Normally I go into dealerships with my guard up and expecting an onslaught of salesmen, but here I got Eric Houser who was a genuinely good guy who enjoyed showing me the cars within my price range without trying to up-sell me just to make a quick buck. Throughout the whole process I thoroughly enjoyed speaking to Eric and then signing the paperwork with Kyle. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision!
