I ordered the bridal suite for my daughter and her husband for their wedding night and they were given just a regular suite. Very disappointed with the service. They chose this location for their out of town guests so they brought in quite a few people. One room was so musty that they had to be moved. As a result, they were late for the wedding. Poor customer service all around.
