My partner and I got a Flix bus to and from Salzburg last weekend and it was alright. We booked an early bus (Well early for us.. 7:30am) to Salzburg so we'd get to our destination early! Well, they ran 30 minutes late. There was no staff there to explain to us where our bus was or what was going on, we just had to keep waiting around for the bus. Had we known we had to wait for half an hour, we probably would've grabbed a coffee... The bus was nice and clean. We got some seats with a table so we had plenty of room! There was a bathroom which even though smelt horrible, is useful for some passengers! On the way back, the bus stop in Salzburg is really randomly placed. We weren't really sure if we were in the right place because it was just a Flix bus sign in the middle of no where on the side of a random street. On the way home we were in a smaller bus but we still had lots of room and there were even power point so you could charge your appliances. Something that was frustrating and probably just a cultural thing is that even though we arrived early to both of our busses and lined up, everyone else just pushed in front and staff let them. I'm not sure if they could implement some kind of line system, but it is really frustrating when you don't book a seat and get there early only to be pushed aside... As well as that, as I said we didn't book seats, but there was nothing on the bus to indicate which seats were already reserved. So for all we know, we could've been sitting in someone else's seat..

It all began with waiting customers who behaved well enough to show their ticket to the bus driver. An obviously bad-tempered bus driver answers my "hello" only with an ice cold "ID". That's what I call a good start to a common 6-hour journey: to give the customer a feeling, as if he has just committed a crime.
Well, thank God, it's still going on. Delivered suitcases with colleagues, I ask them if I should take the Zara shopping bag with 2 jackets on board or he stows them in the luggage compartment. "Just take with you" answers this friendly. Said done, I climb the bus and hear after felt 3 steps a "Hey Sir". Amazed, I turn around and see an angry bus driver who really yells at me "What's that? That belongs downstairs ". Meant was my shopping bag with 2 jackets. On my answer that the colleague said I should take this on board, follows the next blow. He acted rudely toward two customers then to me.
I asked this employee whether he was supposed to be acting this way. He said, "there is no evidence" so I cannot prove that he is acting poorly. I asked to speak to the manager. He said no. I asked for his name, he said he would not give it to me. (Okay?) I took pictures of him, while he tries to cover his face (see the four pictures). FlixBus Manager, here is the face of your employee--evidently trying to cover his face knowing I want to identify him and report.
Had an attitude as if he thinks he's better than everyone. Did he act this way only to those with darker-colored skin than his?
FlixBus, what is the rationale for hiring this employee? Is FlixBus targeting mainly light skinned customers (such as those employed by FlixBus customer service)?

Regular delays (approx. 30 min.) Are unfortunately not uncommon, as are terrifying driving styles and a lack of information about delayed departures (experience from more than 40 trips).
My last trip (originally 6:30 p.m.) was delayed by 1 hour 35 minutes. This was updated every half hour and finally amounted to almost 3 hours. During this time I could not leave the train station because times have changed several times and I did not want to miss the bus.
Despite a missed appointment, there is apparently no entitlement to a partial reimbursement of travel expenses. As a result, I only arrived at my destination at 00:35 instead of the originally planned 21:30. So I missed my connection.
Unfortunately not recommended.
It should also be added that, despite the already very late departure, smoking breaks are taken into account for the bus driver at almost every stop.

I have travelled from Munich to Prague and return... For Prague from Munich - It's better use bus than trains. As buses are chepper in cost and taking less time. So it's saving your time and money as well.
Flixbus are proving great service and english spoken staffs as well... cticket booking ounter staffs are very helpful and gentle nature... pilot of bus also very very helpfull. Best part is it's safe and secure service, they never over speeding, you feel very comfort and relax during whole trip.
Only one issue you will face that free Wi-Fi are very limited... it's will give you excess net up to 150mb only also Wi-Fi not working in some the buses.
One more good thing that they keep plying English songs at low volume, it's make your trip more pleasant.
The best place to seat is top roof to get beautiful view and better if got front one at top driver seat. Roads between Munich to Prague are very good and natural views are amazing... that give you a great experience of Europeian forming fields both side of roads.
So at end I can say that flixbus service very good at convenient price. In future it's going to ply very big roll in Euro trip..! As trains are getting costly day by day.

FlixBus canceled and booked our trip 20 minutes before departure. The trip was not completely canceled, only with a smaller bus and we were not allowed to get in. The customer service could not help further despite call. We had to wait 3 hours for free at the stop in Prague until the next trip and arrival was postponed to the next day at midnight. And all with child and seniors in the cold winter. Outrageous from FlixBus and never again !!!

Bad experience. Tried it out between Munich and Ljubljana as an alternative to the train. Never again. 1) times provided are totally inaccurate: said it wld take 5h10. Took over 8 hrs both ways. Two hours more than the train. Causes: traffic, technical problems with the bus tolls-payment system, bad driving (driver took detour to avoid non-existent traffic jam). 2) no power, no wifi. 3) super hot and stuffy in the bus. 4) super rude driver-duo. Direct in center of Munich, near Hbf (main railway station). You can drive in by car and wait for 1h for free. Every next hour costs 4,50 . Always full of cars and if parking space is full, wait aside in a car for a minute or two. There will be some free soon. Otherwise park underground and have it more easily. Watch out, you can can also get scratched easily by other cars and nervous taxi drivers. On the floor above you can get a snack. Police is patrolling and sometimes IDs suspicious persons on site. They're nice and not rude. Cooperate and you're free to go in 2 minutes. Nice connection to railway station reachable on foot. 4 stars while pretty stressy to visit by car through the narrow street against other pedestrians and cars.
