I had a small electrical issue with my C300 about a month after buying it. Everyone at the service center was very nice and helpful, and were happy to give me a loaner for two days. They were also very quick to give me updates on process.

I had the pleasure of working with Dan Hoffman on my last two trips to MB of Chicago. He is knowledgable, professional and has great "car-side" manner. He was able to troubleshoot with my speakers and fuel tank flap and think outside of the box to get the job done. Highly recommend him and MB of Chicago (great waiting room area too!).

I love the service experience at Mercedes. Everyone greets you with a helpful smile. My reason for giving 4 stars out of 5, is that my tire was not in stock and we had to go back to the service center two days in a row. Other than this hiccup, I highly recommend the FJ service center.

Definitely NOT "The best or Nothing", more like a "Mediocre Pretentious dealership claiming to be Something".
Most my experiences with both the Sale and Service has been frustrating and careless. Their CPO cars are trash! Customer Service is at the absolute low end of the luxury vehicle market. If I had a choice, I would not be going back to this place, sadly, they are the only one close enough to me and that's their winning card!!

On my recent visit, the Service Director Geoff Hult personally took time out of his day to show me how to properly install my infant car seat for our first baby on the way. Fletcher Jones has top notch service. I brought my vehicle in for service and I was pleased to see my name on their display board which allowed me to identify my service advisor so that i could put a name to a face. I was greeted as soon as I opened my car door and did not have to wait. I signed for my loaner and was done in a matter of minutes. When my service was completed, I received a communication from my advisor Melvin Peoples via text which was great for me as I am always on the run. I was also able to pay my bill online which again I was extremely pleased with. I am a loyal customer for one reason. The staff is always pleasant and has never disappointed me. Thanks for the great service.

I've taken my car here for service 4 times now and...

I've taken my car here for service 4 times now and have been satisfied each time. The first, it took a few hours longer than promised but they were able to give me a 10% discount so I called it even, the 2nd time, they price-matched another dealer's service charge which ended up saving me a couple of hundred bucks. The 3rd time was to change a xenon bulb which I didn't even know was covered by warranty but since I went in to check, I saved myself another $160, which was the cost of the bulb and Auto Zone. The most recent time was just yesterday and they offered me a service package that includes this and my next 2 services at about 40% off the regular price, which again saved me $400 or so. The shuttle service has been pretty reliable too, so no complaints here!

Bryan was right on time for our appointment, took the time to help me with my trade in number, and had my new car detailed and ready to go for a test drive within minutes of me arriving. Bryan is smart, courteous and I felt like a VIP with the whole MB Chicago team. Even though I was buying a pre-owned vehicle, my wife and were treated like I was buying a brand new AMG! Highly recommend

Warm greeting from the start. Incredible dealership, very impressive all around.

My wife and I worked with Frank Bertone in Sales and could not have been happier. Professional demeanor, very knowledgeable, accommodating and easy to work with. Frank and the team there seemed willing to do absolutely whatever it took to get a deal done (including staying two hours past close on a Tuesday to close the deal).

I had been to several dealerships and therefore met with several salesmen/women and I was shocked at how poor service was at most places. In fact, I ended up walking right out of a dealership in the middle of working with two sales folks at a Jeep dealership, including the internet sales manager. Mercedes and Frank were a breath of fresh air! It's a bit more clear to me now why Mercedes has excelled continuously, not only is their product superior but their service and people are a true cut above the rest.

Highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market, go see Frank Bertone in Sales.

Moe (forgot last name here) in finance was also very knowledgeable and great to work with.

I was looking for a dealership where I could build some relationships and feel good about being taken care of on future transactions....that search is over.

We arrived without an appointment to try to repair and replace a part damaged by someone who hit our car. Terry was wonderful. He said the repair could be done in an hour, while we waited. We were more than satisfied with the result. Terry is great.

I had an exceptional experience with Atanas Petrov!! Due to recent events, I had to reschedule my appointment a few times. I was unable to take time away from the office. Nevertheless, Atanas was very patient and continuously stayed in contact with me (as I searched for the perfect vehicle). My search began with an inquiry regarding 2018 GLA posted on CarGaru. However, the vehicle was soon sold. During my research, I ran across the great promotions at Mercedes Benz Chicago, which shifted my interest to a new 2020 vehicle! The best part is that in less than two hours, I was sitting down creating my deal for my dream car! Atanas was very professional and listened well to my feedback. I don t think I could have had a better experience!

Normally dont write reviews- but hopefully helping some people out here- bought two cars from them over the past 18 months. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealer. Inexperienced sales reps. Disorganized finance manager. And smooth talking sales managers. You can get a better deal at motor werks barrington and work with people who actually care about you. These guys will give you a car that has post sale issues (dents they wont fix, wheel scratches, grease stains on leather seats!) and hassle you months after you close for documents they need but didnt tell you about. My family has never felt so stressed and taken advantage of.

