I have always been very satisfied with the level of service at this dealership. As a repeat customer, I know that sales people and managers come and go, so knowing that you will get the same person every time is plus! The few times I have asked to speak to the parts manager, John Sambor has always gone out of his way to make my experience a pleasurable one. We are now a 'FOUR cars bought from Fountain Auto Mall' family and wouldn't go anywhere else!

I am not happy with my experience with Fountain. They sold me a car that has multiple issues. They claimed it passed their inspection but my battery and spark plugs had to be replaced within a week of buying the car.
I've been in their shop, they didn't fit it. I've spoke to the sales rep and multiple managers with no help. I've had the car only a month and I've been in the shop 5 times to try and get my car fixed. I wouldn't suggest this place.

Today I purchased a GMC Terrain from here, and I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle! And I have bought quite a few in my lifetime! Gabryel was my sales consultant, he was pleasant, caring and understanding of my situation. Boy did he hook me up! Thanks again Gabe! Also Marco from financing worked his magic and gave me a great warranty! I highly recommend buying a vehicle from these guys!

Bought my brand new 2005 Mitsubishi Outlander ordered to every specific detail. Okay overall service aside from the fact that I was only 18 at the time and wanted to purchase my car in cash and the people were really rude when I came alone on my first visit. Rest assured I brought my father with me to help get the respect and service I needed. After they verified with our bank that all the funds were available they treated us completely different. Needless to say I got the car for the price I wanted including the personal pickup party service and s few gifts. Amazing how money changes everything. As for the car and warranty and services for my car for the past 10 years were great. Everything was included aside for my tires of course. I just got done selling this car and buying a Lexus RX350 instead. The Lexus dealership in Winter Park (436 by the airport) was SO amazing since I walked on the property. Only 1 person approached me when I was on the lot after I looked at 4 cars so I wasn't attacked immediately. Which was just perfect. I was offered snacks and drinks and told a few of the most popular cars. Overall service was amazing. Bought my car that same day.

Great customer service!!! Application was quickly approved with no hassle.....I work with Brain Garette, he was very knowledgeable about different vechicles and was able to help me make a decision in picking my next vechicle. I am so happy that was my first stop, and I am enjoying my new 2012 Buick Verano. I couldnt be more over joyed. Thanks again Fountain Auto Mall!!!!!

Our experience at this dealership was perfect from beginning to end. Our salesperson Louis was very helpful and competent. We originally brought our old vehicle to trade in for a new one. Louis was able to research our vehicle's history and uncover some serious mechanical issues that we were not aware of. We were very thankful for this information and feel he went above and beyond to assist us. He eventually found us the perfect vehicle and did his best to get us the right financing for it. All in all, we are very satisfied with this dealership and would highly recommend it to a friend or family member. Be sure to ask for Louis when you go!!

I bought a car from Scott Kelly. He was great. I had to bring it in for aftermarket parts. He gave me a loaner car so I didn't have to wait. Scott was very courteous and texted me updates on the status of the add ons. Once all new parts were added, Scott called me for the final update then drove my new car to me nearly 45minutes away. After he left, I remembered I left my kids toy in the loaner car and he turned around to meet me so I could retrieve it. You cannot ask for better service than what Scott Kelly provided. I only write this review because he deserves the accolades.

BEWARE! I went to this dealership in hopes to purchase a vehicle, as their online inventory caught my attention. The salesperson that I was unfortunately in contact with was Vann McCray. She is the most tasteless, unprofessional sales representative that I have ever encountered. She lied about the price of the vehicle and was unwilling to negotiate once I showed her the price advertised online. Furthermore, she advised that she would be sure not to submit several inquiries on my credit file and that was also false. I absolutely regret following her up on an appointment and will be sure to warn others of my horrific experience with her. I must say , you should always follow your first instinct, because when I arrived and saw her dressed like one of those pastors on tv that just want your money, I instantly had a knot in my stomach. If you want a great vehicle and exemplary service, I strongly suggest going down the street to Nissan!

