Was only there for a night so I didn't get to see or use most of the facilities. Room was nice, I think they could use better upkeep and a few "design" changes but that's just my attention to detail. Overall it was a nice place.

It had been a year since we've been to flagship the Improvement on the building are coming along nicely and the new 60 Lounge is a great place to cap off your night. we actually finished off the new Boardwalk that's out front connecting us to the Atlantic City Boardwalk all the way through the inlet to the Ocean Resort and all the way to the other end at Gardner's basin. connecting via the boardwalk is a game-changer and is bringing in a nice crowd. Our accommodations are always spot-on and we look forward to coming back to spending New Year's with the Flagship.

Honestly I am an Uber driver and I dropped off a couple guests there a few times. They have security at the door and you have to show a key to enter. Also their building a lobby bar that is looking good but still under construction. Only negative is that their still repairing or replacing the Boardwalk in the Inlet area so there were massive cranes just Out the front doors. I'd say summer of 2018 it could be a new hot spot in town for food and drinks and great views off the 7th floor restaurant and bar and pool deck

Terrible. Only have 4 elevators and it seems it takes about 5 minutes to get one and once you do hopefully it isn t full if it is you have to try again. Don t waste your time calling them. You will get put on hold then it will ring put on hold, I think you get it no one answers. Same for concierge.
Now the room...
Better hope you aren t above the 18 floor or you just got screwed.
Old school TVs from the 90s bed is uncomfortable, and there was black mold in the room like what? You pay so much for all of this. Heal hazard! I plan on calling the health department on them. Terrible deal! Then you luckily get a DVD player and then there is a dvd rental place, but oh no you guessed it DVD player doesn t work. I don t know who would ever pay to go to this place, if you consider booking here don t!
Don t waste your time complaining you won t ever get ahold of anyone.

The pool here is a lovely shade of light green. Until you get in it and realize it's actually so cloudy/dirty that you can't see your feet.
Or your shins.
Or your knees.
Or your thighs.
But you can kind of see the color of the swimsuit area of your waist. The outdoor hot tubs on the other hand, were crystal clear and just right temperature-wise.
Evidently some people are 'owners' of rooms in the resort and think they don't have to follow the rules that apply to everyone at the facility. They also think they are entitled to yell at staff and other guests, and have a temper-tantrum when rules are enforced. Some of the 'owners' also seem to think they personally own the bartender and are allowed to control who they serve and what other people are allowed to order or drink at the bar.
The staff here is super friendly. The beds are really comfortable. Great views outside. Overall cozy rooms. Definitely a place I want to make repeat visits to, other than the pool.

Staff very friendly. The place was clean, though under a lot of construction. Arcade games were working on and off, the pool was nice. Hot tubs were wonderful, they had live music on the weekend. Have a full bar downstairs and a restraunt open on weekends on the 7th floor. All in all a good place to go, Especially if you want to walk the boardwalk or gamble, or fish

These guys are time-share selling assholes. Read my story:

Let me begin by describing my wife and I: We are both are employed full time, combined income close to $100K per year, we own 2 properties, 2 cars, credit scores over 800, we vacation approximately twice a year and we go to Atlantic City about 5-6 times a year. Anyone would think that we are fairly good candidates for a program like this, that is everyone except a sales representative named Mr. Jenkins.

First, I had to take off of work and we had to arrange a sitter for our son. Then we had to drive almost 4 -hours in the pouring rain from New York to Atlantic City. Having to do all of that, we still managed to make it to the presentation early.

When we arrived, we filled-out some forms and were then greeted by Mr. Jenkins who took us to his desk. We had some small talk for 2 minutes when Mr. Jenkins turned to me and said, You don t look like you want to be here. I was a little taken aback by the tone. I told him that it was a rough trip. I told him that we are here giving him our time and we wanted to listen to his presentation.

