Flagship was awesome. Amazing customer service. Even the parking lot attendant was cool ha!
Our room had a kitchenette with full size fridge, hot plate, microwave, dining table, as well as a couch.
Would recommend for sure!
Beautiful building. Sad that there wasn't much of it being used
Great vacation place, clean, comfortable and GREAT ROOMS WITH GREAT VIEW, oh you got to stop by Kelseyville and Kim southern restaurant, 5minutes away from here. I just think elevators are to slow, that's y 4 stars
Front desk staff was rude. Hotel looks old and outdated. Room were okay but need to be updated. The view from the 30th floor was fantastic.
Really nice clean suites, nice staff in the restaurant. Young lady who checked us in was the only exception. She acted like it was a problem to do her job.
The room was not prepared properly, dishes in cabinet were full of water, TV had blood remote (was rectified) and the HVAC was too noisy for sleep.
We enjoyed our stay here...it was actually better than I thought it would be...it was very clean, the kitchenette had everything u needed, beds were comfortable, pool and jacuzzi was a ton of fun...view was great, we even enjoyed the bar in the hotel, they had karaoke Saturday which was a ball of fun. Enjoyed my stay!!
The rooms were nice & clean. I stayed in a suite & the view from the balcony was amazing. I highly recommend it!!!
I am an owner and close to retirement. I have enjoyed the owners meeting and plan to attend every one of them for now on.
Upon arriving, we went to the VIP check-in offfice, that everyone seemed to be directed to. There, a guest was complaining in said office about the lack of adequate service provided by house keeping crew. Little did we know, we would be having issues with the cleanliness of the room as well. The elevators, which for some reason took forever, even though it s one of those high-tech ones you put your floor number on and tells you which elevator to go to (yeah, those). We then got to our two-beds studio which was underwhelming, to say the least. There was a hair which looked like one from a peculiar place, as well as dark stains on the top sheet. When one of the cleaning reps. came to inspect it, they pulled back the top sheets and saw that the bed wasn t even made underneath, or at least adequately made. We notified the front desk and we ve been waiting 30 mins and no further assistance. Terrible place, stay someplace else if you can.
Really went downhill since I've been there before in years past
The hotel was nice, but the clientele that they attract and behavior that they allow in their lobby and public areas is deplorable. Girls wearing next to nothing and yelling profanities in the elevator and lobby in front of my kids and management said nothing and accepted this as normal. If that is ok for them, I will not be staying there again.
Great right by the beach, a great in-house restaurant, and update rooms
Great place to be in Atlantic City close enough to everything and far enough for peace and quiet time I love this place
No heat in the room at night one of the beds was broke and squeaked. The refrigerator was propped up with cardboard and almost fell on me when I opened the door.
Rooms were very nice and had plenty of space. Prices at the downstairs quick mart were really reasonable. The grill restaurant took a long time to bring our food. We were told breakfast was till noon but when we went downstairs we found out breakfast ends at 1130 and lunch wouldn't start till noon. At least close the doors if your restaurant is closed for half an hour.
Best Views in Atlantic City. Quiet end of boardwalk.
It was the Best ever the view was great I enjoyed the half bathroom me and my husband didnt have to have a limit in the bathroom Rooms was nice and big ocean view setting balcony was a gud size.....me and my in laws enjoyed the indoor game room and pool with the hot tub.....I def would go back and stay the next time I go to Atlantic City
Very nice.more of a family oriented hotel.good place to go and get away right by the beach.
I would not recommend this place to anybody stay away had security banging on my door at 11 o'clock at night telling me I had to leave because they didn't have a credit card on file I go down after them waking me up to show them that they taken the money out of my bank account 20 minutes of showing them transaction from my bank he hands me a $25 coupon off for breakfast for the next morning he knows damn well that the restaurant will be closed the next day this place is absolutely the pits I would stay far away this place is like a jail they have no idea how to run that they charge you I know the prices seem good but it's not worth the aggravation just stay away from this place in your vacation will be a lot better
Place is kept clean and spotless people and staff are awesome and it's close to the beach which are public but in a private way because it's not packed but so nice. And casinos are also very close love this place and for the price you will never complain.
I was pleasantly surprised! My view was just enough of the ocean and the city skyline. Loved the peace and quiet with the option of using the shuttle bus if we wanted to head to the boardwalk.
Rooms needed updated, but beds were comfy and had lots to do.