Tom is always cheerful, helpful, patient, extremely knowledgeable, honest and fair. My wife, my grown daughters and I trust Tom and Fountain with our vehicles and have never been let down. It is very comforting to know that I can send my family members to a man whom I can trust to do right by them, with integrity and experience. When I walked into Fountain Sam got me into what I wanted with no pressure or haggle, I've never been treaded so good by a sales guy before, the process was so quick and easy I didn't believe it until they gave me the keys. Just discovered 3 days later, the finance guy pulled my credit with 3 different companies (HARD inquires) that hit my credit which I did not AUTHORIZE. I went there pre approved from my credit union! He told me it was just an inquiry would not hurt my credit. This is the kind of stuff that gives car dealerships a bad name.

Called about a used car (Infiniti QX56) they had for sale on 8/6/18. Sales rep told me the car was not at the dealer yet, and they should be getting it the following day. 8/7/18, I called, spoke to another sales rep. He told me he is not sure if the car is there or not and he would give me a call within 5 minutes. I never heard back... finally 8/8/18 I call and they told me the car was sold last night. Great job guys... at least you got the car sold, next time have a bit more communication with your customers. I wont be checking there website for anything in the future though due to the lack of service.

Be careful with the sales at this dealer. This is the only dealer that I shopped at that ask you to sign a conditional trade-in waiver. I purchase a new car at least once a year and I never was asked to sign a paper regarding the condition of my tradein, except here. REFUSE TO SIGN OR YOU MAY BECOME RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDITION OF YOUR TRADEIN! Better yet shop somewhere else. I did, just bought at Regal in Lakeland. Got a far better deal!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

I ll keep it short, my car went in on an Esurance Claim In April. They lost the key to my car and had to take it to the dealership to get another made to it. An entire month later I get to the body shop to get pick my car up ( With no Gas). Then they had an astronomically high rate different from my insurance companies rate and that provided on the app.

On top of it all when I finally got my car back it didn t work due to the battery being dead because it waiting so long due to their negligence. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our AC condenser went out while we were on a 2000+ mile road trip. Service Advisor Matt W coordinated with us from the road to get the car serviced while we stopped over in Orlando. I didn't think it would be possible given our tight schedule, but Matt got us in and back on the road quickly. The Family really appreciated Matt and the AC for the rest of the vacation. The service I received was not what I expected. Everything was ok until my salesperson Hiram had someone call him on his personal cell to tell him they were on their way to see new cars. After that, I clearly wasn't so important because I was financing a 2009 pre owned vehicle. My salesperson was so eager to close the sale with me and move on, he literally took my cash deposit out of my hand in the middle of the floor in front of other customers and didn't bother to offer an area where it could be done in private. I received one key for the car and my salesperson said he would get me the second one. I still haven't gotten it. I financed my car at a higher price than it was actually selling for online. When I questioned this, I got the run around and was offered 1 complimentary oil change! My paperwork wasn't specific about where I needed to send my payments. When I questioned this, no one had an answer. No one at all. Not the director of sales. No one! I was told to call the finance guy MJ. I have left message and I have yet to find out any info. I will go back for the clarifications I need but honestly its ridiculous.

Josephine Mancini and Mike McNamara made getting our new car quick, easy and as painless as possible. I HATE the whole car buying experience, but the way Josephine handled the sale was stellar. Then Mike gave us several pointers and suggestions during our financing which helped our bottom dollar. I have NEVER had a finance guy do that. He also fought to get us the best possible rates, he actually beat the rates that my credit union was offering. I would highly recommend Fountain Auto Mall. Be sure to ask for Josephine!! This was the Mitsubishi part. They must not need the business. I understand they don't want to start dealing but maybe being there to let me look at it for a second. I recently took in my Acura for service. The service they requested be done had been done at a prior Acura dealership. I didn't know this at the time since I am not the primary driver or dropped it off for its previous services. I was running late and my ride was waiting on me. I quickly signed the estimate paperwork and left. I called the previous dealership and they stated they had done the previous suggested work done at that mileage. I called back and received a voicemail. When I called back again I was told that the work done previously was already finished. Had I been able to speak with someone at the time I called back, it could have been avoided. The assistant service manager apologized and offered some discounts which did not amount to much to cover the cost of the work. The other part of this is that the dollar amount given by the Fountain Automall dealership for that particular mileage suggested work was more than triple the work done at our previous dealership out of state. When my wife called back our previous dealership they were flabbergasted at the price.
A week or so later I get a call to see if I'm completely satisfied with the work. I let them know part of what I'm telling you now. Their response was, hmm, we're sorry to hear that, ok. bye.
Ok, bye? Seriously? You are going to do absolutely nothing to follow up and make any of this right?
Listen, we're all human, and we make mistakes. I don't expect people or companies to be perfect. Your character is tested when mistakes happen and proven by your actions to counter those mistakes. Was the dealership well within their right to do the work and charge me the agreed price that I signed? I have to admit, yes. I have to wonder though, when they give you a card and say if you have questions or concerns to call back, and I do, and your response is lacking, why give the card. It makes me wonder, was the person assisting me really that busy or did he listen to my voicemail, hurry that work up, and then let me know it was too late. I'm unsure why Acura doesn't have a central database across dealerships for service to prevent this in the first place.
Unless something else happens, Fountain Automall will not see me as a customer again and they've cemented me against going to any dealership for service again.

