I would give no stars if possible. Manager did NOTHING to make up for overcrowded parking lot w fiberglass hanging from it, injured myself bcuz of very slippery tub floor, had ANTS, room was small & more hotel than resort, $8/day parking when theres no way u could park elsewhere, horrible. Nxt time I stay ANYWHERE else!

My family and I checked in on a Friday (we were there for 7 nights, exchanged our timeshare through Interval). Checked in roughly around 4pm. Not a huge line waiting to check in, waited maybe 10mins (or less). Check-in was easy. We had booked 2 rooms. 1 1BR and 1 Studio. My in-laws were also checking in to a Studio. They were to able to accommodate us and give us the 3 rooms all on the same floor. Every front desk staff that I spoke with was very friendly.
First off I have to address the elevators that everyone is always mentioning. Can be a bit slow during peak times (check-in, check out). You press the floor # you are on and it will tell you which letter elevator to take to your floor. It's a "smart" elevator. Most time we ever waited for one was about 2 minutes.
There is a parking garage and a parking lot. Both (for non-owners) cost $7.49 a day or (not sure the exact $) $50 for the week. We used the lot most of the time and never had any issues.
All the rooms that we had must have been the renovated ones (15th floor). We all had decks. My 1 BR had a view of the ocean (and the work they're doing on the boardwalk) and the inlet. Was a bit noisy in the mornings with the construction but nothing too terrible. All of the rooms had small kitchens which was great. We went to Brigantine and bought groceries at the Acme so we could have breakfast and lunch in the room.
Found the beds to be very comfy and the rooms spacious. Pull out couch not so great.
There is an indoor pool wasn't too bad. They also have an indoor hot tub and 2 outdoor hot tubs.
There is a restaurant on the 7th floor (closed Tues & Weds). We were looking forward to eating there on our last night. We were told by the shuttle driver they have happy hour specials from 5-7 pm but when our party of 8 went in, we were informed the happy hour is only in the bar area and kids were not allowed in the bar. Was disappointed that they wouldn't allow us to order from the happy hour menu in the regular part of the restaurant and they would rather lose a party of 8. There is also a bar in the lobby that serves some breakfast items and sandwiches.
The shuttle service was ok. We had a few hiccups at the end of our stay that were frustrating. They have both vans and shuttles. Each have their own schedule (a little confusing to understand the schedules). The last day we were there they were only running 1 van (1 shuttle and 1 van were broken). We were able to get on the van to head toward the boardwalk but when we were trying to return to the resort the van filled up and we were told they could not guarantee if/when they could come back and get us. We were told we could take they Jitney ($2.25 per person and again there were 7 of us), or we could Uber, or Taxi it back. All of which we had to pay for. This was the most frustrating thing that happened to us while on vacation.
There is a small breakfast / lunch place (called Hot Bagels & More) within walking distance that had great food. Bagels, breakfast sandwiches, regular sandwiches, etc. Went there twice and both times, not one person in our group was disappointed. There are also some restaurants in the Gardner Basin area. We were able to walk there (was approx 8 blocks). We ate at Gilchrist Restaurant for breakfast and it was wonderful. Known for their Blueberry pancakes which were awesome. Also ate at Back Bay Ale House for dinner and it was really good. Lots to choose from (Seafood, Steaks, Burgers, etc).
There is a beach at the end of New Hampshire that you can swim at. I walked there each time while my husband drove the rest of the people in our group and all of our beach items. Took about 7mins to walk there. Kind of a sketchy looking area but we never had any issues. Eventually the boardwalk will be completed at the Flagship and you will be able to use that to get to the beach. Beaches are free in AC. There are lifeguards at that beach. They are doing work on the beach. There's an exposed pipe running through the beach area but it's a fine beach to use. Very soft sand, not rocky at all.

I was so nervous about staying here at this hotel due to the previous reviews. My boyfriend and I stayed on 9/19-9/21. I can honestly say that we had a great time!

There was one think that we didn't like and that is some thing they call "quiet time" its from 10pm-8am. With you being in Atlantic city you go out and get drunk and have friends over i think they should change those times to maybe around 3am-8am.

A lot of people complained about the elevators but we really did not have any problems with the elevators. I believe that people forget that the hotel has 32 floors and they have 4 elevators and 1 service elevator when we hit the button for our floor it was the normal wait time for an elevator.

They have a restaurant on the the 7th floor and it was great the people were nice and friendly and everyone seemed to help

The room was great it was actually more then what I expected it was private and intimate. The only thing that was something the was questionable was how hot the bathroom would get. You would brush your teeth and break out in a sweat.

We told everyone about this hotel/resort and we will be back!

Overall as a timeshare it was nice but the concierge and the front desk Isiah not Very helpful At All. They say how they are a family there well these 2 employees are useless to that resort. Made me feel uncomfortable!

Did a very nice job of renovating the room that we stayed in. Well done! Strict covid-19 regulations in effect which kept us safer gave us the feeling management really cared about their patrons..

Amenities and offerings good but the basic rooms are nothing to write home about. Our studio room... The balcony sliding door did not close all the way. So a whistling sound came thru allllll night long. Kitchen was ok. However the design had the beds right nect to the kitchen area. Poor design. Who wants to lay next to the cook top. Water heater was questionable it took 10 min for water to get warm... Warm not hot. The outside construction was horrible to look at and navigating the parking lot was difficult. Extremely tight. And difficult to find a spot. The automated elevators were the worst. We often had to wait for the second or third elevator because they were full each time they reached the pickup floor. The elevators pinpad kept diverting everyone to the same elevator. The new sixty cafe was nicely decorated.

