Near Dubai International Airport and Metro station

unique place for families.

A little dated, could use some attention. The staff were really good and it's a good place to stay if you're looking for something better that just a hotel room. The apartment had one bedroom, good sized lounge, bathroom and another toilet, as well as a full kitchen. Bonus those travelling from longer there was a washing machine as well. Oh and also a balcony, but be aware at the front of the hotel is a massive amount of construction so if you want to use the balcony request the back of the hotel.
I'd stay again.

Very calm and Clean Hotel with 2 nice Pools. Our Room was bigger than we booked it and was cleaned very well every day. Hotel was Close to Metro so you can get quick into town. The staff is what i liked the most, they were always Friendly and very helpful - Thanks for Everything

Oh where do I even start from? This place is amazing. I checked in on my birthday on 1st December oh starting from the concierge to the receptionists to everyone they where amazing. They accommodated me with all my friends, lovely staff, lovely services so far in my 4 years in Dubai this has been the best Hotel Apartment I have stayed in.

What to pass my sincere thanks to the entire team you are Amazing,professional,kind,quick service. Thank you Thank you for making my birthday stay memorable.

Excellent hotel and close to the train station and the Mall of Deira City Center

I stayed at this hotel in December, the staff were very helpful, our check in was very quick. Our apartment was very spacious, kitchen was very well equipped. Housekeeping were very friendly, Poonam and kelash, they were always smiling and helpfull. Also Gaurav, Maduri and Shobnam and also front desk staff were really helpful. Actually most of the staff we met there were all really nice, definitely recommend and also location is spot on.

It is a hotel and apartments. The place is very comfortable with its calmness and the team is very helpful. It is also close to the places of restaurants and cafes. There is also a spa, massage and swimming pool

Just like most 4-star hotels in Dubai. This a great place to stay and have quality meetings. I really had a great time here. They even arranged some Safari outings for us.

Flora Creek apartments Deira City Centre. Very hospitable, good value and excellent location

Everything is good, from service to attention to everything .. But the swimming pool in it is closed and this is something that is frankly annoying, especially since all hotels opened the swimming pool except for him ..
From my opinion, something can drop at least 3 stars, because at this time the swimming pool is the only means of entertainment, especially for children, whose entertainment is closed to them due to the virus

As my family and I have spent years in holiday times in Dubai and stayed in this hotel since my son was a little boy,I rate this hotel "Wonderful" and will stay years in future...

A great location, and wonderful friendly staff. We found it so difficult to leave. Rooms are spacious, with a proper kitchen, not just a token kettle and toaster. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything was nice till the date of check out. I have used the plastic hair dryer bag! to pack my socks and during the query of the room for any mini-bar consumption etc. I have been informed that this plastic! bag was missing and I have been asked to be charged for this plastic! bag. It was not a matter of money but It was really weird to ask for a 30 night client to pay for a plastic bag. Thats why I have opened the luggage in fornt of the front desk and removed the socks and gave the bag back. I wish that such small details will not ruin the whole hospitality.

The hotel is clean and overlooking the creek, parking is available in the hotel and you can go to the city center or the metro station on foot .... The only thing that bothered me building voices in the hotel opposite 24 hours ....

Attended a family get-together in the Onyx hall. The welcome drink was great, the food was amazing. Genuine Malabar Cuisine. Getting in and out was easy.

Nice apartment. Very close to the city centre. Very very clean. I have booked this place multiple times for guests visiting and it's always upto Mark. Highly recommended.

I stayed in this place and was very disappointed! They don t have any customer service and they are always in denial when it comes to complaints. Instead of solving the issue they blame the customer! What kind of customer service is this! One night I saw a cockroach in the bedroom and couldn t sleep all night, I informed the housekeeping but they didn t care! Noting that the bedroom window was closed all the time and we couldn t open it for any fresh air so how could insects such as a cockroach to come in the bedroom?! Can you imagine how much dust and dirt I found behind the nightstand and bed ?! Of course there will be insects ! There were flies in my room as well, when I told them they blamed it on the open window in the kitchen, fine what about the flies in the reception ?! I have never seen any hotel reception with flies ! I should ve known that this is a sign for uncleanliness. Furthermore, the management and reception were very impolite, impatient, and have no sense of customer satisfaction. They always find an excuse for their mistakes! All they care about is the payment! Okay what about the customer who makes the payment? Shouldn t he/she be satisfied while paying ?! Or you don t care ? Literally I couldn t even imagine how this hotel is called deluxe ?! I don t recommend it at all !! I m glade I moved from this unclean and rude environment to a great place that surpassed my expectations and made me even more furious about this place!

Clean place, spacious rooms. Kitchen equipped with almost everything, washing machine, dryer, iron, excellent breakfast. And a good size swimming pool, I wish the children are prevented from tourists in the place of adults, the place is five minutes walk to Deira City Center. And trams. Worth a visit