Beware a $200 fee for "DMV paperwork." Actual title/plate fees are under a hundred bucks. Further, Brian, the sales manager, seemed to pretend to be having trouble with math while we were negotiating - strange the errors always seemed to go in the dealer's favor. Keep a close eye on things and bring a calculator to keep it honest.

Went in for a specific vehicle we saw online for $...

Went in for a specific vehicle we saw online for $8,900. Drove 2 hours thanks to traffic on Black Friday. Arrived at the Acura section and the vehicle was on the lot for $9,999 with a 100 day warranty. Talking with sales rep he said "as is" I said it has a warranty and he said he would check on it. He verified that there was a sticker on the vehicle. (I also have a picture with it including the VIN#) He then "graciously" reduced the price of the vehicle to $8,900. I kept asking for the warranty sticker and was told that I would get it after they detailed it.

Note - we asked to drive it to our mechanic but was told no but we could bring him there but it was not feasible to do a round trip to pick up our mechanic as he was working. We were reassured that another old vehicle they sold the buyer had his mechanic look at it and it was fine. (like what that has to do with it I have no idea) Since it came with a 100 day warranty we decided to risk the purchase without having it looked at. (plus for some reason I thought there was a cooling off period and we would bring it back if it was really a bad car).

We were paying with a personal check and I was told I had to fill out a form for the IRS because of the high amount of the check (this was over an hour into the whole deal and I do not fully understand why everything was taking so long as we only pushed back one time on the price). Let me tell you paying by check or credit card is a nightmare! I also had to give them references....strange

About 2 hours into the whole deal we go back and sit with the finance guy. He wanted me to sign paperwork stating the car was "as is" and I would not. He rolled his eyes at me. He left the room and came back after that. He told me that I should sign the papers except for the "as is" part and that I could sign the warranty sticker in a little bit. I did not want to sign or initial any of the lines on that page UNTIL I signed the warranty sticker but I felt like I wasn't being given much of a choice.
We were signing all the rest of the papers and the finance guy said something about a 30 day period in which they could take the car back. So I said "oh you get 30 days and I get 3?" to which he corrected me and said we get no days. So I stopped signing. Then he left again and the manager came in.

We discussed the whole issue with the fact the mechanic could not look at it, the fact there was no 3 day cooling off period and the manager reprimanded me for waiting so long to bring this all up. Then he told me he had bad news that he had to tell us that would be a deal breaker - there was no warranty on the car at all.

They looked at us like we had 3 heads because we were being cautious about shelling out over $10K for a car. "The car is old what do you expect blah blah blah".
They want me to take their word that the vehicle was in good condition but would not back it up with a cheesy 100 day 3000 mile warranty? They also said we couldn't take the car off the lot to see our mechanic cause we might steal parts from it (are you kidding me?)

I ripped up the papers and asked for the paper that had my social on it, and was told they had to keep it. I was told it was because they ran my credit - that paper I filled out for the IRS cause I wrote a large check was really for them to pull my credit! I told them that was not discussed and to let me see this paper. So they let me see it, I ripped my social off of it and I was told I was breaking the law.

They are breaking the law. You do not put a warranty sticker on a car and wait over 2 hours (after being asked several times to confirm it indeed had a warranty) to say there is no warranty. I literally had only a few more signatures to go and I would have been out of there.

