Don't stay in this hotel, my stay was not a good one to say the least. Check in time was at 4 but they did not have the rooms ready and wouldn't be ready for another 3 hours. I had never encounter this type of service and they did not even try to make my stay better. The pillows are horrible and the showers head is very old with no pressure. A lot of the things in the room are broken as well. Spend a little more and stay at a better hotel. This hotel should really be a 2 star hotel. LESSON LEARNED NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS HOTEL!!!!
I get in room last nitgh late. This morning I check the balcony and surprise what I found. I call the from desk and bad service over the phone I went to the from desk ask for the pool and RK . they said everything is close information that they don't share when you make reservation and ofcourse they put me attitude at the from desk too and they reason why I called because they said they will charge $200 if you smoke in the room. It make me think never ever come back to this place. Because, they don't care about their customers only about money.
This resorts needs a lot of work. Rooms and TV's were outdated, old carpet and the elevators were slow and half the time 2 out of the four were out of service. Restaurant inside resort Blue Fin Grille couldn't even make a simply BLT - Tasted awful.
Wig head Alicia showed us her time share at flagship AC, the room had a musky sex smell and was humid and dank we did not stay in the room long spent more time lookin around Then to the golden nugget her hang out Alicia Harris is a regular there everyone knows her s she is easy nasty and common and a snake. Alicia will stay in her timeshare alone hunting old drunk white guys for casino money escorting and prostituting As Alicia has a call to guy to tell her where to get stuff and set her up with clientele nasty and easy FUN ! There is a game called try to get the wig off easy Alicia's bald head, she is the black girl with the harley davidson back pak and she always stays in the 0019 corner of the flagship. And the golden nugget call girl. Win points.
Nice place good views, just stay away from their sales people for timeshare it will be one of the worst mistakes of your life.! Pushy sales people, and an out of control Maintenance Fee that will definitely leave you thinking you signed on with an out of control credit card.
My family And I have our annual vacay here and we love it!! The experience is always good!!!

Room not properly cleaned. Found a slice of pizza in the microwave. Check in is ridiculous.
My family and friends came to stay here for two weeks.
Unfortunately, there are just so many more cons than plusses so let's get started with the facts:
CONS:
1. We stayed in two different rooms and both rooms required maintenance to come up. Heat was not working in one room, and the lightbulbs in the bedroom did not work at all and needed replacement.
2. Although they have a pool and hot tub, every single one of us got cut with their razor sharp floor of the pool and hot tub, to the point, my elderly mom was profusely bleeding just from moving to get comfortable in the hot tub, and we were informed that it was not the first time something that bad has happened, and yet they have done nothing to change it, and instead of caring about what happened, security came to just have us sign a form saying that we will not hold them liable, which I didn't sign.
3. I was having internet issues from the first night we got here, and I called about it, yet nothing was done, for 6 days I called continuously every single day and not even a return phone call from the supervisor or any follow up. No internet in the room was a huge negative for us as we were doing work, looking up stuff, etc. It was ridiculous what I had to go through and all the people I called to get someone up here to fix the issue.
4. Customer service is a real dissapointment, they don't even hide that they can't care less if you have an issue. It is very frustrating being at a place that has issues, and then no one who wants to help with issues that you do have nor even offer you anything for what you are going through. They are basically like "oh, that is happening, or that happened? Oh well, that's just too bad"
5. Resort Activities are limited, it's def. not a place for kids or families as well. Even for older adults, it's just not a place you can enjoy if you decide to stay for a day. We were told management changed and so they stopped many activities, which was such a dissapointment.
PROS:
1. The view of the water, Not all rooms have it, but we requested it, and that is what the one star is for. Just that.
We are leaving tomorrow, and in the end, I would not recommend anyone staying here.

Location is off the main boardwalk. It's a long walk or a jitney ride to casinos. Not sure the area would be safe to walk at night. The boardwalk by the building has been under construction forever. You have to walk city streets to get to the main boardwalk.
Close to Lighthouse and aquarium.
Rooms could use update. Need to have better lighting and tv's. Clean though. Indoor pool is nice. There are 2 bars/restaurants on site.

Love this place. Has a little bit of everything. But be careful booking through Expedia or any other booking site. I did and got totally screwed out of a lot of money and they wouldn't or couldn't refund me for 2 weeks!!!!! I flipped out and after almost an hour of back and forth they refunded me in 2 days. But flagship is cute, great rooms no matter what the size. Pool, little movie theater with movie showings. Restaurants and cafe. Little gift shop and every room has one or 2 balconies. Clean. Little eat in kitchens and robes!!!! I've stayed in the winter and in the spring. Both were great! Love this place to get away from the typical casino atmosphere but you're still a long walk or a short cab ride away from it all. Gorgeous views from the balconies. The entire ocean and all of a.c.
Stay away the place is falling apart tub dripped all night. Light bulbs out bad service at front desk elevators did not work. Wallpaper comming down . Followed by them trying to sell you a timeshare at this dump.
The resort was awesome but the pool was very small. Staff was wonderful and very nice

