Never visit 7th floor its fraud and scam they will try to force You overpay for "FREE" and "WON" travels

Room was nicely upgraded with a view of the ocean included is a kitchenette this studio was roomy with two queen size beds would stay there again

Great service awesome for kids so much to do. Pool playroom, arcade activities even a playground not to far away.

Staff wasn't helpful or nice at all! I can only speak for our room which was nicely sized but woefully antiquated. The view wasn't bad from our room but the railing felt loose and I wouldn't trust children on the balcony. The pool seemed clean and was a decent size. The walk to casinos wasn't to far but there is a area between the resort and casinos my wife wouldn't walk through at night. I'd probably give it 2 maybe 3 stars but the staff's attitudes just really pulled the whole experience down.

Great time in the pool, hot tub and soaking up the sun on the deck!

Far from the action, but they do provide free shuttles to most of the casinos. Building is very outdated, but and they are working on renovations, including the lobby and pool. Great views from private balcony.

Does not abide by the COVID 19 regulations; the resort is not operating at 50% capacity like claimed, thus the elevators are always full (you have to wait for 20 minutes) and the risk of infection is greatly increased.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. There are no vending machines within the entire resort, meaning you can't get anything to eat or drink at night unless you leave the building. The laundry machines charge you $2, despite being free at every other timeshare. WiFi speeds are terrible. The clientele throws parties late into the night, and the hallways reek of weed.

Very nice hotel . rooms are big and cleanhas a balcony to enjoy the. Ocean view.and has very nice bar great atmosphere .great customer service . defenally i would recommend it . come and enjoy your stay just like i. Did.

Beautiful place to stay at....could not be happier to be spending my honeymoon than right here! Already planning our family vacation for next year at Flapship Resort!

Hotel rooms are nice, the area around the hotel isn't great. Wish breakfast was included but the price was great!

Enjoyed the shuttle service around for free. You pay for wifi, but we were out most of the time and didn't necessarily need it.

I come here all the time very family friendly. This place has a arcade and one indoor pool and two Jacuzzis indoor/outdoor. They have indoor and outdoor self parking. There's also 2 restaurants that serves delicious food.The flagship has a Shuttle bus that will take you to the board walk or take you shopping. The hotel is under going a face lift but yet still beautiful.

I put up a reservations 2 and a 1/2 months before my stay I went to to check in There were over book God is not fair to me what wanting to use for the 1st time 5: star suite You guys do not keep your promise that really sucks .

I stayed at Flagship this past weekend and it was fantastic! The staff were friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the service was top notch. We arrived 4 hours prior to check-in and the front desk staff had no issue checking us in early.

I will never ever recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Our experience was like nothing I've ever encountered in my life. After waiting in the check in line not once - but 4 TIMES for a good 20 minutes each time - our room STILL wasn't ready. They kept telling me to come back later or they would call me when it was ready and they just never did. Had to pay for a room that we didn't get to check into until after midnight. And the kicker was when I would call to check on the status of the room, they started screening my calls and would leave me on hold for long periods of time and then they PURPOSELY skipped cleaning the room or supplying us with towels. Ive never seen such poor customer service skills in my life - especially from a "supervisor" named Dan. Was a complete ass. Will never be back.

Clean place friendly staff the suite was awesome with nice views only down side is their buggy elevator system

The service and amenities are amazing. Food was great and the views from my room were nice.

It was cold when we went and there was construction but hotel was still pretty nice. I didn't like their parking garage though. Very small spaces and was not well lit. I didn't feel very safe.

VERY relaxing resort. Rooms very clean. Staff are VERY accommodating.

This is not the first time I have been staying at this hotel. We are always welcomed, clean and comfortable, comfortable bed and good linen. I also note the well-coordinated work of the staff. The hotel is located quite close to the historical center. The price for the room is acceptable.

Nice place, room is decent, non smoking but the rooms don't smell fresh, Absolutely no late check out unfortunately, front desk were nice.

Fantasea is located on the broken portion of the boardwalk, and the parking lot is next to a liquor store. They charge you to park inside. The place itself is mediocre at best. The room had a funny smell and some broken pieces, batteries rotting in the remote control. My trip started with being put on hold for 26 minutes, only to leave a message and get a call back later. I needed to confirm and that's the quality of customer service I got to start... The elevators are slow, and the place in general needs a facelift. Would not recommend staying here.

Very run down! Very poor maintenance. So many things broken and no attempt to repair them.