I have been a Mercedes owner since 2010 and have always purchased new cars. I have worked with Mercedes dealerships in Indiana and Ohio. The sales, service and team members have always been focused on making it a great experience for the customer. I had the completely opposite experience working with Mercedes Benz of Chicago and especially sales employee Natalya Chaykivska. I contacted Natalya to purchase a 2015 Mercedes GL with very low miles. This car with low miles is difficult to find. I received an email offer from Natalya with the agreement to drive to the dealership in two days to pick up the car and sign the necessary paperwork for the purchase. I accepted the offer by email and was asked to pay a deposit of $2500 to hold the car. Within one hour of accepting the offer for the car Natalya sent me an email saying if I did not drive to the dealership by the next day she would no longer keep the car for me. I was unable to get there within 24 hours and Natalya did not honor the offer I accepted. The manager, Austin, called me and did say that the employee was not authorized to offer me the car. This experience was very frustrating and dishonest in that Natalya offered the car for purchase without being authorized to sell the car. Overall, the experience was terrible and unlike any other Mercedes dealership I have ever work with. I would encourage anyone interested in purchasing a Mercedes to not work with Mercedes Benz of Chicago or with Natalya Chaykivska. Her manager said she is a young sales employee and there are opportunities for coaching. Do not waste your time with this location there are many Mercedes dealerships with wonderful customer service who value their customers.

I just leased my 2nd GLK from Joe Smalzer (ask for "Big Joe") and the experience was both smooth sailing and enjoyable. Joe clearly has a ton of experience and knows what he's doing. You can be confidant he will take care of you, get to know you, follow up with you, and follow through.

The company I work for, Arbonne, uses White Mercedes Benz as our company car. When we promote to Regional Vice President, our company pays us a monthly stipend to pay for our Mercedes. I have recommended Joe to 3 of my teammates so far, 2 who have had great experiences with Joe and 1 who will be working with Joe in a few months to get her new car. Thanks for taking care of my team, Joe!

Reached out about a car I really liked and wanted more information on. The sales rep was always busy with another client or didn t hear back from him for days later. Spoke with other dealerships and they were constantly following up or checking in. This dealership didn t do any of that and took forever just to return my call. I literally wanted to buy a car and the communication was so poor and the sales rep could care less it completely turned me off. Sounds minuscule in the grand scheme but sometimes it s the little things that count.

I recently purchased my third vehicle from this dealer, so you can say I have had the experience with these guys. But this time was so great that I had to write this review. Atanas Petrov was quick to greet me upon my arrival at the dealer, he asked a few questions and essentially showed me vehicles that were one, in my price range and two, included the options that were of importance to me. When I told him I needed time to think, he wasn t pushy, unlike some of my other experiences. He understood, gave me his card and told me he d be in touch. He did follow up a few days later and that s when negotiations begun. I, like most people, have a busy schedule, and Atanas understood that. He was able to answer most of my questions via text and didn t throw in the usual line you hear from dealers You need to be here for that. This alone let me to trust him. We did find a car that I liked but it was on the ship, no problem, a deposit was made and I was told the vehicle would arrive in about 10 days. Unfortunately, due to weather conditions there was a delay. Yet, Atanas was quick to find me another vehicle that matched my criteria and have it delivered to me on time. So you can say he went above and beyond to get me in my new vehicle prior to New Years.

Austin did a great job showing us around and explaining the features in the cars we were looking for. No hassle test drives and he even let us take an ML back to our place to make sure it fit in our garage. He was very patient and not pushy and made sure our extra accessories we ordered were delivered, ready, and waiting at the service center. Excellent service!

Natalie also walked us through how to use the Comand system, setup our phone, and answered all of our questions about care and service for our new mercedes. She also helped to make sure our extra accessories were ready to go! Great service!

I made an appointment at 9am in the hopes of not having to wait for my vehicle too long. The light in my car notifying me to change my key fob battery kept going on- even after I changed my battery twice in 3 weeks. I took my car here and waited in the lobby for over 2.5 hours. After noticing all the customers in the lobby I was waiting with had come and gone, I searched for the gentleman who checked my car in. He checked on my car, just to tell me that the mechanics changed my key fob battery. I asked if the mechanics were sure- after all I changed my battery twice already. He said yes. My next question was, " if that's what it was- why did I have to wait over 2.5 hours?". He paused and said "uh well, I asked them to make sure it wasn't anything else".
I might have believed that if I didn't have to hunt him down for an update. I suspect my car was done long before I got it. To pour insult to injury, he told me they would be pulling up my car and I should wait where I was. After 15 minutes I had s young man check on my car. It was apparently in the process of getting washed. Nice gesture- but not after waiting around for my car for now close to 3 hours - just to get a battery in my key fob.

