There was an issue with my car and even though the dealership was not really responsible for the repair Emil J.helped me get it fixed for free. He was extremely professional and took care of me as if I was a family. They know how to please a customer. I would highly recommend.

Amazing service from this dealership. I worked with Atanas and he gave amazing service. He was very profesional and very helpful throughout the whole process. I am very happy with my C300. Best purchase that I have ever made. We were able to come with a deal that we can agree on and they did the best they can to get me the extended warranty for the tires for the car that I really wanted to add on which they were able to make it happen. Overall great service from Atanas!!

I bought an R350 7 years ago when my second child was born. It's expensive but it's advertised as safe and I assumed any issues I had would be taken care of.

I bought a lemon. The car broke down 3 different times on family road trips alone. This past weekend the car started on fire 200 miles from home. My assumption that Mercedes had great customer service couldn't have been more wrong. After having 5 major issues with my car it seemed like a dumb idea to pay to get it fixed again. I figured Mercedes would have given me a huge break to trade in my car. After speaking with several people Mary offered me 1000 dollars towards a new car. It's going to cost several thousand to just get my car back home.

Don't buy a Mercedes. I wish I had looked at how poor their customer satisfaction was before I bought. They don't stand behind their product. I hope this helps to prevent others from being scammed.

Everyone that worked with us did all that was possible to give us what we were looking for. We love our new car and will definitely return to this dealership to work with Jaime on a future purchase.

Very friendly and helpful salespeople. Sargon Bahram, while being still quite new there, was knowledgeable about the cars and easy to work with. The two sales managers helping Sargan with our new leased E Class 300, Lok Wong and Brian Kinney were equally helpful. Very good experience.

He helped me through out and also involved a manager who was able to close the deal gap for me to make the purchase happen. Was looking to lease an A220 and found the perfect car for me. Atanas was my sales rep and he was absolutely great! He showed me everything about the car and was very clear about all available options. We ended up going with one in the show room. Atanas got me a great deal and was very patient with me while I got all my things in order. Couldn't imagine getting my first car anywhere else!

Overall experience was positive. Our sales person, Anthony, handled all aspects in a professional manner. The test drives (yes, we drove several models) provided insights and also time to get feel for vehicles. We were also provided a tour of the expansive service center and introduced to it's manager. The sales team will work with you to make a fair deal. Overall, we were pleased and highly recommend.

I can't say how please I am with Dan Hoffman, my sales representative. Funny, I know a lot of the cost to my wonderful GL 550, is from my reckless driving, but I don't feel so pushed into fixing the things the car needs. I like the fact that I am given suggestions and options to lower the cost, and Dan is always looking out for my best interests.

Absolutely horrible!

Absolutely horrible!
We bought a vehicle on the 17th of January, paid in full at time of sale.
They put a temporary tag on the vehicle that expired on the 16th of February.
It is now the 7th of March, we have no title, and no plates.
To make matters worse we have called in and received no help from the sales person, or the finance department we were transferred to.
We were promised a call back and have yet to receive any call back. They offered no help for the expired temporary plate while we wait on a title that no one in there company seems to be able to locate.

Had a incredible experience working with the staff at FJMB..... On our first visit to "kick some tires" the front desk had Stephen Katsaros on duty. Steve took his time with answering our questions and was upfront in his approach and extremely professional. I shared my contact info with him and he promptly followed up with a thank you email and to reach out once we were ready for a test drive or needed more information. I also received an email from the sales manager thanking us for stopping by and to reach out to him if we needed anything. Once I sold my car(private sale) I had s few additional questions on Models... Steve again was prompt in his reply and helpful with any of our request. If you're in the market for a new Mercedes I strongly recommend you reach out to Steve, you'll be glad you did.

My car died and I wasn't sure what was wrong with it. What I found interesting was that a Mercedes tells you about almost everything that's wrong with it but something as simple as a dying battery is not configured into the computer. Maybe they should look into this for all Mercedes :-).

Izzy from MBUSA road side assistance was amazing! I love how someone from Fletcher called me on Saturday and Monday to ensure everything was fine after my calling in the car. It made me feel valued and cared about. Thank you!

Beware to buy any used cars from them!!!
If you want to buy some..go to other Mercedes dealer and check the car before you will pay for it to Mercedes Fletcher Dealer any money.
They were sale me 2014 Mercedes E- clas with 4 deferent tires. Three of them was from 2017 and one on the front from 2014. Menager of sale department told to me that they were change the tires on the car. That they pay for them. They were look new but they werent. Just simple. Also they covered chips on the front hood. After first wash...all off those chips came out. Bum!!! Next... rear bumper was covered with black color . After first wash of my Mercedes some white stains came out. Still on my car. Bum!!
Sorry to say that, but...
Im not recomended to any one MERCEDES Benz of Chicago..

I had a good experience here and I walked away with a good deal. Car buying can be painful sometimes especially if you don't feel like you have an advocate. Mr. Lima made me feel like a customer (not a target) and was always direct with me. If he didn't know an answer (I had a lot of questions) he said as much and would find it. On top of that he always answered my calls or called me back immediately when I called (which I did a lot).

