This was the worse stay ever First they put us in a room that was being renovated (headboard trashed, balcony destroyed) why would you even have the room listed in your inventory to assign. Then we given a room that did not have sheets for the pullout bed. Then the guest above us decided that they wanted to dispose of their collard greens juice and poured it down the balcony which landed on my balcony. Housekeeping care to clean the balcony wide open so when I returned from the peer I had mad bugs in my room.

Only the facts. 4 day stay. Friday @checkin elevators offline only one working 30min wait, arrive at room cart full of garbage across from room, and room temp 63* heat not wrkn, 30th fl like a wind tunnel blowing in the hall coming under the room door, exhausted after 3hr drive call in the am. Sat. Open door garbage still across from room. Went to brunch at the in-house restaurant 15mn waiting to be seated finally we sat our selves at a table. Waitress/greeter finally showed up to take order. After 30mn it will be out in 5min we had a shift change , after 45mn they got the order wrong so they re remaking it, 55mn food comes out food is Luke warm. We only ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich with fries. Supervisor comes over to offer a dessert no ty just abjust the bill check pls back to room (garbage still there) Called maint. To fix heater guy showed up played with thermostat said it s ok. It was warm for 10 min then cold again. Called back they said shift change next person will be in in 1/2 hr. Nice guy showed up pulled filter and it s full of dirt dust and grime said guy should of changed it. Heats wrkn 10 min later not wrkn again. Went out to casinos then dinner came back hi garbage it s about 9pm called maint. Drained a bucket of water out heat is on 10mn cold air again called desk just send up blankets no problem we will get u another room in the am ok. Sunday morn Go out for coffee garbage still there call for room change sorry we re fully booked whatever just send up some more coffee 20mn, no coffee. I go downstairs front desk personnel is having a full blown convo in the back and no one is at the desk I yell HELLO and ask for coffee it s been almost 30mn now. Sorry house keeping has to bring it, it will b 5mn . I go back up another 10mn no coffee. Call desk and raise my vc due to the frustration from the terrible stay. 5mn later guy shows with coffee. Only thing that went well was checkout, because that was express by phone. Mind you we are owners. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
The staff was very professional, welcoming and polite. The atmosphere felt like home, the sight was awesome and the food/drinks was great. We can't wait to revisit.
The staff it pretty nice and attentive but their reservation system is less that desirable. When your here for a weekend essentially one full day to celebrate a birthday you dont want to spend hours proving you made reservations for the full weekend. That's the reason we made reservations. Then come across uncooperative when you refuse to change rooms. The are usually very accommodating but this time the dropped the ball a bit.
Rooms are big and the beds are comfy but rooms look old and have an unpleasant smell. Furniture, carpet, popcorn ceilings, hallways and paint looked old. Room decor is ugly. Kitchen was nice and clean. Lights flicker in room and kitchen area. Guest service when checking in and out were not very friendly. Not many activities for kids and kids can't swim at night only adults. There is a shuttle that can take you to the casinos but it's on a schedule. We did the 20 minute boardwalk to the casinos instead and were able to see alot more.
The the good: Lovely view, Balcony, Nice Kitchenette complete with dishes, drink ware, cutlery, pots, pans and stove range and dishwasher Comfortable bed
The Bad: Dishwasher didn't work, outdated TV in bedroom, no working children's channels, spotty or none existent wifi surly pool monitors, roaches in kitchen. Only 4 Elevators and 1 went down. The rest where so jammed I had to walk up 10 flight of stairs to my room. Got there and discovered the checkout disk gave me demagnetized cards.
Failure as a hotel !! Everything is under renovation and they failed to let paying customers know. There's NO pool, game room, restaurant... etc ! Basically you get a room and that it ! Horrible service they had nothing to offer in return ! The manager was horrible and disrespectful! I will never return !