The sales person was pleasant and my only complaint is his misrepresentation of the paper I was putting my social on - next time I pay more attention.

The only way I would have left with that car is with the warranty being re-added but that did not seem like an option.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! VERY DISHONEST DEALERSHIP! TOOK ME FOR $3500.00. CHANGED THE AGREED PRICE ON THE VEHICLE I WAS PURCHASING. WHEN I REALIZE THE MISTAKE, THEY TOLD ME NOTHING THEY CAN DO! MANAGER OF ACURA SAID IT HAPPENED TO HER BEFORE AND SHE WAS NOT WILLING TO MAKE IT RIGHT. THE SALES PERSON I WAS DEALING WITH EVEN SAID THE PRICE WAS WRONG BUT THE DEALERSHIP WOULD NOT MAKE GOOD ON MY $3500.00. SAD THING IS, THIS IS THE SECOND VEHICLE I PURCHASED FROM THEM, SO THEY DON'T EVEN HONOR CUSTOMER LOYALTY!

I seriously cannot say enough good about this place! Ask for Brian, 100% if you re going to buy a car. I dealt with a lot of people through this car buying experience who would claim certain things, or the cars mysteriously sold just that day, or they had automated systems, or would never call me back! Not fountain auto mall! Brian is amazing. He had the car ready for me when I showed up to test drive, made the paperwork painless, and even went as far as fueling/ up the car, having it detailed and working out the little details that most places wouldn t! They went above & beyond, including the service department. I am so happy with my Durango! I highly suggest this place

Alex my sales rep, , was very helpful from the minute we walked in. He didn't pressure me at all, just listened. We told him I wanted a Buick Verano and what features I wanted to look at and showed me exactly that. We took a test drive in a loaner as they did not have the exact car I wanted on the lot. Alex showed me through some of the features. Alex and the finance team worked with me to a payment plan I was comfortable/happy with and delivered a fully detailed and gassed-up vehicle two days later.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I received a flyer about a recall,so I went ahead and scheduled the appointment. We live in Melbourne and so I was told over the phone that I'll have a courtesy car while they're fixing mine. When I got there it turned out there's no courtesy car,just have to wait here for two hours. The guy tried to sell me stuff, I kept telling him the only reason I'm here is the recall, my car just left the shop and it's fine. He still didn't give up and try to push an oil change on me , I said no thanks, again I'm only here for the recall. The car got done fairly quickly and it runs fine so I guess I should be happy about that.

Brand NEW vehicle with body damage!!! We got a 201...

Brand NEW vehicle with body damage!!! We got a 2016 GMC Yukon XL ( approx. $70k) from this dealership at closing hours. Needless to say, they were in a hurry to close the deal and go home which I don't blame them. However, due to the situation I specifically asked both the sales rep and the financing manager what was the protocol if there was any damage or issues with the vehicle. They assured me it would be taken cared off to my satisfaction. After all, this was a new car. The next morning I noticed several dents (7-10) in both sides of the back panels. So I immediately called and spoke with sales rep and left several mgs with management. Days and days past, and no solution. I simply asked to trade in for one that wasn't damaged. But they replied back to me and said that this vehicle was transferred from another dealer and apparently didn't get a correct inspection(thus the damage) Nevertheless, I contacted the head quarters and opened a case regarding this issue. After weeks of unnecessary work, corporate office tells me that the dealer had the option to correct this and they couldn't do anything for me as the consumer. Shame on them. GMC needs to hold these dealers accountable for their actions and mistakes. Finally, I was informed the general manager would FIX the body damage. I quickly declined that option as a NEW car should not have to have body work done. I just wanted them to make it right and give me a true NEW car that i paid for. To conclude, I have been forced to take this issue to the General attorney's office, better business bureau, Orange County Consumer Fraud Unit, and seeking attorney action to fix this issue. It's a shame the dealer has to put consumers through this kind of headache and stress. Love the car hate the lack of integrity.

