My baggage was in luggage storage underneath & when I got to destination my bag was covered in urine from on board toilet!! Second time travelled with them no issues. Third time it wasn't made clear to me through the app that my trip was operated through their partner operator therefore I missed my bus!! Have spoken with hot line displayed on ticket & they have been unhelpful & advise it's not their department.

It may be that one can get another bus instead of his bus, which leaves two hours earlier and is useless if you come by plane and do not have to wait a few hours. After my first bus was delayed due to traffic jams and I missed my connection bus, a bad-tempered employee booked me a replacement bus much later, since the other 3 buses that should drive in between were booked. On my friendly inquiry, if, if a passenger did not show up, I could take one of the earlier buses with this ticket, and if the employee could otherwise write a note on the ticket (I tried to make that clear several times but in a friendly way), was the extremely annoyed and unfriendly response of the employee every time I did not understand that the buses were BOOKED out. In the background another coworker shouted "If she does not want to take the bus, keep her busy at 6 in the morning!" - In the end, a bus driver of an earlier bus took me out of sympathy, even though my ticket was not valid for this trip (in fact, some passengers did not show up), as I was alone on the bus at night, but according to Flixbus staff was not allowed to ride , I am particularly annoyed by the personal attack only because the employee obviously did not understand my question. Perhaps a job with less customer contact would be more appropriate for some employees.

Am on 09/08/2016 together with a visually impaired friend, who can not leave the house without blind stick, moved from Munich ZOB to Berlin ZOB! The bus driver and his colleague were very friendly and nice as well as very helpful. My buddy and I wanted, because our bus was a biplane, sitting in the first row of seats in front of the huge windshield. Our request was of course met and the bus driver helped my friend the rather narrow stairs up to the upper deck. A great service! The departure should have been at ten o'clock in the morning, the bus drove off, as it was still waiting for some offending passengers, ten minutes later. A small delay that can be accepted, especially since the bus driver was not to blame. At the start of the journey, the bus driver, although he was not a German, explained all the important things exactly and offered that he could be asked at any time if something was unclear. The ride initially went to Bayreuth, where at a smaller bus stop some passengers got out and new came on board. Then it was a few miles to Himmelkron to a motorway service area, more specifically a truck stop for truckers. There we had twenty minutes stay and there was a driver change. The new bus driver, who then chauffeured us from Himmelkron to Berlin, was a German and was also very nice and very friendly and helpful. Because even this new driver helped my visually impaired friend up to the upper deck. The further trip on the A9 in the direction of Berlin was very pleasant. The wifi worked very well, the seats were super comfortable and could be adjusted, also the legroom was really fine. We also had the great luck that there was no traffic jam on the A9 on that hot late summer day. For quite a lot of construction sites and the new bus driver made us aware that he could tell us only after crossing the Elbe, when we would now enter exactly at the ZOB in Berlin. Instead of 17 clock we arrived twenty minutes later. This little delay is justifiable and is in no way a fault of the bus driver dar. This delay was due to the numerous highway construction sites on the entire route from Munich to Berlin! When getting off in Berlin ZOB a young traveling lady wanted to help us, which made both my buddy and me really happy. Outside in front of the vehicle we were given our luggage and also there was the bus driver very nice and helpful, he kept us up to date with information during the journey. Since we are both severely disabled and each have 100% reduction in earning capacity, we would have received 50% discount on the regular fare after online booking of 22 euros per nose. But since my buddy has a registered escort in his certificate of severely disabled persons, the accompanying person should have been allowed to travel for free! We then shared the 11 Euro travel expenses and paid only 5.50 Euro per nose. As cheap as the normal fares at Flixbus for the Munich-Berlin route, you would not even get away from the carpool, not to mention Deutsche Bahn. If you drive to Berlin today with the ICE, you see, when you look out the window, almost only these old noise barriers and faster the ICE is not necessarily, especially since there is no longer the proverbial reliability of the former German Federal Railways nowadays. But on the long-distance bus you can see a lot of the landscape, especially if you sit in the biplane in the first row! Very gladly again, we did not regret it!

Sitting in the Flixbus right now and incredible things are happening here. On the outward journey there were already problems because not even a Flixbus came, but an external company ... Without WiFi and without seats with a table as booked ... But now on the return trip there is a flix bus but WiFi doesn't work and that We didn't get seats with a table as booked because of Corona, but after a few stops several passengers got on, but there was still space ... Nevertheless, despite Corona (justification beforehand), the driver left a lady on our booked seats and calmly flirted without them Mask with this ... When we complained, he said that this was the driver's seat .... Anyway ... I want my money back on arrival and will never drive with Flixbus again ... If it does not matter if and when you arrive you can take the Flixbus. Otherwise not. I had a ticket for 23.30 to Zagreb. At 23.00 I got a text message that the bus could not drive because of technical problems and I was transferred to a bus at 1.10am. The staff refused to say anything and referred me to the passenger rights. The bus to Zagreb drove normally at 23.30 and there was no one else outside of me. Therefore, I assume that you would have to take a biplane because of me and you wanted to save money by rebooking me. In the next two weeks I wrote Flixbus five times until I got an answer. This answer only pointed me out, however, that you could not get refunded with a delay of 120 minutes and you could not cancel it.

Always late.

Always late.
I had to take Flixbus several times (more than 3 times). Either the bus came too late or the trip was simply canceled.
The money was not refunded, the online complaints were ignored.
Very bad organization.