Everyone else I met was very nice and down to earth. I felt like they were working for me which I like because shouldn't it be that way?

I left feeling like I made a good deal and that if I needed something I could count on them. I'm not sure it could have gone better.

My family and I were recently in Chicago for a friend's wedding reception and while there we purchased a Mercedes-Benz CPO E350 wagon from Mercedes-Benz of Chicago. The wagons aren't very common, so we decided to buy it. Our sales rep Angel, the manager Lok, and the finance rep Venita did an outstanding job taking care of us. We were truly cared for from start to finish. We hadn't gone to Chicago expecting to buy a vehicle, but since the car was exactly what we wanted, and the overall experience was outstanding, we decided to make the purchase.

Stay Away from the 2016 GLC! My lease is about to...

Stay Away from the 2016 GLC! My lease is about to end and i will be returning the car to the dealership. The 2016 GLC has been a disaster and still is. On paper, the car will look amazing and my car will have about 15,000 miles on it but stay far away! There was a manufacturer issue with the breaks and they still squeak to a point where it s embarrassing to back out of someone s driveway, especially when it s cold out. Yesterday, because it was cold it was 4X worse then usual. Nobody seems to have an answer on how to fix it, although it s safe it s annoying and not something that should happen with a brand new car. There has also been close to if not more than a dozen recalls on the car.

It has been beyond frustrating that I leased a brand new, high end brand car and there is an issue with you. My frustration has come through in communication because nobody seems to have an answer or wants to take ownership for it. What made it worse was that a sales manager forgot to remove me from an email he sent to another co-worker mocking me for not being pleasant. If they had to deal with what I had to deal with, they wouldn t be pleasant either. I had 5 different people ask me if I wanted to lease another car, but nobody call to apologize for the pain this has been or offer a solution.

I am sure other cars are great and this is the outlier, but stay far away from the 2016 GLC!

I have been a satisfied MB owner for seven years. Today I had a wonderful experience at MB. My salesman was Paul. He was very helpful in assisting my husband and me in purchasing our next MB. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We left the dealership completely satisfied with our purchase because of the professional service we received from Paul. He went the extra mile to demonstrate all of the features of our MB. He explained the nuances of our vehicle. He made me feel very comfortable behind the wheel as I took the test drive. Kudos to Paul and the MB staff for making this experience an extremely pleasant one.

Everyone seems to go out of their way to make sure you are happy. They were able to get a meaningful credit for an older tire that had nails in it and had to be replaced. They said it would take a while and suggested the shuttle take me home to wait. They picked me up quickly and I got my car back all shiny after the nice bath they gave it. Everyone there is very pleasant.

After much research on cargo vans, I decided to contact a nearby Mercedes Dealer (Fletcher Jones) to test drive a Sprinter Van. Initially I was apprehensive about dealing with people at the Mercedes thinking they may be snooty.. but I could not believe how nice everyone was. Mercedes Motors must put all their employees through an extensive "Treat everyone super nice" course. If I could afford it I would only buy cars there. People usually hate me at the Dodge dealers or Ford dealers but everyone at Fletcher Jones appeared sincere. Maybe that is why they have so many dealer all over North America.

Walter Salcedo educated me about Sprinter vans. Walter is a guru when it comes to Sprinter vans. He must have sold over 1000 of those. We visited Walter numerous times before making the purchase but he never once pressured us to buy. He really wanted to help us out. Fletcher Jones gave us a great deal too. We got our 2012 2500 high roof with 10 original miles for less than some of used advertised prices at other locations. I highly recommend working with Walter at the Mercedes of Chicago. As soon as my business grows you can count on us going back to Walter to get the best deal possible. And getting treated like an important person. Walter Salcedo is everyones' Sprinter man.

The sales repsentative there is also helpful with all the questions you have on the new car. More importantly, they offer good discount as long as you have a competing offer.

I got the 2 yr extended warranty on the car and picked it up the very next day. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this Mercedes dealership.

I made an online inquiry over the past weekend about a preowned vehicle. I received a call at 7:48pm the following business day and consider it a bit rude to call that late even with the 1hr time difference, but not a deal breaker. We spoke a bit more about the vehicle of interest and I mentioned that I have a vehicle that I am interested in trading and wanted a rough estimate and offered to provide VIN and photos if needed. Vehicle is a 2005 Lexus LS430 with 194k miles. Obviously the mileage is high, but these cars routinely go 250k-300k+ miles, have a cult following, and KBB trade in value of around $4,300. Mine is in pristine condition so I was hoping I could get closer to 5k. Salesman proceeds to tell me "we took in a Volkswagen last week with over 150k miles and gave the guy 1k on trade. So yeah, you'd be looking at about $1,000 on trade." I am supposed to trade it in based on what you gave someone else for a Volkswagen? Better yet, I should disregard the KBB trade value and let you have it for $3,500 less than fair market? I see this dealer has mostly positive reviews, so maybe I am the exception. But that's where the conversation ended and I was actually more interested in an E550 that I never got the chance to inquire. Review Update 7/12 - Owner issues standard "we are unable to locate your file" response as I am sitting here looking at an email from your sales consultant, Lok Wong, issued at 2:31pm on 7/11. Nice try. I've found the file!

