The repair service is excellent. With my Braun shaver, the silver coating on the case had chipped off. During the technical examination by Mann & Coptic it was ascertained that the electric motor did not work properly anymore. Thus, during the repair both the housing and the engine were replaced within 24 hours.

Great customer service experience! The Mann & Kopitsch company called me two days after the device had been sent in and obtained a refund for the device directly from Braun outside of the warranty. So I get a completely new and current device! That's what I call customer orientation!