Came in for diagnostics on my transmission, and I had asked to speak to the technician, Chino , before he started working on my car, and the answer I got was he s doing some tires at the moment and said he ll be with you shortly . 2 hours go by, still haven t seen or spoken to the technician. The service advisor, Will, then brought me into his office to discuss the issues with my car and the cost to fix the problem. I asked again to speak to the technician, and he said he might have already left. I go outside and ask the other service techs for the technician who worked on my car, and one of them went to go look for him and came back a minute later verifying that he had already left for the day. I m not happy at all. As a customer care specialist, you are to make sure all the customers needs are met. A simple request as to speak to him about what s wrong with my car was all I asked for, several times, and my request was not fulfilled. I m disappointed to write this because I ve been a loyal customer here since 2010, and this is the first time I ve received poor service. I may have to go seek future service somewhere else after this experience. Not to mention it took them almost 45 minutes just to wash my car and they did a terrible job. There s swirl marks all over it as if they wiped it down with a dirty rag. When I worked here 9 years ago, each car had a wash and vac limit of 8 minutes and had to be air and hand dried. If it wasn t cleaned properly it was sent back to be redone, but considering I already waited that long for it to be cleaned, I just wanted to get out of there and go home at that point.

Wont honor a word they say. My car broke down had it towed to their shop it was going to cost too much to repair so i got financed to buy a car from them. They sold the car i wanted so we was waiting for them to find one and got served a notice that they had my car we was trading in towed off their lot without even a warning. They said they would give me part of the money for the the cost of the tow and when i called the tow company to reduce my costs Fountain said that because i reduced the cost they would not honor the money they was going to pay me. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Glad to walk away from such a horrible company.

I must say in all my years of car buying this deal...

I must say in all my years of car buying this dealership exceeded my expectations. I was in a situation with a lease and they were able to work with me and get me into the car I wanted within 6 hrs. I reached out to their online internet sales around 2am and I was contacted that same morning around 8am and I was into my car by end of the day.This experience happened come next month will be a year now I have my car and I owe this all to Mike Williams whom took exceptional care of me , great customer service and he was very informative of the all the vehicles on the lot which made my decision so easy and comfortable he listen to my conerns, and my needs we're met in making the right decision in my car buying . To this day he continues to make sure I get great customer service when I bring my car in for it's regular maintenance. Overall everyone there are courteous. I would diffinately encourage anyone who wants to buy a car to check out this dealership and ask for Mike Williams I guarantee you its worth it.

Extremely disappointed with the end results. I went in with the interest in an 09 Infiniti G37 coupe, test drove the car and really liked it. I was up front with the salesman and told him I already had my own financing and was ready to buy, but I had one more G37 to test drive before I could make a decision. The salesman asked what they could do to get me to buy from them and I stated to put some numbers together and call me so that I could be on my way to test drive the other car. After some hemming and hawing he finally relented and of course brought out the sale manager. I explained the same thing to this gentleman and he stated that he understood and they would get the numbers together and call me within a few minutes. No call. No nothing. Unfortunate thing is that, I test drove the other car and decided quickly that I wanted the car from Fountain, but I refuse to buy from them now. Highly disappointed in their customer service. Now, I have to continue looking. Won't be wasting my time with this dealership again.

Your service department was to fix an oil leak on my vehicle. After being quoted a price I received several phone calls of additional things wrong that would require more money. After declining I then received a phone call that while my vehicle was on the lift and running to make sure the oil leaks were fixed my engine started knocking and sparks flying. I was told my ac compressor seized. Now I have to pay close to $1000 to fix. The dealer will not pay. So my vehicle was in for an oil leak and while in your possession the ac compressor seized and broke and now I have to pay to fix. So Ofcourse I did not pay and left with my vehicle more damaged than when it when in. My attorney is now going to handle this as he should be. Would not recommend your dealership to anyone. Bad business!!!!

This is my 4th Acura with Fountain Acura. My sale...

This is my 4th Acura with Fountain Acura. My sales rep for the last 2 purchases was Tom Harris. Although Tom obviously works for the dealership, he makes you feel like he is on your side during the negotiation phase of the process. He is clear with his communications, friendly (while respectful) but mostly very knowledgeable of the products he is selling. This is VERY important to me and it should be to you as well. Tom will not try to sell you something you do not need or want. He helped me find the right vehicle for the right price and I am very satisfied with my latest purchase. He even helped me decide by going the extra step and having me check other vehicles (even non-Acuras!). This made my decision much easier and I am very happy with my new MDX.

