Had an appointment at 10:00 AM. I arrived at 10:01...

Had an appointment at 10:00 AM. I arrived at 10:01 AM. Vehicle was not taken back until 10:50 AM. Vehicle was completed and keys given back to me at 12:10 PM. Assistant Service Manager was friendly.