This was my first time at this location and it wasn't up to the caliber I was expecting. Very unfortunate and time wasting experience.

We were really aggressively pressured to buy at the spot and once we did, was not well cared for, and was very difficult to reach out to my salesperson to inquire questions we had once we took the car home. My husband and I recently purchased our first Mercedes at Mercedes Benz of Chicago. We worked with Austin Real and I have to say it was a fabulous experience. We went in thinking we wanted a specific car, and left with something totally different. Austin went through pro's and con's of the different cars and was not pushy at all. He made the experience exciting. He knew all the speeds and feeds of the cars and really paid attention to what was important to us. They also did a great job of getting us in a price range we felt good about. All and all it was a great experience. Austin was great and I highly recommend anyone working with him!

Had our 2012 Mercedes Sprinter break down while at a job site. Fletcher Mercedes gave us the roadside assistance number. We called and they were there within the hour. Towed to Mercedes and within 2 days truck was up and running and we picked it up. Pretty painless. Terry and Walter Salcedo helped out and made it an easy experience. Mercedes may be a little pricy, but you get what you pay for. Very good service. They don't just forget about you once you leave.

Mercedes Benz of Chicago/Fletcher Jones Mercedes is centrally located, easy to get too and have the best Customer Service in Chicagoland as it relates to Mercedes. The environment is clean and comfortable. The service is great. They are extremely accommodating. Terry Stailey is such a great guy. He s knowledgeable and very attentive to his customers. He makes you feel like you a part of the Mercedes Benz family. I rate Terry over and above that of a Customer Service Rep. Well this past weekend was my first time here and ...

Well this past weekend was my first time here and it was to look at a certified C300 I saw on Autotrader. My wife and I worked with a gentleman named Dustin. Younger guy, but very knowledgeable and funny. The kind of guy I want to work with when buying a car. After about 10 minutes of talking we were doing a test drive. After that we negotiated, as I was trading in my car. After some back and forth, I was pleased with my trade-in value and the price on the Mercedes I purchased. There was no awkward pressure with him...he was very pleasant to work with. I have dealt with some bad people in the past, but Dustin was one of the good guys. If you plan on purchasing a car from this dealership, ask for Dustin, you will actually have a really great experience.

Only negative was the amount of time we had to wait for financing. That was no way his fault...just a few people ahead of us buying cars and being slow...once we got in with the finance guy, we were done in under 10 minutes.

PS - My wife also has a Mercedes and even though we live in Naperville, we will be coming here to buy the next one.

Terrible dealership to deal with. Found all the hidden fees In The initial emailed paperwork and was like what?????? I've been in the car business for over 25+ years, sold over 300+ cars myself as a top Nissan salesperson in the early 2000's and know the ins and outs of the car buying experience one should have when purchasing a new or pre-owned automobile. This was completely rediculous trying to purchase one of my dream cars the 2007 CLK63 AMG. They wanted to charge me almost $400 for someone to come sign the paperwork with me in Vermont, are you kidding me? Like I don't know where to sign automobile paperwork when purchasing a vehicle? And I have to pay to get your dealership paperwork signed? Really? I was already willing to pay over N.A.D.A retail for the car isn't that enough?
Dealing with Brian Ward was terrible. He tried to be personable enough, but was like a puppet on a string and had to have the sales manager call me to explain some of the fees I had questions about because he didn't even know what the fees were for! No I wonder all of us in automotive industry get a bad wrap all the time. It's due to dealerships like this trying to scam you out of an extra couple thousand dollars on the car deal!
And that was just the start of all the hidden fees I found. Buyer beware with these snake, that's all have to say ending this review.

I recently purchased a vehicle and worked with Joe Smalzer. Joe was a pleasure to work with, zero pressure and truly the customer's advocate. He listened to what we wanted and found us the vehicle that met our needs. He obviously enjoys what he does and the product he sells. He also went out of his way to personally deliver accessories we ordered for the vehicle. He does it all!

If you're buying a new MB, would highly recommend the Chicago dealership and Joe's experience, enthusiasm and service will deliver the best experience for you. I'll definitely go back to Joe for our next car purchase.

I never felt any pressure or uncomfortable while looking at a number of different models and Bertin was very accommodating. I was impressed by the service facility and all the benefits that are available to me.

Austin Real and his manager handled the problem to our full satisfaction and really took the time to make sure everything came out right. Austin was very professional and made sure that every detail was handled and kept us informed the whole step of the way. I am very pleased at the service that Austin and his manager provided.

I called Paul fist thing the next morning . He was able to find a vehicle with all the options i wanted in Milwaukee and bring it back to deliver the same day

I am so impressed with the professional service I received at Mercedes-Benz of Chicago. I went in just to learn more about one of their promotions, and left with a new car! My Sales Consultant Ryan Kelly was courteous, informed and patient. I never felt any pressure, and I was treated with the utmost respect. The Sales Manager Christopher Brad, worked very hard to create a deal that worked for me. Again, no pressure or hard sell. The finance guys were efficient and friendly. My time with Mercedes-Benz of Chicago was by far the best car shopping experience I've ever had.

