During the technical examination by Mann & Coptic it was ascertained that the electric motor did not work properly anymore. Great customer service experience! The Mann & Kopitsch company called me two days after the device had been sent in and obtained a refund for the device directly from Braun outside of the warranty. So I get a completely new and current device! That's what I call customer orientation!
