First of all I would like to say THANK YOU to the hotel staff because service was excellent! Many hotels should learn from them hot to do this!
Secondly my room was as nice, clean and big as it described on the website. Pictures are absolutely true. In addition in this hotel there is everything you could need for work and rest: Gym, swimming pool, conference hall, SPA, beauty saloon, supermarket etc. There is not sea near the hotel but the location is great. It's in the heart of one of the most spectacular part od Dubai - Dubai Creek.
And I would not be so happy if the price was not so attractive!

Nice hotel we stayed in a very comfortable family apartment. The kitchen and the room against this one require a refreshment but the rest is perfect. The beds are very comfortable. When we arrived at 6am we had our room at 9am. It was really nice because normally it was available at 14h. Our breakfast the last day was ridden in room at 5am in the morning which we enjoyed. We recommend this hotel and the location is perfect very close to the metro
Although I would rate the furnishing an average 4 star, but the management and personel are definitely 5 star. Also the amenities provided are well thought of.
This place is a great place to be but very expensive. we ran away from a rubbish place called golfen beach apartments hotel for lots of money (I don't recommend people going there).after we came here
I stayed here with my family for 5 nights, a nice welcome from reception, all other staffs are very good. Rooms are very good with all facilities and well maintained by housing keeping staffs. Restaurants, metro rail station and Deira City Center, a nice shopping center, all are within 5 minutes of walking distance. We enjoyed our stay, wish to make it happen again in near future.
Fantastic apartments - frankly spacious apartments - I took one-room apartment with a lounge - the room where the size of the big bed - large and spacious lounge and the apartment are all furnished - kitchen fully equipped (pit your stuff and cook) and the apartment can accommodate two adults and 3 to 4 children - There is a bathroom with Panyu continued room and there is also another bathroom nearby lounge - Service Excellent - clean room daily - wide positions - all supplies of Quaye clothes Safe - provide you a child Abu bed two or three free - the hotel is very close to the Metro and City Center Mall - I Recommend housing in which families strongly - there is a swimming pool and a health club, a free - and Ohkura.
We only had a short time in Dubai - less than 24 hours but the staff at the Flora Creek Deluxe Hotel Apartments made us feel extremely welcome. The room exceeded our expectations for comfort and features and the shuttle bus to and from the airport was excellent with great service from our drivers both for the pickup from the hotel and the return trip the next morning.
The location of the apartments is good - near the Deria Creek although the view of the creek is obscured by a new shopping centre under construction. The apartments are also near the Dubai Metro which should allow direct access to Dubai's main airport (DBX). It should allow easy access to those parts of Dubai accessible by Metro.
In summary the services and the room were excellent but the highlight of our short stay has to be the friendly welcome and help from the staff.
The location and rooms are perfect. The team at the concierge is also very good however the front desk team is not great at all and services is avearge. Have been staying there for over 10 years and will go back. Hope the service can be consistent accross
Liked - Honestly, there isn't much that I like about this hotel. Price is cheap but not value for money. Location is great as it is at the city center. But definitely not recommended as you can find other hotels in the same location and value for money / services too.
Disliked - There were no proper facilities when I stayed at this hotel. 1) Breakfast at room service only with no proper menu, and lack of understanding from the telephone operator. Even in other hotels, it was a breakfast buffet. I personally checked and verified. 2) Pools and Wellness Center were closed (despite the fact that its open all around Dubai). I personally checked and verified. 3) Room cleanliness was below par. Dirty carpets. 4) No daily room service. Imagine a one bedroom apartment living with a family for three nights and no daily room service? Even though the next door hotel was having a daily room service (I personally checked with them). This is ridiculous 5) The locking door mechanism was found defective and the technicians were fixing in my room till mid night. Imagine that living with your family.
When I met the reception, she simply said "SORRY" and with no compensation at all. The reason behind is that this hotel is/was not able to comply with the protocols / guidelines set by the Dubai Tourism Authority in order for them to allow/resume their service such as pool, breakfast buffet, etc. And I understand why. The services at this hotel were poor. Extremely poor. I am a verified user and I stayed in this hotel during 5th - 8th August 2020 for three nights. It was my worst Dubai staycation ever! NOT Recommended.
We booked here with expected guests to come over for some time. However, every 5 minutes we are receiving to call to remind us that our guests have to leave at 10:00 PM. Very poor and inconsiderate customer service. Not advisable here for relaxation.
A place that deserves its value is a very bad service. We asked the employee to clean the room, like a hotel, and we went out for five hours. Unfortunately, we went back and were still not cleaned. We stay three nights as a family and change our stay to a place that I would not recommend to anyone and do not deserve its value
Excellent: We visited Dubai in January 2020, we stayed 2 nights in this hotel total of AED 1,017.46 The beautiful thing of the hotel is location where you can enjoy: Mall/Metro/Main Rd..etc Dubai during every year DSF in January is the best cities for families.
More than wonderful recommended especially for families spacious apartments and proximity to the mosque and services, restaurants, barbershop, supermarket and metro station just meters away and the center of the mall about 300 meters away.

We stayed here last year. Amazing and welcoming staff, clean and warm environment. It s so close to shops ...actually walking distance. We enjoyed breakfast ....we plan on returning this April.. great job!!

One of the best hotel apartments in Dubai. Close to City Center, Close to Airport, Only 2 Metro Stations. The apartments are spacious and suitably equipped, all equipment is available. The cleaners are exceptional to them, and the waiters have a super premium. You must choose the right time to book, their prices are high in seasons.
It's in the heart of the city, close to old dubai mall. Beautiful hotel, very serene, apartment and very neat and well organised, their rooms are very comfortable. Swimming Pool and sauna available. Try the place and thank me later

Very superb in services. I really liked their breakfast buffet. Their entire working staff are fantastic. Their rooms are clean and well taken care of. First class, top of the line gym with state of the art equipment. Super effective WiFi and indoor swimming pool. Will always lodge there whenever I visit Dubai.
Convenient location, easy access to metro, mall across the street with supermarket and food court. Room is a bit musty, not using the closet due to funky smell. Staff is friendly.
lovely place warm reception. downside being asked after check in for 200dollar depo for room service we hadnt even utilised yet and when we ordered roomservice the server returned to ask us to pay for our meal as we had not put deposit. if we can afford to pay for our hotel stay for 6 days in advance why on earth would you harrass us for depo of 200 dollars yet in reality we used at the end of stay about 260 dhirams less than a 100 dollars. that was the downside of our stay. felt disrespected. thanks

We were goup of friends and we have selected Flora Creek for budget considerations. Surprisingly, it was really a pleasant 5 star experience. I travel frequently to Dubai and been to many hotels within the same rate range. This serviced apartment truly exceeded my expectations to the extent that it made me write a positive feedback which I rarely do. All staff in front desk were friendly and professional and seemed that they have customer satisfaction set as a priority and sometimes above rules. No hidden charges or bait and switch games played as many hotels unfortunately do in the city (e.g. Extra guest charges). The amenities of apartment were all provided as mentioned in website and everything was well maintained and clean. Wifi spots are well engineered in a way you get the 5 bars any where in the big apartment, and any where means any where. Each and every room has a separate temperature thermostat. The place smells clean and house keeping doing really a great job taking care of rooms and corridors even in small details. The tower is conveniently located next to a mosque, supermarkets, city center shopping mall , good number of cafes and restaurants and a metro and a bus station. There was enough parking space and a bell boy always down there for help. Actually Flora Creek Residence feels like home and I basically can live in this place for extended periods without any complaint. We were group of friends and all of us enjoyed the stay and we will come back again. We all will recommend it to our friends and any one going to Dubai.
