It is a 4 star class rather than a 5 star class in terms of facility and price. I am very satisfied with 4 stars. It's like living in a family unit. There are many good restaurants nearby and convenient metro stations. The City Center shopping mall is also within a 10 minute walk.

I used to live in this hotel for 12 months and really know, what I am writing about.

The staff would get 5 stars from me, all of them are very kind and helpful, whenever you need anything, they are happy to help and try their very best to make you happy.

Unfortunately the management is not on the same level as their staff, the hotel is managed very poorly, when approached with concerns or problems, the management was not willing/able to give me an appropriate answer, even after giving them several deadlines.
I experienced a badly maintained "5-star-deluxe" hotel (in my opinion maximum 3 stars worth), that is used, dirty, loud (big street just aside) and in a bad condition. Just to give you a couple of examples:
- when using the shower, the whole bathroom was a swimming pool, because all the water dripped on the floor from the top of the bathtub (angle that the water would run into the sink is not given)
- the whole furniture had stain on it, even sometimes the sheets on the beds
- the stove was that old or weak/used, that it took me at least 20 minutes to boil 1 litre of water
- the dish washing machine was not working and even after multiple tries to repair it, they were not willing to exchange the machine
- bad small in the kitchen and in the rest of the apartment from the AC was normal

Adding on top, during COVID-19 the management stopped all services in the rooms (no exchange of linen, no cleaning) but didn't change the prices for the rooms. The gym and pool were closed as well, without any replacement/alternative or refund.

Concluding I can only advise everyone to choose another hotel for their vacation or their living. Too expensive, badly maintained and not worth the time you spend on making the booking. If I could give zero stars, I would do it!

PS: Dear management, I gave you a couple of chances to get in touch with me, you never responded, I am disappointed, that I was not worth it to get an answer, even though I paid that much for my year long stay. That says a lot about you.

We've stayed here 4 time. At first it was very good for this money. But thay haven't been reniewing anything for 4 years already. Everything is very old. Awful smell in rooms. The staff is asking for tips. Now this hotel doesn't worth its money.

Beautiful rooms large and spacious. The pool was amazing and the lifeguard at the pool a Nigerian national forgot his name was very friendly and helpful with the kid. Will definitely be back

Amazing place with a great ambience! The working staffs are great and nice to every one who are always with a smile. Food was pretty neat for the pricing which tasted just crisp perfect ending with an eye catching sweet course. Totally worth the money. If you're planning to throw a party in a low budget without compromising the ambience, this is what you're looking for! :')

A nice trip in this hotel.It is very close to city center and subway station.The supervisor,Mr.Raj,offer an excellent service to us and Mr.Sohan did a nice room clean.We are satisfying with this trip.

The aparthotel is excellent and the location is comfortable

This apartment is huge for 2 persons. Fantastic location just a short drive from the airport. Dubai metro stop is very near. Front staffs and concierge are efficient and friendly. In short, it feels like a home away from home.

Excellent place and service knowing that it is the period of the Corona pandemic.

Flora Creek Deluxe Hotel is located very close to the metro, this hotel is clean and convenient. Across the road is a large shopping center.

A part from the appearance, it's a bad hotel, not clean, rude staff not professional, the hotel policy is oriented to their own benefit ONLY. Pay attention that if any furniture will break in your room without your fault, they will charge anyway you, as it happened to me: they told me that they check the rooms before the client enters, then anything happened must be charged on client (!) (then we should check the conditions of all the furnitures and accessories with our technicians, before entering, if the risk is on our shoulders!). Fortunately in Dubai there are many very better hotels at same price or even cheaper, this is the only one so disapponting I lived in, then you can easily choose another one, avoiding to have bad experiences.

One of the older hotel apartments this side of Dubai creek, Flora Creek has its set of loyal customers. It has been maintained quote well and has some friendly staff. Hospitality is about people, no wonder their guests keep coming back! Keep up the good work.

I enjoyed my stay in floral Creek, all because of sachin and surbhi, their food was amazing and they are warm, thanks to them all. The cleaners made my room comfortable thanks to them, and the reception staff were amazing.

A beautiful bird playing around the beach, with its entertaining squeaky song on a beautiful day with a very conducive weather complimented by the cold breeze coming from the splashing ripples of the ocean. I have never seen such a type of birds before.

Excellent place, capacious rooms, clean, metro is very near, many good points are around this place. Breakfast is good though food(Lunch,Dinner) doesn't taste very good.

The staff at front desk messed up all our days of nice staying with some funny bills they accumulated for me at checking out. The day we checked in we were billed some taxes to cover our stay which we paid upfront. We had made full payment for our 2 weeks stay several months before we travelled. And despite my notification to their front desk for 2 full days that I was checking out on a particular date and asking if there was anything I needed to do or know to which they responded in the negative, you can imagine my shock and anger when rushing to the airport early morning with my family they gave me a bill of almost 500DHS to settle!!! That singular experience coupled with their closing the pool at 10pm as against 11pm which they promised....messed up a stay that would have been very nice.

Hotel apartments are spacious and comfortable, clean, characterized by good customer service, the location is distinguished, close to Dubai Airport and Deira City Center Shopping Center, close to restaurants and some bank branches, and also close to the site of embassies and the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Great place, pleasant personal and really good food.