My wife and I recently purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2011 C300 from MB-Chicago. We went to the showroom only with the intent of looking, not buying. That changed quickly. Our sales representative Joseph ("Big Joe") Smalzer met us in the main lobby and gave us a brief tour of the modern and beautiful facility, then took us up to the indoor showroom on the 3rd floor.

No pressure, no hard sell, just information. Joe asked about what we were looking for, then made a genuine effort to put us into the vehicle that met our needs. It is rare experience when you go shopping for a used car (I know, if it s a Benz, its pre-owned) and feel the salesman (or woman) is actually watching your back. But Big Joe is a rare kind of guy. The cars nearly sold themselves. I viewed Joe more as our faithful guide. I could not have been more satisfied with the experience

This is THE worst experience of buying a car in my life. I live in Indianapolis and was visiting town, find the GLA on line. Visited the dealership and bought the car, paid 2K and signed all the paper, I told the salesman that I am going to leave the car and come back after 2 weeks to pick up the car, he was suppose to get the second key and set up the app for the remote start. After 2 weeks came back, called the morning off so the car will be ready. After waiting for 2 hours, they told me the key is not ready and they will fedex it to me and they will set the app as well after 2 days. After 2 weeks called because nothing was done, and told the same. Went to register the car in Indiana and they forget to give me the forms I need so I could not register. Again yesterday called about the keys and app, they were able to set the app, but told I need to go to the dealership for the keys and I live 3 hours away. today is Oct 22, 5 weeks after get the car and pain the down payment and about to pay the first payment and still need the papers register the car. I bought range rover from Cincinnati and had no problem, bought MB from Indianapolis and many cars with no issues. I will NEVER go back to this place, but I still need to register my car so I can drive it 5 weeks after I bought it!!!!!!!

The dealership facility is great including the parking.
Good display of vehicles and sufficient inventory level.

There is an only one improvement I suggested : Front Desk Personnel
I visited the dealership 3 times.
-To browse and negotiate, -to make final purchase, and -to ask question regarding billing.
Whenever I visited the there is a front desk lady. (early 30's, white blond) and I had to say hello first everytime I walk in
(she doesn't greet customer first).
And she doesn't even look at my face when I explain the purpose of visit. She didn't even ask me to wait or have seated
(She only says she will call the sales associate).

I strongly recommend whether she needs to be trained or replaced.

Other associates; including sales representative, manager, general manager, and financial manager are great and friendly.

Atanas was patient with me, followed up through out, and gave me the best advice. He valued my time. He took care of every concern of mine. He was always approachable, very resourceful, and genuinely caring through out. Highly recommend!!!

The people at Fletcher Jones / MB of Chicago provide a superior level of service that other dealerships claim to provide but often fall short of the mark. From the ease of scheduling an appointment, to the professionalism of the in-take process, to the driver who took me to my office, the dropping off of the car was as uncomplicated and pleasant as it could be. And the quality of the service has never disappointed me: done right the first time, and on schedule. I'm driving my third Mercedes convertible purchased from these people, and if anything I like them even more now than I did before purchasing my current car.

The entire process for my recent purchase at Mercedes-Benz of Chicago was a pleasure. My new favorite salesman, Joe Smalzer, took great care to offer me lots of options and I never felt pressured to make a decision along the way.

He stayed close in contact as other Pre-Owned vehicles became available and ran thru the possibilities with a smile.

I truly enjoyed the process and will be returning to Joe in the future.

I was looking to replace my very old SUV with a new one with all the bell and whistles. My fiance and I walked into Fletcher Mercedes-Benz and we were greeted by Alvin Smith. I had been researching various brands of SUVs and I had a good idea of what I wanted. I had met so many sales people in the process of looking for the right SUV that it typically turns me off. However, Alvin made us feel very comfortable and there were no hard pressure sales tactics. He was very patient with me as I had a ton of questions and I couldn't make up my mind. He allowed me to take the time to sort through my thoughts and research before I made final decision. Alvin has very good nurturing quality about him that makes you feel like you're family. The next vehicle I purchase, I will definitely return to Alvin as he is very knowlegeable, repectful and nurturing. I love my new Mercedes SUV!!! When I arrived at Fletcher Jones Mercedes service center I was immediately greeted by a host ready to direct me to my service advisor Max. Within moments, Max came out and shook my hand and began addressing the concerns I had with my car. Once we went through my list of concerns, Max brought me into his office and without hesitation offered me a loaner car or the option to be driven to where I needed to be. Given my schedule, he provided me with a brand new ML350 as a loaner until the repairs on my car were completed. As a former owner of BMW's, Porsche's, and Mercedes Benzes purchased from other dealers over the years, this was by far my best service experience to date. I am now a customer for life.

Alvin Smith shepherded me through the purchase on my 2013 ML 350 ... and he was great. He helped me understand all my options and was always prompt with answers, return phone calls, referrals, etc. Most of all he was patient. No pressure, no hovering. If you're headed to FJ Chicago, ask for him. You won't be disappointed.
