I used to live in this hotel for 12 months and really know, what I am writing about.

The staff would get 5 stars from me, all of them are very kind and helpful, whenever you need anything, they are happy to help and try their very best to make you happy.

Unfortunately the management is not on the same level as their staff, the hotel is managed very poorly, when approached with concerns or problems, the management was not willing/able to give me an appropriate answer, even after giving them several deadlines.
I experienced a badly maintained "5-star-deluxe" hotel (in my opinion maximum 3 stars worth), that is used, dirty, loud (big street just aside) and in a bad condition. Just to give you a couple of examples:
- when using the shower, the whole bathroom was a swimming pool, because all the water dripped on the floor from the top of the bathtub (angle that the water would run into the sink is not given)
- the whole furniture had stain on it, even sometimes the sheets on the beds
- the stove was that old or weak/used, that it took me at least 20 minutes to boil 1 litre of water
- the dish washing machine was not working and even after multiple tries to repair it, they were not willing to exchange the machine
- bad small in the kitchen and in the rest of the apartment from the AC was normal

Adding on top, during COVID-19 the management stopped all services in the rooms (no exchange of linen, no cleaning) but didn't change the prices for the rooms. The gym and pool were closed as well, without any replacement/alternative or refund.

Concluding I can only advise everyone to choose another hotel for their vacation or their living. Too expensive, badly maintained and not worth the time you spend on making the booking. If I could give zero stars, I would do it!

PS: Dear management, I gave you a couple of chances to get in touch with me, you never responded, I am disappointed, that I was not worth it to get an answer, even though I paid that much for my year long stay. That says a lot about you.