Flixbus deserves zero points. Very bad costumer service and very bad delivery of the company's value proposition: unfriendly, dumb staff without a soul, buses are very often more than 1 hour or more too late, bad or no delivery of their promised services:
I wanted to take Flixbus from Munich to Zurich.
My ticket was valid from Munich to Zurich. I was not allowed to take the bus to Zurich as I had no hardcopy ID with me. My electronic passport which is accepted even for intercontinental flights were not valid for the flixbus staff. As this was the last connection that day from Munich to Zurich, I could not take the train anymore. I suggested the flixbus staff that I will buy a new ticket which will be valid to Contance, which is close to the Swiss boarder. As this flixbus was already delayed, flixbus told me that ticket purchase now is no longer possible and that I cannot take the bus from Munich to Contance even thought my ticket was valid even for a longer distance until Zurich. I had to stay in Munich. Luckily there are better companies in this sector such as blablacar.de or sixt car rental - without them I would had no chance to travel from Munich to Zurich (where I live) that Sunday night.

I will never use flixbus again and engage in word-to-mouth propaganda in order to protect my friends from experiencing such a bad service as I did.

The staff was very funny, as it has no German spoken. My partner and I had previously tried to order tickets via the internet which did not work .. Then the gentlemen in the FlixBus sold us tickets that were totally overpriced. And we were only allowed to take pictures of them. It all seemed pretty unprofessional to me. The toilets were very stuffy and definitely not cleaned ... And dear FlixBus team: you should possibly pay attention to which children in which age you take. It can not be that one of a distance from Dortmund HBF to Munich HBF let an infant with. The kids do not know what to do with it. It was crying all the time. In my opinion, only children from 5 years should be taken. It can not be that the whole bus is kept going about 9 hours! So that was my first and last ride.

The most impolite, rude service personell and unclear information. Be aware of which company that operates the trip, because I waited at the wrong spot (same destination and time), missed the bus and they refused to help me in any way. One of the workers even insulted us and blamed the fault on our nationality (seriously?) Extremely rude. But hey it's cheap...

Flixbus can be driven on routes up to 5 hours drive. After that it gets uncomfortable. Toilets constantly clogged, seating distances extremely short (I'm only 164 cm tall !!) Drivers rarely speak German and drive overtired without end. For this they are constantly moving. Horror trip Flixbus.

We traveled from Legoland to Munich, on july 25th. The bus, scheduled for 18:10, arrived with 1h:30 delay. No appologies, instead a rude driver and his coleague (or impostor) literally grabbed our hand luggage and dropped it in the luggage compartment. Still, after waiting all this time, with children and stuff, the driver couldn t refrain himself from taking a smoking break. Also, we were charged extra for booking seats in the bus. Guess what: there were no labels on the seats, so the extra charge was a big scam.

I would avoid using this company. It's cheaply priced - for a reason. They oversell seats and bump you to different times without any concern of plans you may have. Half their staff are useless, unprofessional and unhelpful. I've now learned my lesson twice with this company and from now on if a bus is needed, I won't be traveling with Flix.

My ticket was booked two months ago (in July for travel in Sept), with paid seats and a notice comes through one hour before scheduled departure saying it's now cancelled and you're on a later bus, which would leave us stranded in a city 30 mins from home.

Buy the ticket, take the risk. It's a 50/50 it will work out for you.

I am currently in the Flixbus from Amsterdam to Berlin. It is terrible. The driver shouted at the passengers when boarding. The bad thing was that he did not take two people, even though she had a ticket. He said they did not have the right documents. He did that only with people who are not white. With "Germans" he has also accepted the driver's license. He has become really choleric and has meant that they should complain to Aunt Merkel. I now have a queasy feeling on the bus. The website says there will be wifi and power outlets. There is no power, and the wifi is practically unusable. They give you a tiny amount of wifi, and you are prohibited from using many websites. While the bus is clean and it gets you from point a to b, the company lies on their site about what amenities they offer. We were on the bus for 22 hours and were hoping to get some work done, but could not. Unless I have no other option, I won't be using this service again.

Unbeatable low price = lack of customer friendliness?
I have noticed more and more recently that bus drivers are becoming more and more unfriendly. I now see quite often that the drivers are yelling at FlixbBus customers or are really condescending and abusing them arrogantly. It is really uncomfortable. The drivers could get into the habit of clarifying certain situations calmly before they get so quick-tempered. Everyone has a bad day, but you could ask for a bit more professionalism from the bus drivers. The situation with the trunk could also be improved. People who are not in good physical shape or women who find it simply too difficult to lift the suitcase out of the raised trunk are ignored or looked at arrogantly by the bus drivers. I don't want to talk about all of them, there are of course positive exceptions, but somehow it doesn't seem to be a rule anymore.

In recent years, Flixbus had improved in terms of punctuality, but what I see and experience today is almost frightening. The mask requirement is not enforced within the bus in the area of long-distance public transport, and the bus driver is not separated from his passengers by a film or the like. A hygiene concept is not really recognizable. Stops suddenly move to other areas without any information. The once so friendly staff shines with incompetence when it comes to processing booking questions, waiting for hours on the phone and then, in a one-minute sentence, the problem is neither resolved nor forwarded to the responsible office - an unparalleled unreasonability. Whole families with small children are distributed across the bus to different seats, seat reservations are changed shortly before departure. Complaints are only possible via a contact form via email and require long processing times. The list of service failures and non-compliance with general pandemic regulations (which are by no means mere recommendations) is long. I think the customer is well advised in the event of difficulties to settle some things with a good old registered mail and to inform the Federal Railway Authority and some consumer offices about these conditions sooner or later. In my opinion, the customer is even better advised if the Flixbus is not used in the current situation, even if it costs a little more.
