Four Points by Sheraton Cambridge Reviews

I had an excellent stay at Four Points Cambridge. Rooms are spacious, staff is very accommodating, there is a movie theatre and Sky Zone nearby.

Very clean hotel, staff is friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and good sized rooms. When I go to Cambridge this is the place I will only go to.

Rooms ok, typical hotel room. Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are upscale.

The hotel is well located, easily accessible from the 401. The reception staff are very warm and friendly. The rooms are excellent too.

Stayed in a different hotel, but visited my fam who stayed there while attending a wedding. I m glad that I chosed not staying there. The lobby was smelly and the room was not clean at all.

Amazing customer service at this hotel. I have stayed here a handful of times and everytime I am blown away.

Location is further from my intended destination from other options however it is a good price, rooms are very clean, and has good amenities like the gym and restaurant downstairs

An average hotel. Fairly clean, but could use some more attention to detail, especially in the bathroom, where there was some black mold in places and a gross booger, stuck on the wall, above the toilet. Nothing to rave about, but nothing to rage about.

The good; Bathrooms are large. Rooms ok, staff good. The bad; Our room seems to be over the banquet room where the DJ music from a reception is so loud it plays over the television while we are awake and makes it difficult to go to sleep.

Stay here for a wedding.. Another car rear ended me in the parking lot.. There was no cameras.. Perfect..

the breakfast wast terrible, we optied for the brunch (upgrade from the continental breakfast). The bread/bagels were stale, the omlets (eggs over cooks, brown) with too much oil. The jam was so dried out, it was discussing. English muffins had an odour to them. For a Sheridan hotel, the in-house restaurant sucks.

As for the hotel, nothing special, but it was clean. Oh, for hotel service has nothing available from the kitchen, had nothing. I ended up walking to a concurrence store for the grandchildren near by.

For a Sheridan hotel I'm deeply disappoint the the quality.

Ps, how about putting a garage can by the elevator/ice machine for people.

Mildew on shower walls, only one of the 2 elevators working and it was slow, but the service was good and so was the breakfast

The location is awkward to get to first off. The rooms had stains on the carpets and extremely dirty grout in the bathrooms. Breakfast was horrible. The eggs were either severely under cooked or watery. And the croissants were as hard as rocks (and we ate an hour after breakfast started so they shouldn't be). The pool was gross. It needs to be cleaned. Not to mention the tiling being ao slippery I was afraid for my kids! I won't go back. Not worth the money

Stayed at Four Points with my family. I liked their rooms, fridge and microwave were very convenient for us. Kids loved the pool.

After staying in a real dump in Indiana the night before and cursing the only 2 hotel I found in Waterloo, I found this one along the 401 on my way to TO. I had a school bus that I was bringing back from the States and the girl at the front desk was very nice to let me park the bus on the property and directly below my room window to keep an eye on it. The room was very clean I had problem with the internet but called and got it resolve right away. I ordered a ceasar salad excellent by the way, the woman who brought it up was so nice and polite, the tray with the salad was very well presented. I could clearly see the difference between a dump and 5 stars hotel. The mattress was new and comfortable (I always check the seems of the mattress now for bed bugs) The price was reasonable for me. I will definitely stay there again on my way back when I go back to Tulsa to pick up another bus providing they will still accept the bus on the property. The only down side of it there in no close by restaurant or fast food at walking distance

Adequate,. Dining room has limited hours and no room service available when dining room is closed?
Soft drinks available in machine only accept bills and change is not given.
Housekeeper only arrived as I was preparing to leave for a wedding at 3 they were busy preparing for a full house. None of our 3 rooms got tidied. We were able to get fresh towels and extra cups.
Coffee maker also microwave and fridge in the room.
Construction in the area makes it a challenge to get too.
Reasonable price.
Reception service 2 . Many issues with key card not working.

