Spontaneity, professionalism there is nothing to say you are the best I just spent a 5 day stay with my sisters it was great at your place especially the breakfast with a real chef and a wide choice of menu eeeeeeeeet yes breakfast is heavy over there I highly recommend it, do not hesitate, I live in France and return to your home in March take care of yourself

A good hotel from Internet images but is very dated and not maintained. There is a decent gym but all locked away and forbidden to use. A real shame as the equipment is fine. Signs of wear and no love for the fitting and decor in the hotel. Has potential but badly managed.

Straight forward no nonsense facility with everything close by, clean generous size rooms, good breakfast and cordial staff

Insider tip for Dubai. Cheap and mega huge apartments. With 3 people, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms had a huge living room with dining room and modern kitchen. Several balconies. More is not possible. For the money you get elsewhere only a small room. And there is also a pool. Top

Stayed there for 3 days. Had a surprise when they upgraded me to a one bedroom apartment from a studio room. They give you basic amenities like water, sugar, tea bags and creamer. Amazing staff from the receptionists, to the concierge to the cleaning department. They clean the room, wash the dishes as well. Really close to the metro station and to the city centre as well. Although hot water was finishing as soon as you enter in the shower after 5 minutes and we had requested for a double bed so they joined 2 single beds together and one of them the mattress wasn't so good. Overall had a lovely time, even has a washing machine which they provide for you the soap for. Would recommend this hotel to everyone

The location is near to City Center Shopping Mall and Dubai Airport. Hotel employees were amicable and the room was large. Would like to be there again.

I booked the One bedroom Creek Side View apartment.
I arrived to the hotel at 12PM, where usually the check in was from 2PM, I got my apartment right away.
I booked the Creek view, as I ve stayed at the same place 5 years ago, I knew that they had huge balconies facing south/south west, with lots of sun coming in from midday to sunset.
The apartment looks like the pictures.
In the kitchen you have a fridge/freezer, oven, kettle. If you need to request proper bowls and proper mugs like I had to do, there is no issue in getting this within minutes.
Apartment has a dining table for four, a large sofa, an armchair, and a tv. I never watched tv as most channels were Arabic and the connection wasn t that good.
From the living room you can go out on the balcony.
There are two AC regulators, one in the hall between kitchen and living room and one in the bedroom.
Bed is big, easily fits to people. You each get 2 sets of pillows, one softer and one harder.
The bathroom connected to bedroom is big. Has a nice large mirror alongside one of the walls. The bathtub was small. Barely fit me. But I m not going to spend my vacation in a bathtub in Dubai.
There is an extra toilet for guests.

I was really amazed about the high level of service. From the front desk, to the cleaning and in house dining. In house dining took 30 minutes to get your food up to the room. Front desk was always helpful and kind whenever I requested my room to be cleaned in the morning to even calling them from the apartment. Cleaning was really good too. Minor hickups, but as soon as I mentioned, the management came up to apologise and make sure everything was fine. In my eyes everything was running perfectly.

The place is not suitable for cleaning the beds, and there are no tea cafes or some other necessities near it. I did not photograph the site

I enjoyed my stay. Sanjeeb one of the housekeepers was very helpful.

The staff is great and the food is very good. The rooms need a little TLC (carpets and a slight smell). The location is ideal for walking and shopping.
After speaking with management they informed me that the company I am in town with booked a smoking room. They moved me to a non-smoking room with a freshly shampooed carpet and it is great. I cannot say enough about everyone at Flora Creek! They went above and beyond what other places would do.

The stuff are very friendly and hospitable. I tried the lunch in the hotel, the food was amazing.

By and large the Creek offers the benefits of proximity to the airport, Deira City Center and other attractions. However on the aspect of the apartment, if one has ever been to Flora Park, the Creek is old.

Neat clean and spacious rooms. Staff is really nice.

Have stayed in Flora creek twice and my experience was awesome. The last time we stayed my little daughter left the room without me or my husband knowing. Luckily for us she was brought back to our room by one of the housekeepers who recognised her. We were so grateful and had to give him a parting gift. Can never forget that act of kindness. Looking forward to my next visit.

The staff couldn't be more helpful. Made us feel very welcome and only too happy to please. Very close to Deira city and metro services. Would come back for sure.

They have a nice swimming pool and have a nice rooms for customers.

Studio apartments are nice, modern and clean . Their service is good.

However , Room service food isn t good and is overpriced for the quality and price.

Location is very good. Near a good mall deira City Centre. As well as a metro station. Rooms are clean and fairly modern.

This hotel is highly recommended. Rooms are very clean and larger compared to other hotels within its price range. Staffs are very accomodating. Location is great and walking distance to the metro and Deira City Center.

I stayed for three days.and it was the best three days of my life

It is clean, quiet, spacious, and the reception is nice, and its price was cheaper than the pokings, and it arranges the room after what I look for without what you say to them, because the night comes back when it is full .. It has containers, a washer, a saw, and an iron ... The balcony is closed and we asked to open it and clean it .. We asked for a baby bed .. Take an insurance from us before entering it 200 Real, and after we got acquainted with Chico and Rana, they returned it .. The lighting was very dim, our dependence on the sun was more .. Room 1009 has a view of the Burj Khalifa, pleasantly large room well appointed, kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking.

I stayed here for more than an year. This hotel apartment is located very near to Deira city cnebter. This has rooms with large balcony and also has good views. Tue employees are polite and the service is excellent here. This also has a restaurant which offers continental and Indian food and the food is really good here.

Comfortable and cosy apartments with excellent food served.
It s a wonderful and lovely one. Apt for a family. Best views along the creekside. Can see skyscrapers along the cul-de-sac and traffic signal along the junction on the other side makes it less noisy.

The apartments are great in terms of location, cleanliness and services, very suitable for families and the hotel staff are very cool and friendly. There is a grocery store nearby and a very excellent Shami restaurant, they work 24 hours
Disadvantages: The screen size is very small and there is no coffee maker
The thing that bothered me the most was that I had an amount left that was not returned to my account, despite my frequent calls to the hotel, as it has been 3 weeks, and to this date the amount has not been refunded.
