I went to Fountain Acura with the intent of it being my first stop on the list of many dealerships in the area. Little did I know it was the only dealership I would have to visit that day! Before arriving, I called ahead making sure the vehicle I was interested in was in stock. They had one ILX hybrid left and said it would be pulled up and made ready for us to test drive when my father and I got there. The salesman we dealt with was Clyde Roe. He was so pleasant to be around and I really felt like his main concern was making us happy and getting us what we wanted. Clyde also knew the answers to almost all of our questions and we ended up being placed in the exact car I wanted with affordable payments. The only con I had about my experience with Fountain Acura was the wait for the car after the paperwork was done. It was a Sunday so I understand the limited staff but it was still a little annoying. The next day I had to bring the title for the car I traded in and have the pressure in the new cars' tires adjusted. I arrived, spoke to Clyde and was out of there in about 30 minutes. All in all a GREAT experience and we will definitely have future transactions with Fountain Acura! If you want a straightforward, knowledgeable, and friendly salesman go to Clyde!!!!
