The staff at front desk messed up all our days of nice staying with some funny bills they accumulated for me at checking out. The day we checked in we were billed some taxes to cover our stay which we paid upfront. We had made full payment for our 2 weeks stay several months before we travelled. And despite my notification to their front desk for 2 full days that I was checking out on a particular date and asking if there was anything I needed to do or know to which they responded in the negative, you can imagine my shock and anger when rushing to the airport early morning with my family they gave me a bill of almost 500DHS to settle!!! That singular experience coupled with their closing the pool at 10pm as against 11pm which they promised....messed up a stay that would have been very nice.