I enjoy the people at Flagship they are very friendly and the rooms are top of the line.
i own a timeshare at the flagship and the intention of this review to save one person from buying a timeshare not just from fantasea, flagship, la sammana or the altlantic palace but from any timeshare anywhere in the world. they have no value to the owner for several reasons 1) you can never resell them 2) the maintenance fees are usually more than you can rent a similar hotel on a discount travel site 3) change fees, rci fees, cancellation fees are excessive. 4) they never increase in value or are not rent able as some sales team will promise. the only value they have is for the owner of the timeshare or the sales team.
i inherited my timeshare and it provides no value. in the case of atlantic city, you would normally go out and gamble a little or a lot and as in my case, the revel, an amazing hotel gives me comp rooms several times a month. so think wisely before buying your timeshare and if you already bought one, note that you have 7 days to cancel.
A very pretty place nothing but very professional service time share
Room was very nice very clean . Felt that there were long wait times for elevators
Wireless not available in all places in the room. Bed looks uneven
The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Equipped with everything you need. It's a home away from home. The views of the ocean from the balcony is absolutely beautiful.
Nice place .nice location maybe needs a casino license there. And why not
I feel the breeze from the top floor .What a view. Wowwwww A very quiet getaway atmosphere you can enjoy sunset and sunrise. Double the Stay and triple the Smile . Love it
Very nice rooms! The views are beautiful from the balcony..There is construction going on right now but they are putting in a boardwalk so the end result will be awesome!
I am an owner at Flagship( Chairman's Status). I reserved my week in March of this yr (2018). I requested a Chairman's room by the elevator, since i am disabled. I was told that a notation would be put on my reservation. Then, I called about a month before arrival to confirm that I would have a room by the elevator, once again I was told no problem. One the day of arrival I called to make triple sure that I would have no issues. Once again, I was assured, no problem. Well, upon arrival I find out that not only did they not have a room by the elevator, they also didn't have a Chairman's room which I paid more for. Needless to say, that no one seemed to know anything and blames everyone else. Then one of the managers told me that he would place me in a Chairman's room on the 8th floor, which I found out later was not a Chairman's room!! Of course, by now I am beyond angry and upset. The manager said that he gave me the room on the 8th floor because it was closer to the elevator than the other room on the 17th, but guess what, it wasn't so why not just give me a room I paid for. He claimed he upgraded the room for me. Well, just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, i get into the room and there was garbage all over the balcony area, the curtains were ripped, the curtains did not close all the way (leaving a gap for others to see inside our room), water in the bathroom sink did not go down, room lights flicker horribly and the TV reception is horrible, the concierge whom I had several conversations with prior to arrival was suppose to have comp tickets for me, had apparently quit!! It took housekeeping hours to come clean and maintenance came the following day. No one in charge can be found. Left a message for several people that I was told would be able to help and were in charge, but here I am still waiting to hear from someone. My first experience here has been a total nightmare! I am hoping that someone in charge will read this review and contact me while I am still here. Customer Service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced!
We always enjoy our stay at the Flagship. Rain or shine always something to do. As an owner, we are enjoying owner rates as a resort hotel this trip. New improvements and the boardwalk is replaced after Sandy washed it away.
I had a wonderful stay at the flagship my first time there I was very impressed with the housekeeping staff they were very attentive the room was absolutely clean as a housekeeping executive supervisor you know I checked I couldn't find nothing wrong with the room the housekeeping staff the front desk staff the maintenance staff all on point I would stay there over and over again I have a timeshare with Flagship and I enjoyed my stay I am happy customer
Everything was to my satisfaction except the Tvs needs to be updated
This the worst Hotel i every stay at when you call down to 0 then never know what they are talking about. They put on the phone with security when i don't need to talk to them. It like the place is held together with bubblegum. I am not sure how they are getting there sales, I went to my brother house for a night to sleep over came back to the room the next day and the porch was wide open i called down and they put on the phone with security that had no idea. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. In-fact it should be bouldzie
Stayed here a couple times in the past couple of years and we always have a great time and the people who work here are very polite and helpful. Our room the first time we stayed was awesome and faced the beach and boardwalk and casinos . This last time we stayed the room faced the bay and the city so it was a pretty view but the wind was very strong and there was a draft that made a howling sound when the wind blew that kept us up sometimes as night, and the bedroom door fell off the hinge as well when we where there so not as nice a room or as big a balcony but still a great place. There indoor pool and jacuzzi was amazing perfect temperature and very clean with very nice pool attendants and clean locker bathroom, I also liked how the jacuzzi was positioned right next to the pool so I could watch my son from it. The c
Arcade was excellent, all the best games and cheaper then the games on the boardwalk, and the fitness room looked nice as well. This is a great resort, just wish they had a late check out, that was kind of a bummer lol .
