Flora Creek is in a very convenient location: close to the Metro and the City Centre Mall where almost anything can be obtained. The apartment was spacious, kitchen was equipped with almost everything needed and very clean. Had to request a room change due to the noise from the construction work. Very happy that I was given another room almost immediately, on a higher floor and quieter. The staff at Flora Creek are excellent: friendly, helpful, attentive and willing to grant any request. I really commend them. I think this hotel is good value and would stay again.

Apartments are excellent and clean prices are very reasonable

Great experience with my team. Made use of the training facility and we had great moment. Coffee break was Great and Lunch was excellent and awesome. Staff relationship was excellent. Had great time, will surely come back and refer.

The hotel is a well-equipped hotel apartment in which there is a preparatory kitchen and a washing machine (without dryer), and a clothes diffuser is available inside the apartment, but no soap for clothes or dishes is provided, a large champion of water is provided daily for free and tea and Nescafe as well.

This hotel cater's to your every need! Coming from U.S.A I had my destination wedding in Dubai. Flora Creek accommodate to our 20 plus guests who stayed there as well. Aviral did an amazing job making sure we were welcomed and taken care of us throughout our stay and very prompt. He made sure each day our stay was better than the last. For our Friday party he did not hesitate to keep the party in order. Everything was perfect. The receptionist, housekeepers and restaurant staff where friendly, considerate, and always willing to help. The hospitality of the staff at Flora Creek was above and beyond my expectations. (and I always have high expectations wherever I go lol)

The two bedroom apartments are spacious which allowed all the families to get together and enjoy each others company with no issue. They even catered large sums of food for us to enjoy dinner. We also had an event at the venue in the hotel. Again everything was perfect!

The food is excellent! For breakfast Flora Creek make omelets and dosas on the spot along with the endless entrees, fruits, baked goods and fresh juices. Dinner items they have all types of foods. I chose room service/dine in at the hotel more than anywhere else in Dubai.

The day before the wedding I got a Facial from the Wellness Spa located in the hotel. She did an amazing job and gave me recommendations for skincare. She pampered me like a true bride to be should feel.

It also has restaurants and convenient stores across the street and walking distance so no troubles for anything.

If you are planning a big trip from aboard I suggest getting a hold of Aviral so he can have all ready for you before you arrive.

This place is fantastic. Staff is super friendly and goes out of their way to help you out from check-ins, to room service, to restaurants you name it. The best part about the hotel is the breakfast which is just out of this world with fresh juices and at least ten different types of entrees. If you're in Dubai this is the place to go!

A quiet and beautiful place for meetings, especially in the middle of Dubai

Very spacious apartments, a view of the creek in some apartments. Something in it is frankly beautiful, but Zein does not complete
The restaurant is not what you like to eat, but the view is good

The apartment was spacious, my infant was free to crawl around, the front desk was very helpful with our questions and need. The housekeepers kept our room spotless and the pool was relaxing. Thank you Flora Creek for a wonderful and safe place for my family.

It is a very pleasant place to stay with the family. The staff are friendly and clean, the staff are friendly, the services are excellent, I will repeat the experience, there are free parking for the residents and the breakfast is very nice

Nothing to complain about.. great place with a Creek view.

My daughter loved the pool. I enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna. My son liked the fact that there was a kitchen and a washing machine.
The staff were nice and helpful. The location was great- close to shops and restaurants. The lifts were centrally located and were never congested. The rooms were cleaned daily.
Arrived at about 5am and the bellboy came out immediately to help with our luggage from the taxi. The check in was also fast & smooth.
The walls were quite thick u couldn't hear noise from guests next door. You could smell the delicious meal they were cooking though.

The apartments are cozy , clean and spacious , housekeeping is awesome and fast

Beautiful hotel and design, very friendly and professional staff, lovely pool, delicious food at the restaurant... Cost effective apartments with stunning views of the Dubai creek.... Need I say more?