I went into this dealership only to help my Daughter pick her next Mercedes Benz which she did she got the GLK Trunk her sales person was Big Joe Smalzar, he took very good care of her and was just a pleasure to work with.. After her purchase he says well what about MOM?
Well 2 days later I purchased a C-Class- What I'm saying here is that the level of product knowledge and being truly interested in getting me into a car of my dreams made this not only purchase but and experience.. He is not only a great Sales guy but he has since been my go to person for questions concerns and needs he didn't just sale a car he sold and life long experience.
I look forward to coming back in 2 years to see what's new!!
Oh and lets just say that Moe in Financing was the quickest yet best at making it all happen... Go there See BIG Joe and MOE!!

We ended up purchasing our car from a different dealer, but the reason was due to a specific option we required on the vehicle was not available in MB of Chicago's inventory at the time. They were professional, knowledgeable, and were extremely aggressive in their pricing when trying to earn our business. Having said that, they were not pushy and let us evaluate their offer on our own terms.

My salesman was Dennis Smith. Dennis is the greatest! He got me everything I wanted and more. The best part he was very knowledgeable about any questions I had! He even provides his cell number until this day I can call him still with any questions that I have! Im glad to say I am now apart of the Mercedes-Benz of Chicago family, thanks Dennis!

Melvin Peoples as usual was Super to work with everything was handled courteously and efficiently.
The hiker that brought my car was apologetic for the delay. When I first pulled in everyone couldn t be more helpful to try to take care of my issues.
When I had some difficulty with the Uber app Erik at MELVIN s request was quite helpful and arranged everything.

The director of service when he saw me standing waiting to talk to MELVIN about getting a power cord for my phone restaurant trying to find one for me which eventually he got from Melvin. The only negative thing was I had to show identificationThen I had to sign a separate piece of paper that say that I charged it this was complete nonsense and it was said it was the young lady Melissa ? told me it was proper protocol.

Terrible service, trying to have contact with their used car sales manager for some business for three days in a row. Every single time I called, he is out of office, will be back tomorrow morning. How can a manager be so massed up and everyone else knows nothing about their business? So disappointed for this such a big dealership. Awful service and attitude

I purchased my vehicle this weekend to a Mercedes C300 4matic. I had a wonderful experience with Dustin Goudy. He proved to be very knowledgeable and most importantly PATIENT while I examined practically every car in there lot! Once the deal with done - Natalie M stepped in and showed me how to use all the special features of the car. She proved fantastic as well & left no feature unaccounted for! WELL DONE!

12 months ago I went with a friend to buy a C-Class from MB Chicago. We met Joe Smalzer and it was not only a terrific experience but we got a great car at a great price. Six months later when I wanted to buy an E-Class I called Joe and told him I wanted to come in and buy the car. We met, he found me the car, gave me a great price and it was another great experience. So this past weekend when another friend was intersted in buying a C-Class I called Joe again, I went with them to the delearship and they too got a great car at a great price and it was another terrific buying experience. Three cars in just about a year from MB Chicago...all because of Joe. Highly recommended. The way buying a car should be....especailly a Mercedes.

I recently traded my BMW for my MB. I had a MB from 2002 until 2012 when it was totaled in an accident. Going back to MB was the best move. The MB of Chicago dealership is top notch. From my salesperson to the people who greet you when you come to get your car washed, everyone has been totally professional and helpful. My salesman, Emil even took the time to go over everything on the car a second time with me. Max in service was also great and was super helpful when I needed service. Can't say enough great things about MB of Chicago and I am definitely sending everyone I know who is car shopping their way!

I was not used to buy cars anymore (Company'sCar policy let me get the car...) and I thought the process would be boring and troublesome: I was wrong!
At Mercedes-Benz of Chicago we had the most exciting and smooth experience from the welcome to the end.
Very nice and competent people, well organized and focused, opened to discussion and tolerant on... silly requests. And, most important, keeping you at center of attention!
It s more than just buy a car, it s get a dream!

These guys are amazing. I have had some tough situations come up and they always meet me with above and beyond service.

Recently, I had a sensor issue and we they were able to provide me with a quick assessment of the issue and resolve it quickly. I had the convenience of a loaner while they had the car under repair. As they were assessing, they noticed that my transmission fluid was low and were able to replace a gasket issue while the car was still under warranty which saved me significant dollars in the long term vision of the ownership of the car.

My advisor (Max Nodelman) was not only really helpful but is surprisingly knowledgeable on the way the car functions but more importantly, setting expectations on the service side and how the service team functions.
