Had a incredible experience working with the staff at FJMB..... On our first visit to "kick some tires" the front desk had Stephen Katsaros on duty. Steve took his time with answering our questions and was upfront in his approach and extremely professional. I shared my contact info with him and he promptly followed up with a thank you email and to reach out once we were ready for a test drive or needed more information. I also received an email from the sales manager thanking us for stopping by and to reach out to him if we needed anything. Once I sold my car(private sale) I had s few additional questions on Models... Steve again was prompt in his reply and helpful with any of our request.