Talk about a room with a view!!! I will forever be a guest at this resort. The service was outstaniding, the amenities are sufficient. The check out/in process smooth Indoor and Outdoor parking Ideally itutated at the end of the Boardwalk overlooking Brigantine, NJ Close enough for the JItney if you choose not to walk to the casinos. SHOUT to OTG..the best tour guide/transportation consult/hookup in AC

If I could give them zero stars I would this is the worse experience i ve ever had at a hotel in my life. we got to our room there s stains on everything no remote for the tv the room is freezing and on top of that there was a rat. we transferred to a different room stains on couch the pull out bed was dirty and broken and the tv did not work again. Every time to call the front desk is a problem no one is ever there. They have attitudes it took them forever and a day to come fix our problems. I will NEVER recommend or come back here!!

This was my second time staying, and it wasn t good at all. I stayed on an old dirty floor. My view was nice, room carpet was old and dirty.! I had to call the front desk which then transferred me to house cleaning to beg for some assistance, which never came until I called again at 8pm. My first stay was in a nice clean room because they were trying to get me to buy timeshare about a year ago, so I decided to stay this time around and I was put on a bad room. No one was able to help me and they stayed I had to speak with the Mgt who was Carine T I left a message for s call that I never received. It s ok I will never go back

Directly by the waterfront. Room size was great but hotel amenities were not up to par. Family game room and in house movies were VERY DATED. Stayed for room price which was well worth a balcony suite for 4 and offers best parking rate in AC which is why it received 4 stars from me. If it ever changes it would be 3, the hotel is a distance away from all the other hotels so without the rates that you get it would not be worth your time.

2 hour check in, no hot water for half a day, elevators shut down etc. Their reasoning is new computer system but all they say is sorry. Some people were book into rooms with someone else there. Ridiculous

This is a great resort in the heart of Atlantic City if you are looking for a timeshare for your family and friends. It gives you access to attractions throughout Atlantic City without being smack dab within the action.

It's a walking distance to the casinos and restaurants but if you chose to forgo all the hustle and bustle you can find a lot of great activities within the resort. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

They trick you to come see a beautiful property with free airline tickets. They say can be used to go anywhere any time and even given to someone else. Lies you must fly and stay at predestination. And they also tell u how long you must stay. If they didn't lie to get u in, it would be awesome

Friendly staff, great views, nice roomy rooms. Love how the area has been fixed up since Hurricane Sandy. Boardwalk goes the whole way from beach along the inlet to down past the mall on the ocean.

The rooms are great but I had to take off stars for the following.

Under renovation, so at 8am could start to hear the construction. Makes it an early start even if you want to sleep in.

Food service is limited several days a week. Mon-thur you are limited to evening appetizers that aren't very good and the breakfast buffet isn't good for what you pay. No beverages with the buffet, so once you add that it's expensive in my opinion.

I have been a timeshare owner with flagship resort since 2004 and today I had to put my voice into action. After booking a reservation 2 weeks in. advance with accommodations to be noted I spent and hour and 12 calls due to no one answering front desk, concierge, owner services or just the listed number for the operator to check on my reservation. Finally when I did get a person and not a voicemail or hung up on I was advised what could NOT BE GUARANTEED. To ask that two rooms be on the same floor was such an impossible request and something close to the elevators due to disability of my guest. The lack of assistance in just answering a call was astounding, then spoken to as if I was just another guest complaining and shown no empathy or genuine concern. I will be looking to sell of this investment due to lack of training in customer service from the employees who are the ones making the first impressions. A birthday I will definetly never spend with flagship resort. Signed happily unwanted.

l loved my relaxing stay here! Spacious and clean 1 bedroom suites were very comfortable. Amazing ocean/bay balcony views in a quiet part of town. Walking distance to an uncrowded beach on the new boardwalk. Covid restrictions safely adhered to throughout the hotel. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

The hotel staff were responsive to the problems we encountered here, but there were way too many problems. After check in, we drove into the parking garage to find it was dingy, with places where the concrete was broken and other parts under construction taped off and signs saying Pardon our Appearance. As we approached our room we saw that the door to the room next to ours was open and there were about 10 people in there playing cards and drinking and yelling and shouting. We opened the door to our room and found it was dirty. We called the front desk and they assigned us another room. When we attempted to shower in our new room, we found that the shower head shot water out to the side. Maintenance did come to replace it after we called. The heating unit is noisy, the pool and jacuzzi were closed for renovation. The second night we had people next door to us who were loud and we could hear them most of the night. They weren t that bad though compared to what came at 12:30 am when a large group of people right above us came in yelling loudly, obviously drunk, using the F word constantly. I waited 15 minutes to see if they were going to quiet down and when they didn t I called the front desk. 10 minutes later they were quieter, but I could still hear them. Almost without exception the general clientele here is young and appear to be uneducated. This is only our second day out of 7. I don t know what is still coming, but I could never recommend this hotel to anyone.

We got a clean room with nice view. However, the facility is a bit dated. The only control on the remote we had on the TV in the living room is channel switch. The power and volume buttons are all somehow disabled and the TV is set at an unpleasantly loud level (even the control fixed on the TV can't lower the volume). I assume this is the same for all rooms because one day our neighbor watched TV till 5AM and we can hear the TV clearly until they started arguing. Pool is nice but can be crowded depend on the time. Parking is not free but managed well. We did have a nice family get away since we got nice view and the kitchen was equipped enough for us to carry on our catering. However, we may not be that definite about going back again.

Overall, nice place but some major updates are warranted to the rounds and hallways. It's close and convenient to get around instead of driving. The boardwalk is lovely for a nice run/walk. The bar/lounge area should stay open longer especially on the weekends.

Good

Enjoyed the stay. The room was clean and the view was amazing. The only thing I don't like is how the elevators take forever at times. But they really took the social distancing and wearing masks seriously