No Boardwalk Access, 3 calls for sheets, Elevator went down for almost 2 hours, ruined only night out as my dad was stuck on 2nd floor and I was on the 20th, 3 calls and 2 times at desk requesting manager to contact me to discuss and NEVER DID!!!!! Loud AC Unit, Cheep fridge stuff kept falling out.

Arrived at 6:30 PM to a VERY long line I learned while mingling with others in line that their system is down so check ins are being done manually!!

I am still in line and it's almost 8 pm. I have tickets to the AC Comedy Festival which starts at 8 pm so I will be late!

I get that things happen but come on! Where is the "back up" plan? This sitiation situation certainly calls for "ALL HANDS ON DECK!" If check in is being done manually, why can't some of the staff handle it by coming to the folks in line as well?

Moreover, NO one and I mean NO one came around to let us know what is going on, apologize for the inconvenience, say they are doing all they can to get us through the check-in process, nothing!! A Manager, someone should be out here talking to us in the spirit of good customer service. I am annoyed and frustrated by the situation but having NO communication exacerbates the situation!!

No offer for a drink on the house while we wait! At least one drink per person. Come on!!

Their lack of "customer service" leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It is my hope that some "adjustment" to my bill is offered, at the very least! I guess we will see once I finally get to the counter!! Based on the lack of communication, I highly doubt it but I plan to ask for sure.

I'm back. I just witnessed THREE people who finally received their room key return to the front desk to say someone is in their room! OMG. They double booked too!! This is the worst check in experience! Simply incredulous!! As I close this review yet ANOTHER customer just returned to the desk and he is understandably furious! Their room is double booked as well!

Newly renovated, large balconies and huge rooms. Has a pool and activity center for kids. Best prices and only $13 uber to trop.

Let's just say I'm very disappointed. When I first got there outside looks horrible, front desk was very rude and short on my complaint. I booked 3 rooms under one name and was told all 3 rooms can't be put on the same floor which I never heard of. When I asked for a manager I was refused one and security was called. Then was told I had to pay a different price that flagship website where I used my card to hold the room with the price given. After telling them I am notifying corporate on this security followed me to my room. I was given the wrong room and ignored when I notified them of this, I brought a suite and was put in a studio. The bathroom tub was disgusting hair and dirt. Showerhead was spraying water, loose

Quiet location near the bay not far from Historic Cove at Gardner's Basin Village, Atlantic City Aquarium and Absecon Lighthouse. Rooms are nice, great service. Will visit again.

Stayed twice for cheer competitions. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the pool was closed our second stay. Nobody mentioned that when we booked or we may have opted to stay somewhere else. Super clean and quiet. We had a great ocean view from our balcony.

I don't want to give this any stars but had to in order to post this. This is a SCAM!! Do not ever attend one of their prize winning offers!!! They con you by offering free stuff which I never got to use. In 2013, I got scammed into purchasing a timeshare, around $4,000 down (or more, i have memory problems) and a few weeks later I became permanently disabled and spent months in the hospital and when I got out I tried to cancel this membership, but I couldn't! They were not accommodating at all and I couldn't get out of it! I never ever went on the vacations or stayed at that hellhole of a place. I gave them over $5,000 and owe another $11,000. They told me I had to pay it off in order to get rid of it. Meanwhile, I have thousands of dollars in debt from medical bills, how was I to come up with that amount for something I was never going to use? I already gave too much and never got anything out of it except now they tell me my credit score will show that I owe $11,000! What about the free money they already got from a disabled person and I never used any of their benefits. SCAM!!! DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!! They will rob you from money you don't have, how is this not illegal? Haven't you done enough??? You're killing my credit and I just want to try and live a normal life! You're criminals!

Great resort! Simply loved it! Carmel, Sal and Rebecca were so kind and helpful. It was perfect!

Lovely view, great boat watching, spacious, VERY clean room. Quiet end of boardwalk- the new extension. Comfy bed, they have activities, game room, sun deck and indoor pool. One of the nicest exchanges I've made through interval international. On site restaurant and cafe, 2 bars. Not great stuff is no draft beer, problems with the system, only bottled in the other bar, no larger size shirts in the shoppe, and Saturday afternoon music at the pool with DJ TOO LOUD!

Great place to stay has access to the boardwalk and nice walk to many of the casinos. Amazing ocean views and friendly staff.

The room I stay in was dirty. The center piece in the room was dirty. There looks like bird poop on the window as seen in the picture. I would not want to suggton this place to anyone....

Building is older but you can see the renovation work underway. Boardwalk extension is in the works, too. Very nice ocean view and well equiped room. Bed was very comfortable. Far enough away from the casinos to not have constant lights and noise, but close enough to be convenient. Room could use a TV channel guide.