I had a wedding to attend and booked for the night of the wedding. Then got an email saying my reservation was for the next night but I couldn't cancel the reservation without being charged bc it was too close to the reservation date . A scam by the hotel to make money on a night they wernt fully booked

Fast service at the front desk and clean rooms. A great place to stay if you are traveling down the 401 as it is right off the highway. Buffet breakfast available in the the lobby which.

Amazing hotel, very large modern rooms, pool, jacuzzi, and very nice staff. Nightly the price is up around the $200 mark but you get what you pay for. If ever in the Kitchener/Waterloo area for more than a day this hotel is the hotel for you!

SPG has always been at a good level, and the location is very good. It is on the high speed side and the price is very reasonable.

Awful and I haven't even made it there yet. Had my father book me a room for a few days from now, which they put down the wrong departure date. After calling back to fix their error, they ended up charging me $50 more for the night than previously stated. The price listed online IS NOT CORRECT. Listed at $109/night+tax = ~$129. Ended up paying ~$170.00 for one night. So glad I get charged $50 for their mistake. Also the lady on the other end was rude to my father, who was only trying to help me out. Probably going to call and cancel and rebook with someone else.

Nice clean room. Nice restaurant / bar. We stayed all week and the weekend crowd was a little rowdy

Stayed for a wedding. Room was very nice with a big bathroom and walking shower. Room had a king size bed that was very comfortable. We also had their buffet breakfast with made to order eggs. Great stay

Tried booking online did not work properly and there ended up paying 119 for the rim instead of 87. Not happy

Excellent staff, very accommodating and friendly. Brenda at the bar was wonderful. Rooms are nice, pretty big, internet was o.k They are conveniently located by the highway.

Clean, quiet, cheap (due to COVID), but felt completely safe. Staff used proper precautions and were professional and caring.

Nice and comfortable rooms, but the wi-fi was subpar and the network port didn't seem to work.

It's a quality hotel. No issues sleep was great. AC was working but machine has issues though.

Most unfriendly and rude staff.....never in my life have I experienced such a unpleasant stay. We were booked for the entire weekend but it was so bad we checked out early and went to another hotel. Funny part is I work for a hotel rating website (a very large one that you all lave heard about) and I stay at many different hotels to observe and rate for our online clientele. Let s just say avoid this place at all costs.

Nice hotel by Hwy 401 with lots of parking close to the hotel. Bright spacious rooms. The shower was built using clear glass and although very trendy, it makes it hard for others to use the bathroom while someone is in the shower.

Breakfast expensive and not included but you can not be surprised for a heavy tourist area. Clean room, friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay and would return specifically to this hotel.

Female workers attitude attitude. From front desk to server at breakfast. I have contract work in the tri-city at GVI, Laurier univetsity and Conestoga. I had my last stay at Sheraton Four points.

By far the worset yet I thought this would be a good clean place
Well 85 mins to check in while the room was booked and paid for by my company
Then as for there internet it just wasn't there NOTHING I couldn't do my conversance calls that needed to be done
I wasn't happy won't be back to this one EVER

Was in town for the weekend from Ottawa for a convention with my 2 daughters. Staff was friendly, beds were comfy, room was clean, lots of parking. However the reason for the 2 stars was that the wifi didn't work in our room. It was fine in the lobby but kept kicking us out or not registering a login at all. This was like this all weekend. My daughter ended up using all her data (she paid $30 extra to add it before we left). The staff attempted to have the tech company fix it but eventually had to open a repair ticket. Then they gave me the phone number and ticket number to call myself if it didn't come back. Talked a couple times to the tech company and still didn't work. The staff apologized for the issue but it was never resolved and we had to use data all weekend. And I shouldn't have to call myself to get the internet in my room fixed. With the Rogers outage most of the weekend we didn't have TV either. Not the hotels fault but we had no internet and no TV, so we were very unimpressed. I would not stay in this hotel again. No breakfast included but since we got the hotel on my husband's travel points, it wasn't a big deal.
