Flixbus deserves zero points. Very bad costumer service and very bad delivery of the company's value proposition: unfriendly, dumb staff without a soul, buses are very often more than 1 hour or more too late, bad or no delivery of their promised services:
I wanted to take Flixbus from Munich to Zurich.
My ticket was valid from Munich to Zurich. I was not allowed to take the bus to Zurich as I had no hardcopy ID with me. My electronic passport which is accepted even for intercontinental flights were not valid for the flixbus staff. As this was the last connection that day from Munich to Zurich, I could not take the train anymore. I suggested the flixbus staff that I will buy a new ticket which will be valid to Contance, which is close to the Swiss boarder. As this flixbus was already delayed, flixbus told me that ticket purchase now is no longer possible and that I cannot take the bus from Munich to Contance even thought my ticket was valid even for a longer distance until Zurich. I had to stay in Munich. Luckily there are better companies in this sector such as blablacar.de or sixt car rental - without them I would had no chance to travel from Munich to Zurich (where I live) that Sunday night.

I will never use flixbus again and engage in word-to-mouth propaganda in order to protect my friends from experiencing such a bad service as I did.
