Great rooms great food in restaurant. Modern looking rooms.

love my stay and the great staff. definitely recommend a stay there.

Here for a wedding. The room was nice enough the fridge didn't work and my card deactivated half way through the 2nd day. But I enjoyed my stay staff was friendly and helpful

Great hotel. Large rooms. Very comfortable bed and fast WiFi. Nice pool and the breakfast was a treat. Try the omelette

Was good sta uh. Room was good and enjoyed fitness center and restaurant.

Not happy with my stay here this time. Went to sit at the desk to work and just about fell backwards. Chair was damaged and I had to grab the desk to pull myself upright. It was late so decided not to do any work but asked at front desk the next morning to have it switched. Returned to my room later in the day and the chair had not been switched. Impossible to sit at the desk to work so had to work sitting in the armchair. At breakfast, my co-worker and I specifically asked for separate bills. When I went up to the cash to pay, they had both breakfasts on my bill. Poor customer service, folks.

I stayed here a few times and it's a decent hotel EXCEPT they have super hard water in the showers. They refuse to install a water softener. What happens is that once you soap yourself up, it's impossible to wash the soap off. I wouldn't come here if you plan to take showers during your stay!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Meeting room was easy to find, and room temp was comfortable.

This is always the hotel of choice when visiting Kitchener/Cambridge. Nice rooms and great location off of the highway!

There was no rooms left, h owe very they went above and beyond and found us a room with another hotel.

Loved this hotel! They have a restaurant on site, and the lady at the bar (Brenda?) was super friendly. They are located close to 401, and there are really generous if you ask for a late check out. They were able to accommodate early check in, and late check out which really made my stay. Front desk was super attentive, and pleasant.

Front desk ladies were very friendly and courteous. Room was very clean and tidy, bed was comfortable!

The room was spotless and inviting with a wonderfully soft and comfortable king size bed. The gleaming white tiled bathroom was modern, and spacious. The room was equipped with a bar fridge (with 2 complimentary bottles of water) a microwave and both wired and WiFi Internet connection. One of the most pleasant surprises for me, was how quiet it was. Even though the it appeared to be quite busy, I heard no noise except for the hum of the air conditioner fan. Overall I was very pleased with my stay.

Recently stayed here overnight for a wedding. Everything went smoothly. Had no problems.

Hotel staff went above and beyond for us, making sure we have everything we need starting from a good rate, arranging transportation and allowing us to have a late check out free of charge. We will definitely be back!

Pool was freezing and air in pool room was colder. Overall nice hotel.

We have stayed at many hotels so we have lots to compare it to. There is not one thing wrong with this place. The staff is top notch. Everyone was friendly.

Nice clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Decent value for price. Only drawback is the restaurant doesn't serve lunch.

My main hotel to go to in Niagara Falls. Love this place. Renovated rooms are the best. Whirlpool rooms are amazing. The hotel connects to everything I'm the area. You hardly need to go outside in the winter. I have been going there for over 10 years and always telling people about it. You'll find great deals on rooms if you shop around!!

Our stay was very pleasant at a fair price. Our room had a mini fridge with microwave neatly tucked away. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Not much of any view outside the window, but the location was very easy to get ro as it's so close to the freeway. I Sogod highly recommend this location for anyone staying in the Cambridge/Kitchener area.

While customer service was good, but hotel seems dirty. I stay at Four Point by Sheraton wherever I can find one. Staying at this location, it is my first time, but will be looking for a different hotel in Cambridge, Ontario

Hotel was right off the 401 so it was easy to find. Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean and nicely set up.

Fast and easy check in. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

My parents stayed here. I just dropped off my mom. Clean parking lot. Folks seem content.

Sorry but I was not pleased with this hotel we paid so much for one night and there was no breakfast they give you nothing the next morning to eat after you pay $180 for a night and I was not pleased with that they said now I'm sorry but doesn't come with breakfast and then but I did not enjoy myself

Very friendly staff both at front desk, security and especially restaurant. We very hospitable and helped us out when we really needed it. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone

It is in a nice looking and the room had a nice view but overall i was not very satisfied with the service provided

Very clean and well maintained. I stayed in a king sized room and the dresser space was generous. Washroom was a good size as well. It didn't feel cramped. It would've been nice if there was accessible power outlets or USB charging ports near the bed.

Room was okay. I was very surprised that not only was the breakfast not included, it was 15$! very expensive

the room was good and the beds were comfortable. The pool is very small and there is no hot tub.
Breakfast is not included and the on-site restaurant was $14.95 per person for a buffet breakfast that was mediocre. It looked much better than it tasted. After tip it cost $75.00 for four to eat breakfast. Just ridiculous.No waffles or pancakes, very small pastries, only one type of bagels. The homefries didn't taste good and the ketchup had that taste like it hadn't been kept in the refrigerator.
The man behind the desk at check-in was very polite and helpful.
I would not stay at this hotel again.

Great place to stay , new modern and right off the highway.

Phenomenal hotel, the roads to get to it are somewhat hard to navigate but really not an issue in the age of GPS.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had a very positive experience.

Spent two nights there and no one came and made my room after the first night.

We only stayed for one night and didn't really use the facilities so my opinion is limited to the room and the bathroom by the pool. Bathroom was very clean. Front desk staff was very friendly. Stayed in a double queen room. There was enough space for us. Looks recently updated. LOVED the bright , modern bathroom. I HATE public shower curtains so I was VERY happy to use the glass shower. The only suggestion would be to have another mirror on the room. The one in the bathroom is not enough when two coworkers are trying to get home from work.

I stayed here for business. Excellent hotel, nice staff, clean rooms. Restaurant was very convenient, and food was great. Very happy with this hotel, and will stay in the future for sure.

Great stay. Friendly staff, good restaurant and facilities. The room's air quality wasn't very good due to the fact the windows don't open, but was a very minor issue. Clean and comfortable, we would definitely stay here again.

Staff is great. Upper management need to work on a maintainence plan related to the hotwater system. No hotwater 5 out of the 11 days I stay. Sometimes water is very discolored. Great staff, but not having hotwater for over 24 hours at a time is bad

Very quiet, very confortable rooms , lobby and grounds. Restaurant food was delish. Our waitress was very pleasant. Pool was small and a bit dingy ...could use a cleaning. Over all a great place to stop.

Hotel and room are beautiful and clean.... the continental breakfast is not continental... $15 for eggs..

My room was fine. The bed and pillows were comfy af and the gym here was decent. AC in my room worked really well. Was good enough for a 3 night stay! Free coffee

Had to get my card set up again each day during my stay which was a little annoying. They conveniently accommodated for a late check out for us.

Good location, close to sportsworld restaurants, movies. Easy check in. Room was clean. Room smelled a little like smoke, not a big deal.

I really like this hotel. The room is clean. The bed is very comfortable. I like that there are hooks on the bathroom wall for your towels. Also like that the shampoo, conditioner and body wash are in a dispensary pump on the wall. There are plenty of parking spots. The location is close to the highway.

The shower head broke, the ice machines were not working on 2 of the floors. The little fridge in our room was not cold. No coffee machine in the room.

Negatives:- We paid $100 for a room with two beds.... neither bed was comfortable... one may have been slightly comfortable than the other. You get what you paid for...I guess
