A part from the appearance, it's a bad hotel, not clean, rude staff not professional, the hotel policy is oriented to their own benefit ONLY. Pay attention that if any furniture will break in your room without your fault, they will charge anyway you, as it happened to me: they told me that they check the rooms before the client enters, then anything happened must be charged on client (!) (then we should check the conditions of all the furnitures and accessories with our technicians, before entering, if the risk is on our shoulders!). Fortunately in Dubai there are many very better hotels at same price or even cheaper, this is the only one so disapponting I lived in, then you can easily choose another one, avoiding to have bad experiences.
