I had my 3rd massage therapy session there today. The team is amazing! Haiyan Cai, RMT has such a soft touch and always knows how to ease all the pain from my neck and shoulders. My session happened to fall on Halloween as well. It was cute seeing everyone dressed up as Disney characters and there was Disney music playing. I loved it!

Try water physio if you have limited mobility or joint pain.

Great place for Physio. They're currently helping me get back to normal. If you need an amazing physio therapist go see Santosh!!! He'll change your life

Just had my 3rd visit today and I am so impressed with all the staff, the physio therapist, the co-op student, the assistant and receptionist. Very professional and friendly. It s my first time needing physio and I m feeling comfortable in their care. Thank you everyone

Worst company to deal with for physiotherapy. They direct bill but don't tell you that you have a balance owing till a year later. The second time they didn't tell me till 2 years later and took me to collections. My appointment was back in 2017 and I heard nothing from them till July 2019. Steer clear of them! My friend also had the same issue where they didn't process her account till it was too late and she ended owing them over $500. Although it was their fault for being negligent and not processing the claim.

Knowledgeable and caring staff. Well maintained clean facility. I have been treated by both Michelle and Sanja on different occasions and both are fantastic therapists very professional.

We all did the best we could to try to come up with a safe way for me to get strong again. Unfortunately the pandemic has created so many barriers for people like me with disabilities to get the right kind of care that we desperately need.

Sonya is the best physiotherapist I've had by far. If you knead a deep muscle massage Jeff is the dude you go to see.

I was struck by a car in August my injuries were quite severe and thanks to all the great, friendly and knowledgeable staff at Tri-city Physiotherapy I was back to work by January, I would definitely recommend Tri City Physiotherapy

Excellent therapists, welcoming and friendly staff, amazing pool physio option, direct billing. Only minor thing: building is a bit cold in the winter, so wear long sleeve if possible.

Life gave me a turn when on vacation I injured my back. Tri-city performed new techniques (to me) to rid me of Sciatic nerve pain so I could move again. The staff work great together and I enjoyed going to my weekly sessions. Later I started the massage sessions. Very knowledgeable staff, and the owners are compassionate and listen to every concern to ensure, the treatment was correct for me. Highly recommend for anyone who is experiencing pain or just need a relaxing massage. 5stars

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. They failed to perform the direct billing in time (alongside sooo many other negligence mistakes) and only told me about my owing balance months later in a completely disrespectful phone call. I was treated like a delinquent client from min. 1 although I had no idea what was going on. I filed a complaint and was met with so much bad faith and negativity. I see from the reviews I am not the only one with the same experience. Shameful... They will be hearing from the College of PT soon about that behaviour.

Sanja has been a miracle worker for my best friend. Thanks to her amazing treatments, Soozie is able to walk without excruciating pain. Great Job Tri-City!

I have never seen such flexibility, integrity, commitment and creativity when it came to Sanja. She offers countless therapies that helped my multi-ligament injury. I had used Fowler Kennedy in the past, their program had me return to work; yet again to exacerbate my original injury.

Sanja dedicated as much time as she could to assist with exercices/barriers and address those barriers to the best her ability. Sanja also recommends high quality accessories for those with chronic injuries as well as acute. The facility contains a variety of equipment from strength to agility. Even though I had exacerbated my injury I felt like I was heard without discrimination.

If you have never heard of dry needling then you are in for surprise. Once you get past the feeling you are rewarded with a much more happier and soothed muscle group. Again, from clerical staff to doctors I was treated with respect and professionalism.

I was unfortunately transferred and it feels like my knee is worse then when I left approximately 4-6 months ago.

Cutting edge forward-thinking physios with great people skills. Returned me to peak condition. Super accessible location.

I have been to Tri-City for over 7 years for various physio needs. The physiotherapy is wonderful, the desk staff is friendly and so helpful, and they also bill my insurance directly. I appreciate all the help I've had over the years and I highly recommend.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable!!! A truly wonderful place.
