Great atmosphere! Hard to find someone not willing to help!!!!

The staff at Keller Williams are seasoned Real Estate Professionals. With many services available, from House Assessments, to assistance and to help point out directions of financing available, and other options for the purchase of a home.

When I invited Isabella out to my house to help me start the selling process instead of her understanding my position she just right away started telling me what was wrong with everything, did not have any tolerance for my dogs and was just not nice. I didn't like her at all she is supposed to be working in my behalf and she's telling me how I'm not going to get this and then to do this when I told her it's just the first day I have a lot of work to do but she just acted so highty-tighty that I won't be calling them back I'm going to go to another company.

I would NEVER do business with this company, it was the worst experience of my families life...I would have given them no stars but was forced to give one...if you are looking for a reputable real estate company, this is not one! I question their integrity...money hungry... remember God sees all

Today I lost my wallet and Julio Torres saw me walk out of the hot bagels, and he chased me down. At first I was confused because I thought I had it.. He waited until I knew where it was in the restaurant, before leaving me alone. He went out of his way to help me and was very kind. He is truly a wonderful person and I'd trust him with any situation.

If I could give no stars I would. This was probably the easiest deal for any realtor. We chose a property to be seen, being the first one shown, and we fell in love with it keeping in mind having a new family with a baby at the time and a man who just recently came home from an Afghanistan deployment, we made an easy sale for this company and for the realtor himself. The professionalism on all accounts were not to our standard. As myself, the significant other, not being talked to during signing with our son just because I m not on paper work is disrespectful. Second the team for construction or flip company were Supposed to do jobs before signing and then said they never agreed to it which we had on conversation in emails and texts of items one through etc. to be done so we could move in. Did not happen instead we got a check for lower amount with in a day or two after signing. Also our realtor told us he would check in to see if they were going to come out and do what they need to be done. He never did. He has pretty much hit the f you button on the phone with my boyfriend calling him and his other members associated with along with the construction company. After from moving in September to finding out that we don t have our electric in our name or our CO ever filled out or filed at time of signing, which they took full responsibility for and admitted to which is really against the law assuming it was all done and not followed up upon on to them saying will get back to you and then ignoring calls, sending a random contractor guy unannounced out to the house who they never told us was coming on a random day all alone with just me and my child home. It s just been a very unpleasant thing to see a new family and my man work hard for something. I couldn t wait to be a first time home owner and look forward to signing taking pictures no we had nothing of that. Haven t even seen or heard from realtor at all since signing. It is now May and my boyfriend is now getting a statement reguarding our name with it only because he himself has been doing all the work they were supposed to do and help with but haven t. I have never been more aggravated and upset with a company and the poor lacking of professionalism and customer service. the realtor himself. The professionalism on all accounts were not to any standard close to being adequate.
