Unbeatable low price = lack of customer friendliness?
I have noticed more and more recently that bus drivers are becoming more and more unfriendly. I now see quite often that the drivers are yelling at FlixbBus customers or are really condescending and abusing them arrogantly. It is really uncomfortable. The drivers could get into the habit of clarifying certain situations calmly before they get so quick-tempered. Everyone has a bad day, but you could ask for a bit more professionalism from the bus drivers. The situation with the trunk could also be improved. People who are not in good physical shape or women who find it simply too difficult to lift the suitcase out of the raised trunk are ignored or looked at arrogantly by the bus drivers. I don't want to talk about all of them, there are of course positive exceptions, but somehow it doesn't seem to be a rule anymore.