The complimentary wifi signal was pretty much inexistent. If i wanted a decent signal, i would have to pay for their premium wifi per daily usage. There was constant maintance in the hotel during our stay. We were woken up by power tools and loud bangs more than once. Towards the end of the stay, the water running out of the shower and faucets was coming out murky. We had to shower at a local gym our last 2 days. But the main reason i am writing this review is because i left valuable items in my room the day i checked out. I spoke with a front desk rep on 3 different occasions and they were absolutelt no help. I emailed the corporate office and didn't even get a response. This is how they treat their time share owners.
My grandchildren and I visited Flagship in Atlantic City. We checked in July 25th and checked out August 1. 2015. We had the time of our lives. The staff were friendly and helpful. When I requested towels they were delivered promptly. My grandchildren adored the pool. There is a gentlemen who works the front desk, I believe his name is Daniel. My hat goes off to him for he provided exemplary service. My husband and I plan to return the first week in September.
Staff is awesome. Had some glitches but staff remained professional and friendly. Room was awesome and clean. Can wait for the next visit!
The people who work here are ghetto. They advertised the pool, arcade and restaurants were open they weren't. They don't even provide a dolly for your luggage. I will never go back there. Any investors need to think again. I want to give them a negative star!
I needed a get away and a trip here was just what the dr ordered. The views were great and staff was attentive.

Drove 3 hours, just to be greeted by rude flagship employees. Filthy, smelly room; wet carpet; bathtub full of hair... AC not working... we waited in a hot room for over an hour not knowing whether we would be relocated to another room, nobody came or even called to let us know what s going on. We decided to leave then and there, unprofessional and very rude assistant manager couldn t care less about our experience. I wish I had taken pictures of the room, I was totally shocked to see such filthy place, especially now during Covid times. Please spare yourself stress, stay away.
My family and I had a great stay there. Rooms are spacious, all with balconies and good views because there are no buildings around. It also has game room, cafe/bar, business center and restaurant. Indoor swimming pool, and hot tubs both in and outside. Something to consider is its location, which I think it is ideal for those who want to relax away from the bustling casinos. However, if you still want to visit the casinos or the boardwalk, the resort offers a free shuttle service, or you can walk or ride a bike from the recently built boardwalk extension (about a half-mile distance from the new Ocean casino). You can even fish across the street. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.
This is a great place to own a timeshare. You must go there and see for yourself.

I stayed at the Fantasea Flagship for 2 days in February 2021.
In short, the TV remote didn't work so I had to call maintenance to repair it.
The thermostat was set at 80 degrees but was only pushing out cold air so maintenance had to return to change the filter.
In order to use the land line in the room I had to hold the cord in the receiver to speak because it was broken.
I didn't know the pool was closed for maintenance until I arrived. This was a HUGE disappointment!
The night before I left I received a notice under the door stating that the water would be turned off from 10am - 5pm the following day.
How do you spend the day at a place where you can't shower, flush the toilet or wash your hands? Lucky for me, this was the day I checked out.
There was a bit of noise from construction throughout the hotel during the day. Hopefully this off season work will address some of these issues.
I made my reservation the day before I checked in.
Prior to making my reservation, I did not see anything on the website about the the water being shut off or the pool being closed. Had I known in advance, I would not have chosen this location.
On the other hand, the room was clean, the view was good and I liked that the kitchenette had a balcony. Best of all, the staff was friendly.
My vacation spot every summer special on week for the air show. Clean resort. The restaurant have a good pizza and very convenience.

Been coming here for years & even with the boardwalk under construction I love being able to just sit on the balcony & listen to the waves crashing against the shore.
As an owner I was very disappointed on this stay , checked in sat Aug 24 and checked out Aug 31 and never recieved housekeeping for the unit I was in , and I called housekeeping and they told me that if they sent someone it would be a $50 charge or I had to wait for the schedule date waited 2 days and nothing I complain to from desk and explained my situation she said it was being brought to managers attention 25 minutes later I recieved a call that the room was going to be cleaned they were sending housekeeping no one ever came that day , I checked out and still waiting on housekeeping I am very disappointed and many regrets on being an owner in the flagship association things have to change need to get it together your are treated so nicely when they want you to buy and it seems like they dont know you after you become an owner another victim to the list , MR.SOTO
The room we stayed in was a little smaller than the typical hotel room you'd usually stay in but it had a nice size balcony and a kitchen with all the basic needs. The balcony had a really nice view of the ocean. We had no issues with any of the staff, they were all nice and welcoming.

Dirty, old, and smelled. Very disappointed. When my daughter tried to log on wifi so my grandson could do his school work she wasn't able to connect. We called front desk and was advised they would have to charge us for an upgraded wifi

Place has strong management and they run a professional operation here. Pool isn't the newest but it's decent. Restaurant isnt bad see had a good view.

Enjoyed my stay there. My room had an awesome view. The decor is a little dated but other than that things were fine. They also have free parking and I liked taking their shuttle.
Flagship resort was great, our room was very clean and very comfortable. The staff was courteous and accommodating to any request. This resort is in a quiet area which is exactly what we were looking for. The view from my room was spectacular. We are definitely going back.

We've been owners here for many years now and we love each visit! The staff are friendly and the owner is always updating the property. The boardwalk has been replaced, so you can get on it right out front of the building which is very convenient for bike rides. It's quiet where the property is located which helps you to relax. The shuttle will get you to the casinos without issue and it runs constantly. The restaurant provides a great breakfast buffet and the lunch and dinner menus are trendy and prepared well.