If you are in the market for any Acura, new or used, you will be hard pressed to find a better sales rep. than Tom Harris at Fountain Acura.

As for the time it takes to get in-&-out of the dealership with your new car, be prepared to be there a while. From my perspective, this is not the sales rep's fault at all. There seems to be a lack of communication between the finance team and the customer. While Tom was taking care of getting the car detailed and fueled for delivery, the finance guys were sitting in a room laughing and joking around while we just sat and waited. It wasn't until Tom returned that they started working again on my papers. For this, I ask Fountain Acura to consider doing a better job of getting the customer in and out as quickly as possible, or at least keep the customer better informed about the reason for the holdup.

The dealer, while one of the smaller Acura dealers I have seen, is always clean and the employees are friendly.

I would make the suggestion that they create a smoking area away from the entrance and customers. In this day and age, people detest having to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke in order to enter or leave a building. When that smoke is coming from the employees, this is very unappealing as well as detrimental to the appearance of said business. Twice I wanted to walk outside to take in the sun while I waited, and twice I had to walk back inside because 2 older gentlemen employees were standing right by the door smoking. This is an easy fix and could be addressed immediately and with zero expense to the dealership.

I don't think I have ever experienced such a smooth auto buying transaction. Josephine Mancini did most everything over the phone and via email. When I came into the dealership. All the paper work and everything was completely done and just waiting for my signature. Josephine is so personable she made me feel like family. What an absolutely WONDERFUL experience!!! I am going to LOVE this car, because it really came for a great place!!! I am looking forward to a very long future with Fountain Acura.

I went to Fountain Acura with the intent of it being my first stop on the list of many dealerships in the area. Little did I know it was the only dealership I would have to visit that day! Before arriving, I called ahead making sure the vehicle I was interested in was in stock. They had one ILX hybrid left and said it would be pulled up and made ready for us to test drive when my father and I got there. The salesman we dealt with was Clyde Roe. He was so pleasant to be around and I really felt like his main concern was making us happy and getting us what we wanted. Clyde also knew the answers to almost all of our questions and we ended up being placed in the exact car I wanted with affordable payments. The only con I had about my experience with Fountain Acura was the wait for the car after the paperwork was done. It was a Sunday so I understand the limited staff but it was still a little annoying. The next day I had to bring the title for the car I traded in and have the pressure in the new cars' tires adjusted. I arrived, spoke to Clyde and was out of there in about 30 minutes. All in all a GREAT experience and we will definitely have future transactions with Fountain Acura! If you want a straightforward, knowledgeable, and friendly salesman go to Clyde!!!!

I was searching for a Mitsubishi Lancer GTS for my son and came across this dealer who had one for sale. I immediately called and spoke to Mike who answered all my questions and concerns I had in reference to this car. Mike went above and beyond to find out if anything was wrong with the car, any accidents reported, maintenance done to the car and so forth! Mike knew we were traveling from PSL to see the car and he made sure the car didn't sell until we were able to go see it the following day. We arrived and Mike greeted us immediately and the car was available to test drive. We purchased the car! Mike wasn't pushy, he was honest and even gave us a discount. I love my BCP TLX, & love Honda/\Acura brand. First new car, bad service.
Look forward in purchasing some accessory get my oil done, tires check (joke] they don't check tires) had a nail on my front tire, got my car back from an oil change, tire rotation & check list they don't do..
With the tire and nail in the rear. They never checked my tires.

Bought the car with a leaking transmission(I had feeling the smell in my garage was not new car smell.
Car shut off on me in the middle of the road.on a Friday traffic .imagine.

My sales rep, Harry, was very helpful from the minute I walked in. He didn't pressure me at all, just listened to what I wanted to look at and showed me exactly that. Took a test drive in a TL, liked it a a lot. Harry walked me through some of the features and left the decision up to me about pursuing a deal. I decided I was happy with the car and wanted to pursue a lease. Harry and the finance team worked with me to a payment plan I was comfortable/happy with and delivered a fully detailed and gassed-up vehicle shortly after I signed the paperwork. Been very happy with my decision.