He became quite upset. He then said, Look, I ve been doing this for 14 years, no-one is gonna tell me how to do my presentation. I told him that I wasn t telling him how to do his presentation; just that it was a long trip and we just wanted to hear the presentation. He became even more upset and said in a loud tone for others around us to hear, Like I said, no-one tells me how to do my presentation, you don t like it? There s the door. And he pointed to the back door directing us to leave.

I cannot begin to describe how insulted and intimidated we felt. We looked at each other and just got up and walked out. When we got to the car, my wife was in tears. We had never been so embarrassed in our entire lives. So, a day of lost wages, a sitter, gas, tolls and 8 hours of nerve racking driving and we get embarrassed and thrown-out of a presentation.

Then I got a phone call from the Vice President of the Company (Mr. Able). Would you believe that instead of just trying to make it right with us, he actually tried to pitch us again?

Do yourself a huge favor...listen to me...do yourself a huge favor; unless you enjoy being abused, don't, under any circumstance buy anything from these a**holes and don't stay in any of there properties.

This place is not as it seems. The website speaks of amenities like an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tubs and Spa, but cannot even deliver on working ice machines on each floor. My family and friends were there for a once in a life bachelorette weekend and came back more anxious and tired than when we left. During the booking process all the way through check in, there was no mention of things not working or places within the hotel shutdown. When we FINALLY figured things out ourselves, we were NOT compensated for the lack of services sold to us. We were told there was nothing that could be done and no refund could be issued. The beds and pillows were well past their prime. Light bulbs were blown out and outlets didn't work. These were NEVER fixed. Overall, I would not recommend ANYONE stay here and will be SURE my close friends and family will NEVER stay. The conditions of the hotel and its accommodations for the price paid are not worth it. Please don't advertise amenities like ICE MACHINES and hot tubs if they aren't working.

The staff was friendly.
We went for the indoor pool and hot tub and live close by. Didn't go for Atlantic City casino's

Sad to say the pool was big but cold temp it was disappointing because one of my daughters wouldn't stay in for more then a few minutes and this is solely why we came..I was cold from it both days.

The bed hurt my backl. We stayed two nights and each morning my back hurt. The bed was worse then any bed I've owned.
If it wasn't for those two issues I would for sure come back.

It was a huge suite for a good price and The views were wonderful.
The arcade was nice.
I liked the kitchenette came stocked with everything you need, just bring the food.
Overall it is a good price for being waterfront in AC.

Flagship resort is a nice and clean hotel but they are running a scam operation of selling deeds of properties to people . We were informed that we were lucky winners but there were many more lucky winners there . Please don't fall for the time share thing they are trying to sell you

I made reservations for Dec 23 and when I checked in I was told my reservation was on the Dec 21. Im very upset and wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with flagship resorts unless they have a hard copy or an email confirmation of their reservation and they refuse to accept what the customer says and want to charge for two days I was not even there. Bad business , Bad business.

Disgusting, the room was a non smoking. Well it couldn't smell more then a chronic smokers den. The beds where extremely outdated, to put it short this place needs to be torn down and rebuild from the ground up.

Just stay away, book somewhere else, there are plenty hotels to choose from. We stayed for one night on 12/29/2018. This is my personal opinion. Fantasea Resorts-Flagship is NOT worth the USD 89 dollars for one night, definitely not worth more than that. Room that we had, a studio with a double queen bed was not just old and outdated, it was not vacuumed properly, and location is very far from the main attractions (approximately 12 dollars taxi ride one way to the Caesar s Palace where most of the main attractions are, or a 40 minutes walk). The area seems dodgy to walk even during the early hours of the night. Parking garage was filthy and dusty too. And, at the time of our stay.. the buffet breakfast was below average. The reception at check in was the only good thing there.. they were polite and courteous. Other than that.. way below average.

