Very entertaining hotel in the middle of Dubai close by the creek. 90% of front rooms are facing the new mall constructions. We lost the creek view. For our upgrade, bedroom is big enough to move. Living room, kitchen and other areas were spacious. The hotel is Clean, no noise between rooms and you don't smile food or anything else at the lounge. I liked the breakfast there, has variety of items but not necessarily everything. Prices are not so convenient for a long stay, unless you get a stay offer

It was an amazing experience at Flora Creek. We got a full 2 bedroom spacious apartment for half it's price. The apartment was amazing. Very well maintained, clean, neat and absolutely simple and classy. Loved staying there.

I spent in flora creek deluxe apartments miserable nights. They are not clean at all, the flies were everywhere and I even found a cockroach on the bed. In addition, the dust filled the apartment and smell of the beds and pillows was disgusting. Also, the reciption team was horrible. There is no customer services at all, no smiley faces, and all of them have angry faces that disturbed us all day and night. Even at 2am in the morning they would call us to ask about whether to extend or no. Seriously we were tired of them all the time and them invading our privacy by their constant calling. the employees lied all the time and there were no services at the hotel. They were trying to take from us money as much as they can, one time I tried to sit in their coffee shop but found a lot of flies and the place was very hot, there was no AC. Then when I complained they brought for me a guy from the house keeping with a fly racket to catch the flies in the coffee shop in front of me. The whole management team are horrible. They are overrated with minimal services and customer satisfaction. We really don't recommend this place!

Stayed with family for 9 days in Dec/Jan and it was great experience. It was our second stay in hotel apartments and will choose it again for family stays.
You can find shopping mall, restaurants including budget restaurants near the hotel. Deira city centre metro station is just <10 minutes far.

I would not never ever recommend this this hotel to any of my related people or friends, I had a very very very bad experience. I would not mention any detail about it because if I did there are some employees will be FIRED!! and I know they will FIRE the Wrong guy so I would rather to zip my mouth better than make them fire an employee who left his country to work and to get a wealthy life.
Smal Tip: DO NOT BOOK A NIGHT HERE EVEN IF THE PRICE IS SO SO SO SUPER AEWSOME.

We are enjoying our stay at Flora Creek , we are are family of six , have our own kitchen , we can cook our food at will. Nice beds and dining and lounge .

This place is flawed because the old furniture washer was a tussle and the other aparthotels were close to the city center services

The area and place is cozy and very convenient to travel. Our room is very clean and neat, thanks for to our housekeeper Manoj. Unfortunately, the elevator smells like feet and wet socks and I have mentioned it to the Housekeeping Supervisor, im not sure if the issue was address.
Definitely will stay again, hope they can give a special offer in coming holidays.

The staff is fantastic. They respond to all our request in a very kind and professional manner. The room is nice, clean and spacious. The metro is very close.

Room is nice like 3-4 star rating. Breakfast is regular. Staff is poor.

The apartments in Flora Creek are very excellent in terms of space, cleanliness and the contents of the different apartment. When you request any service you will find the immediate and quick response with a nice smile. The reception and farewell service was perfect. The swimming pool is great and meets all ages. Enjoy swimming and relaxing in the hot water Jacuzzi. The massage service will receive the highest standards of massage at a reasonable price and under the hands of experienced massage therapists for you and your wife, where privacy and safety, Flora Creek ideal location for all places of tourism and shopping centers, in general, my experience of staying Flora Creek was perfect Too.

a very short drive from DXB Int'l Airport. Large clean rooms and super hospitable staff.Shopping and restaurants a 5 min walk from the hotel. Excellent wifi. I have stayed here with family and solo on business trips and have always been satisfied

Only thing which perhaps could be improved are cable channels! and more bright lights in the bathroom

Fabulous place to stay when in Dubai. Lots of space in a two bedroom apartment. Sumptuously appointed rooms & Bathrooms. Comfortable and generous size beds are a luxury for that good night's sleep.

Can be described in 2 words. Simply awesome. Spacious and comfortable. Daily room service for cleaning on request (they won't bother you unless). Service is also great. They provide a hygienic environment. Kitchen is equipped with almost everything you need for preparing food (except groceries and spices). WiFi is a lil bit slow as they mentioned it's a high speed internet. Breakfast buffet is also great with verities.

We spent 15 nights in flora creek deluxe hotel apartments in the 2 bedroom apartment with children's room. The check-in went smoothly. A welcome drink was offered. Rooms are very spacious and very clean. There is daily cleaning and coffee, tea and water are replenished. Thanks Mr. Rajesh and Mr. Tapas. You can choose at what time your room will be cleaned. The doorman Mr. Manoj Kumar and Mr. Thanks Mandeep for all your help. Thanks to Mr. Mandeep, my daughter's lost cell phone was quickly found in the taxi. Mandeep you are the best! It felt like a second home. Swimming pool, toilets, sauna etc were all very clean. The pool staff and front desk were all very friendly too.
Good location, metro and shopping center within walking distance. We did our shopping in the Carrefour (in the shopping center), which was very cheap.
I will without a doubt spend the night here again and I recommend it to everyone.

To be honest, and without exaggeration, the prices are excellent, the place is great, and the rooms are spacious .. I mean, everything I enter Dubai is necessary to book with them, this is the first time this time, 20 book with them and their treatment is very nice ..

One of the premium properties in Dubai. Very good location. We got a room which had windows telling us the character of Dubai. Very calm, peaceful and family friendly property. I have decided that anytime I'm in Dubai I wouldn't stay anywhere else other than this property.
