FlixBus Review

Unfortunately, I had the experience that the staff have reacted very rude and xenophobic against me and other customers. Customers who did not speak German well were shamelessly and loudly answered. One employee even shouted at the customer, although the mistake was with her. Also, smaller children who were a bit louder were acted outrageous and ruthless and some showed themselves uncomprehending.

Very bad experience with flix bus , and worst service from staff (not at all helpful).They do not know how to deal or answer to people.
We had to go to visit Italy and there was a transit from Munich stop ,the bus departure was around 9:45 PM from Munich stop and we were on time ,we had booked the tickets online as well as we had confirmed tickets, we showed them our tickets ,got in the bus and searching for the seats and found what !! There is only one seat left for two guys, thanks to flix bus who sold offline ticket to someone and yes bus was overbooked, even though we had booked online.now that is not the end of story , it starts here.
Police came to check all the passengers whether they have valid tickets or not.but unfortunately they could not find anyone and we had to wait for more 15 minutes there for this drama, they discussed with flix bus guys ( in German) and guess what we had to take out the luggage from bus and they assured that we will be getting another bus to Rome ....
We took out the luggage and sat in waiting room , they came with offer to go to Milan !!
Yes you read it correctly..We have hotel booking in Rome and we have all flix bus connections from there.And let's go to Milan... They gave one more offer, we rejected their all offer we asked "please provide back transportation from Munich to regensburg and return our money back ".
They told we don't have any tickets left to regensburg.
So whole night we had to stay at Munich railway station in cold. And morning 5:00AM we took back our train. Whole trip was messed up. Thanks to Flix bus.. :|

The first impression is last impression..
Suggestion to flix bus guys : Please behave properly when it's your mistake, because if you lose your impression it will affect whole country.

One of the busiest bus agencies in Europe. Everyday lines for any destination, some on the move, but they still lead you to the destination. There are quite many crowds at retail outlets, and sometimes there are consultations with ticket vendors for a long time, because prices vary greatly depending on when buying a ticket (a day or two before or a month ago), how much is the crowd (whether holidays or not) and dr. so I would advise at least half an hour earlier to arrive before leaving the bus.