you have to book for the pool but it closes a 6 everything is either booked out or closed smh not a good place if i could give it zero stars i would i came her to chill for a few days but i couldn t even do that because the food place was close kids couldn t even go in the play place and the pool you have to book
Great SCAM OF A bargain! Become a world traveler on a budget! BUT You actually won t be able to go anywhere. They want $5000 down and $1000 a month and then I can book 2 week vacations every year except everything is booked up I mean even Alaska in February! Timbuktu in August .. and I have never been able to use a single day of the timeshare. Four years later I am the proud owner of a $10,000 ID card with a nice picture of myself but I don t own anything and I can t go anywhere or use anything though it s only the $6000-10,000 ID card. good luck
Called a resort, but doesn't have the amenities of a resort. Electronics is outdated, no HD TV in the guest rooms. WiFi signal is too weak to support laptop internet access. No outdoor pool. Beach access is "down the street".... Located in a questionable neighborhood, not safe at night.
Service is always great, good hospitality, neat & clean everytime. Never any issues and the food is always delicious. Highly recommended
Good place good price just wish they hade a kiddie pool
Elevators S#@k...........They just want to sell you time shares. The Inlet DRUG infested area. Do not walk your kids around the neigborhood. I called -they over charged me on credit card. waited for 20 minutes on the phone, on a monday.
I would not stay ther if they gave me a week free. We left after the first night.
My boyfriend and I stayed two nights. I enjoyed the balcony view, staff was very friendly and rooms are clean and comfortable.
Room and view was beautiful. Would give 5 stars if not under construction.
Flagship resort is awsome! Casino, sports, hot tub, and swimming pool
Being an owner is not what I expected. The perks aren't what It should be as proposed to us in our meeting with sales.
The rooms were spacious and modern. The view is breathtaking. Plenty activities for the family. My kids loved the game room. The staff was very accommodating from check in to check out. I would definitely return for another stay.
Near the AC strip, clean, fair prices, opportunity to buy a timeshare!
The rooms were not clean it appeared that they haven't been dusted all around the lamps and I'm allergic to dust. Once stayed an eyelash was found in the bathroom on the floor and I do not wear false eyelashes! The beds were horrible that mattresses!
We love the room and the pool. They took away the family center and made it a fitness center, so if you have kids that is important. Otherwise it is a great resort.
This is our time share the staff is very attentive and great location our 1 bedroom is just so nice.
Stay here majority of the time when I'm with a large group. Never disappointed, worth the stay, close walk to beach and boardwalk. It's an easy drive, neat and clean. Staff is great, accomodate all needs and very friendly.
This was a nice resort it had an pool, jacuzzi, arcade, resturant but it wasn't open. The view from my room was amazing
We had to ask someone to come up to clean the windows on the inside, they were a mess. The restaurant was great, the pool was bad, no one there to control little kids. Otherwise, i spent 9 days there and it was quiet.
Excellent customer service. Rooms are clean. Alot of family activities. Will stay again.
This is my home property of my time share. Thus my experienced is always been nice and wonderful.
Great view but small rooms I would recommend this they have arcade vending pool
Our stay was really nice pool and hot tub always a plus for aching body however there was no sauna I was looking forward to a nice sauna everything else was really good enjoy the comfortability of the rooms the view was amazing and down the block it s a southern restaurant that will blow your socks off with their breakfast. Definitely became our spot.
We arrived Saturday afternoon about five. There was a serious problem with reservations. After waiting about forty minutes we were finally assigned a room. The room, 919, needs immediate updating. The kitchen table and the couch were both quite worn. The toilet in this room was quite low and not properly anchored. We are owners here and had higher expectations for our accommodations. The frontage road needs to be repaved before the winter. The lot adjacent to the Flagship is raggedy and needs some trees, shrubs and beautification. This business needs to try harder. The plus is they're reasonably priced. It would have been triple the price to stay at one of the casino hotels.
