Flora Creek standard can be compare to Hilton in London.
The staff are very courteous towards guest.
Services are very good
Hotel location very strategic

Good apartments, not too much space, but very poor service, bad once

I am a business traveler. I need to most important things: sleep and internet. Below is why I think here is a deal breaker for me.
1. the bed mattress is super old and it has a concave at the hip area due to long time use. It hurts my back after several days of sleeping
2. the internet is very slow. very much slow! And it keep failing when I download a 300 MB software for my work.

Nice hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Due to the large amount of construction in Dubai and the desert around the city, however, there is something dusty on our 2 balconies, which also lacks furniture. The windows to the north are very dusty and lack the loving hand of the window cleaner. Good hotel I would recommend

This turns out to be great place to stay with good offer from Goibibo. Like the location. Walking distance to deira city centre

One of the best appartment hotels I have ever been to

Not happy with the way they treat visitors of their checked in guest. They should inform from the time of booking that it is not allowed to entertain guests and not during checkin

Nice and great locatef apartment accommodation. If they have 3 bedroom apartments it would be great.
Tv circuits and devices must be upgraded

The hotel is beautiful in many ways .. They have beautiful and simple apartments and stunning views on the Dubai Creek .. Close to the banks and the airport is almost 5 minutes and the City Center complex can go on foot .. There are many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets and there is also a mosque and mosque The hotel is very close to the hotel from the inside. I noticed the hotel last time in late September 2018. Unfortunately, there is inconvenience and repairs from the opposite side of the creek, causing inconvenience to guests and discomfort while sitting in the balcony.

I put a fat five to the masseur. Pros! Familiar with many techniques, back, neck are new now) It's amazing that such a master is hidden in such a hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Flora Creek with my friends and cousin! Staff were so accommodating and welcoming, I can easily say that this was my best ever hotel experience! The amenities were wonderful, things were easily accessible, taxis called for you. My apartment was so beautiful, the kitchen lovely and fully stocked with cooking utensils. I want to especially speak thank housekeeping, because they were so wonderful, funny and well mannered! Thank you Flora Creek for making my first time visiting Dubai/the UAE so spectacular! I 10/10 recommended and can t wait to visit again!

One of the good hotel apartments, with very spacious room and big balcony for the deluxe suite with the creek view. Very neat and clean, well maintained.

Had a bad experience with Front Desk to get in with a early check in and charged a full night for check in at 5.30 am, Could have a better modified hotel policy to help such conditions of the guest.

Otherwise, the stay was amazing and relaxing in terms of room. The breakfast was moderate, no varieties or options even when the hotel is fully booked.

I stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years. It has good beds, a gym with a view, and a convenient location. Other furnishings are basic, the pool is not attractive, and they lack a license to offer wine or beer. Unfortunately, the quality of service is getting worse to the point that I can no longer count on an easy night in these rooms. Every time I visit, the staff seem to be undertrained and disorganized. Room service cannot coordinate billing or requests with the front desk, and even simple procedures and requests are often mishandled. I have raised these concerns with management, but they seem unable to sort things out. If you have time and energy to deal with these issues, you might be fine. Otherwise, consider choosing another place to have a less stressful visit in Dubai.

We went as a family great hotel breakfast was nice.. But only gets a three because at the moment when having breakfast your view if of construction workers and the TV do need a update.. Buts that's me just being picky

Just 2min to cross the Floating bridge and 8 min far from Dubai Int'l Airports 1 & 3.

Excellent service from the bell boy to reception upon checking in ,house keeping and restaurant staff .
They all polite and always ready to help .
Good location across the city centre Mall and almost opposite the creek golf course .

Second trip to Dubai, one month and still going to Flora Creek Hotel. Bedroom as really big, kitchen is well furnished for who wants to cook, service is near to perfect.
Bad point : the swimming pool is small and often quite busy.
Very big supermarket with Carrefour at 5 minutes walking.