The flagship is beautiful on the inside (rooms), but an older building on the outside. It's surrounded by a run down area (but with a new boardwalk) with lots of vacancy and construction. At least it's not too far to walk to the hard Rock from there on the new boardwalk, but the area around flagship needs upgrades, but I think Atlantic City is working on that (i hope so anyways, but overall it's not Flagship's fault). The only bad thing about my one night stay was that the elevators were slow and overcrowded, mainly due to there seeming to be 1 or 2 operating when they had 5 or so elevators. It took 10 minutes to wait for the elevators and sometimes it was full by the time it got to you. People were getting frustrated. Customer service and staff was extremely nice and I hope they upgrade the surrounding area and fix the elevators because I'm sure they're losing business, and have so much potential.

Hi, if you Reading don t ever stay on this hotel i m about to explain you the reason , I made my reservation on this hotel one month a head I had pay the whole thing and also has my confirmation number and all , we drove all the way from Florida to fantasea resort -flagship when we arrived around 4:30 in the morning me and my whole family were kind of tired from the drive ok top of that when we arrived at the resort we go to front desk the lady that was working at that night had a attitude Also my room was even ready they couldn t find the room I reserved a month a head before we even arrived the lady said we had to wait till our room was ready we waiting almost two hours for them to solve the problem some of the staff was rude and had attitude they gave us two rooms that they weren t the one we had reserved we were like ok whatever it don t matter we are tired and really wanna get in bed we went to the rooms and everything seem fine but in the middle of the morning we notice that that cealing started raining and the crealing started leaking i we told the front desk what was showing on and they said they could do anything but move us front room and I accepted and the room they were offering us it wasn t what I paid this hotel it s awfull don t ever come here there s nothing goood to offer in this hotel - resort and their solution for the whole situation was to put the matrix on the floor and That was all solution they did for us .

This Flagship is great. My wife and I have been visiting during the off season for 5 years now since 2010 and we love it. We visit at least twice a year during the cooler months. Let s be honest it isn t this big fancy sparkling hotel/casino like the others down the boardwalk that truthfully aren't very shiny anymore. If that what you want then that is where you should stay. The Flagship is more of a relaxed environment which is more suitable for families or couples just looking to relax. There s the heated pool and game room to visit as well as the restaurant, which I have to say in all our visits has yet to disappoint. I have a soft spot for this place because it s where I fell in love with my wife but I also fell for the hotel a bit as well. If you take the Flagship for what it is a little get away when you need it you will enjoy!

One word to describe the stay at this hotel: Horrible! My husband and I were on our first anniversary and The room we got looked liked we were in the 80s. Very outdated. The bed was hard as a rock, TVs resolution is 720p which is so low, and the bathroom tub had rust at one of the corners. We stayed for three nights and Housekeeping NEVER CAME. We even asked the lady if she was going to come to all the rooms and she said yes. Unprofessional staff. Elevators take forever to come. Not a good place at all, the display pictures are so misleading. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The location in AC is fine but because of all the construction in the resort the stay was not what I expected. The pool was down but they have you a pass to bailly pool but parking there is $25. They did not add anymore shuttles to the schedule to accommodate. The elevators were terrible trying to get one from the ground floor. In my room the TV in the bedroom and living room got different station. When I asked the desk they had no help.

Went for a supposedly complimentary stay which I was charged $19 which isn't bad, but then was charged $100. deposit that was supposed to be refunded after the stay and wasn't. All because the other party didn't show for a update tour, even though I was still told several times after, that I would get it back. All that money they have and I couldn't even get my $100. back. The elevators are extremely slow and confusing at first. Rooms are nice.

It's an okay place. Needs a lot of updating! The elevators, are very slow but that has to do with I'm sure of how many flights, and people that are on them. The staff is very pleasant.

I love the view, stayed last year also... a bit of construction is going on right now, so an interrupted sleep this morning, the elevator is a bit of a pill also. Choose your floor before you get on and don't jump up and down it will get stuck, ask me how I know lol.

We were overall happy with the accommodations. No major amenities available but to be expected with COVID-19. I strongly suggest bringing your own pillows. Also, we had two rooms aside by side and left the doors cracked and someone knocked on pushed the doors open asking for weed. Security was very quick to respond.
