold of, which is kind of important when it comes to weddings. She never answered her phone and took days to answer emails. She spelt our names wrong and was generally not very organized. The website they had to book rooms was not functional and many guests had problems booking in our block. Also the whole point of the block was to get a discount for the guests and the wedding block ended up being more expense then if they booked outside of the block. Second, when we came to the hotel the rooms all smelled musty like old carpet/furniture mould or maybe a previous smoking room. The front desk was given door hangers for our wedding block to give out to our guests as well as vouchers for breakfast the next morning. These were both not handed out accordingly and the front desk staff was basically incompetent. Lastly it was our wedding night and our party had two suites booked but under different names. My brother and his girlfriend got our newlywed champagne and rose petals on their bed instead of ours!!! We would never recommend anyone staying there!! Save your money and a lot of headache and book with another hotel!

Not really geared for kids. Seems more business traveller friendly. Breakfast staff very curt and unhelpful. Even though I booked free breakfast with room they didnt have it on file. Big hulaballoo to prove I and husband and 2 grandchildren were entitled. By then after arriving later than we should have (945). A big scene to get our breakfast ensued which just about meant we had no time left. We wont be back.

Check-in was fine, and the beds were comfortable. I recall when I made the reservation months ago that it was an easy process. They have heavy blankets that make for a good night's sleep. However, there were small details that were More

Came to the hotel for a dance competition. The kids loved swimming in the pool. Breakfast was a bit pricey but they did have free coffee in the morning. We had a great time overall, beds were soft and staff were very accomadating.

Great front desk help. Strahinja was a very nice man. He was very helpful with all our problems (when we lost our cards). Very funny. The rooms were nice and clean. I recommend staying at this hotel. Just saying very nice hotel. 10/10 front desk and everything.

The hotel staff was great. The branch manager and cleaning staff were extremely accommodating with the 4pm late checkout. However, when I was trying to use my Platinum food voucher, she gave me a remark that "everyone else that booked on hotwire has free food vouchers," but I would have to pay for an upgrade if I like the hot food. Ended up, being mislead to pay for the hot food. This was extremely unprofessional, especially since there are so many other hotel options in the area but I chose to be loyal to the SPG group and have been for several years. Hopefully this can be remediated.

My Husband and I, recently stayed at this Hotel for a wedding. Perfect for what we need it for. Close to the highway and close to the wedding venue. The wedding party had the buffet breakfast arranged for us in the morning, it was a nice end to a beuatiful wedding!

The location is just off the 401 highway. Good central location for activities in Cambridge, Kitchener and Waterloo. In a pinch not too bad for Brantford as well providing you don't mind a drive along the river and through downtown Cambridge. The hotel room I'm in is large and roomy but could use a easy chair in addition to the couch. The desk is a good size and functional for working on. The WiFi is goo, I haven't noticed any interruptions or loss of signal. The room is showing it's age but is clean and in good shape. The wait staff in the bar / restaurant are friendly and efficient. Overall impression is good.

Good: Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The price wasn't bad, and service was friendly.
Bad: We had to pay a $400 damage deposit (that was refunded upon checkout) that we were unaware of. It is far cheaper on a credit card. The receptionist didn't tell us our room number, so we had to look on the card packet. We also were not informed of the check-out time until we read it in the room.

We would definitely stay there again without hesitation.

Conveniently located just off the 401, this hotel seems a little older with limited amenities for a three star hotel. The room is nothing special. Bathroom is barebones design although they have the soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower you see in a lot of hotels now. No tub. Room did have a microwave and a fridge. The beds felt as hard as rocks while the pillows were all super soft meaning no support for your neck or head. Service was fine considering we were there only one night. Close location to Whistle Bear so good chance a lot of people stay here for weddings. I did and it fulfilled it's need. Prices are reasonable and we got a discount for booking under the wedding.
