Terrible! Bugs on bed, rude employee at desk. Will never stay here again.

I liked it because they are the only kid friendly hotel in A.C. . We went in mid march when it was frigid outside . The kids were able to stay in and still have a great time . They have a game room, arcade, theater which was closed for renovations, pool. All in all it was a great family outting.

Friendly staff, walk thr boardwalk to casinos or take the shuttle. Close to the AC Aquarium

Reservations are fraudulent !! Because when I took my kids down to the pool we couldn't go in !!!!! I had reserved a time for us to go and when we got there the lady there said we couldn't go in coz there were other people there already !!!! That the limit was 10 person's and 10 in there already!!!!!

I love this place and my view of the ocean was breathe taking

IN MY OPINIONT his resort is BS they lie to you..they get thousands for maintenance fees and dont buy back their property.. and give you all kinds of reasons why..you know they rent your unit for your week when you dont yet you don't get anything out of would not reccomend staying or buying there

Bad hotel. Unfriendly , unprofessional staff. Front desk told me my room was not ready when I arrive and after giving them lot of time at least 6 hours to get my room ready I was not given the room my reservation stated which is 2 double beds . In fact when I came back 6 hours later, I waited 30 mins again for them to find a room for me and when they finally did , I was given one full bed instead. The room and kitchen floor was nasty and smelly. I was so uncomfortable that I didn t sleep well and could not wait the next morning to leave ASAP. They also charged my credit card for parking even though I did not use their parking, i used Amtrak to go to Atlantic City. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I tried calling 7 times to speak with the manager, to let him know my concerns but they kept telling me he or she is not around , this is how unprofessional and disorganized this hotel is. Very stressful stay. This was my first time using Flagship Hotel, very disappointed , was treated badly and I will Not use them again. Stay away from this hotel!!!

The View off the balcony is lovely. The rooms very spacious & clean. and I love the sliding doors off the bedroom to the balcony no need for air conditioning! There is a constant Breeze

This resort is nice! The rooms are spacious and clean! Kitchenette is perfect for a week stay. It a short drive from the casinos. But in a decent neighborhood right on the ocean. I'd stay here again.

We have a spectacular ocean view from our studio deluxe unit. It was such a relaxing experience soaking in the Jacuzzi located on the 7th floor with my mom and her friend. Although the timeshare does not provide room service, they have a small grocery store on site where my kids purchased snacks. Can't wait to return in the spring.

Flagship is a decent resort my only problem is that it's away from the strip

The place is nice, open your screen door and have a very good view of the beach and a view of the hotel strip. Elevators are being updated and new system in place, but the elevators at times can be real slow. Staff hsd been very helpful and polite, plenty of free parking available. Would visit again.

The staff are extremely rude , this service is disgusting. Worst hotel I have ever went to in my life. Do not book my friends.

Easy location to access. Nice room. I had a bay view which was great. Likes the food at the restaurant and first floor bar area. They're making improvements everyday. Would go again.

Just wish they had Jacuzzi in the room but other than that great place.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. This place tries to sell timeshare. Different offerrings, but our big prize was airfare tickets. I asked if we needed to purchase anything to use them and we were told no. Big scam and a lie. Should be reported th BBB. What they don't tell you is in order to use the airfare, you must stay at one of their property or in their group with minimum amount of days ranging from 7- 14 days. They price the room per night about 2 to 3 times more than comparable places for the same date ranges. In essence you paid for the airfare, plus forced yourself to stay at their property. They make money either way and you spent travel and 2 hours on a timeshare presentation. "Property itself is outdated and needs many improvement which I can see in the 2 hour walthrough"

Cool place to stay. Nice view of the ocean. Loved it would go again.

Elevators slow that's the only thing bad about them

It's the most budget friendly hotel and we are also members of this resort. We stay there very often and have mad mixed experiences. The facilities are clean but the hotel could use a facelift. Pool is decent rooms are decent hence 3 star. The restaurant on the premises is a 2 stars for me.

Not really a hotel. They dont make up your room & you need to beg for fresh towels to get them. If you're not a time share owner they dont really care. Room was nice had a great view. Liked all the amenities & free shuttle which was nice. Add the maid service & it be nicer.

Terrible service employees are extremely rude, the rooms are nasty and smelly. Really not worth it, However, to each it's own. I know I will not stay at the Flagship or Fanta Sea resort or what ever they want to call it. All I know is that it is extremely poorly managed.

I love this place my aunt has a time share here. I come here at least twice a year with my family for vacation time in the summer. They have everything you need for your stay to be comfortable. There is a pool, gym, nightclub, mini store, game room for the kids and more. There is an itinerary for you with different events when you show up. There is parking on the inside and outside. They also have little kitchenettes in the room if you feel like cooking in your room a d dont want to eat out. One down fall is the elevator system is the worst, especially when it's time to check out. Other then that the customer service and service is on point. I'll be back!!! Next time with my friends.

This place is located right in the beach. It s extremely clean and well kept. There s ample parking in the garage which is complimentary. They have a small arcade room to take the kids to. A huge indoor swimming pool with an outside deck on both ends, with one of them with two jacuzzis. Inside they have a jacuzzi right next to the pool which goes from 3 feet to 4 1/2 feet. They offer complimentary towels as well. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are immaculate and the air conditioning keeps the room cold. We stayed in a suite which had two full size beds, which by the way are the extremely comfortable as well as the pillows. It also includes a eat in kitchen and big closet to put your belongings. I loved my stay here and would highly recommend it.

Horrible location Horrible amenities the rooms are outdated and need to be upgraded. The restaurant is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. We were there Monday thru Thursday so 2 out if the 4 days we needed to find someplace else to eat.

Upscale comfort at it's best. Clean! Has a kitchenette, cabinets , apt. Size fridge, dish washer, microwave, stove top, table with 4 chairs, sofa, tv, 2 king beds and a balcony with a view of the ocean and inlets around the city. It's just beautiful and peaceful. A great get away.

As a owner, I rented two room. One room was ready at 6pm, mknd you we had a 4pm check in. The second room wasn't ready until 730pm. Woosaaaaa . They took off 50.00 from one room.

Ridiculous! Unacceptable! They never return your deposit in a timely manner. It s been 18 days and I still haven t received my deposit refund.

It was nice room have a balcony was awesome but out of date. The hallways ceiling was crumbling and looked like water spot that look like mold growing.
Not close to the casinos but 10 uber.
Biggest problem is I have stay in 100s of hotels and if check out is at 11 why would house keeping bang on the door at 9 to clean the room. It is unprofessional if I checked out knock on the door and go to work.

Great place to stay! Great Staff! Amazing views! The only thing I would change is maybe more reinforced doors or locks to the balconys! Ours wouldn't lock right. If you are traveling with young ones it is kind of nerve racking.

Family has always loved the place for over 15+ years.

Went there for one week with my husband,,,we spent all day on the beach which was great but I tried really hard to like this resort and we just hated it. The service just wasn't good at all. The room was dark and only had 2 lights,, they didn't have any reading lamps if you wanted to read a book at night. The elevators were extremely slow and again just the service was terrible. I would never go there again. I usually don't like writing bad reviews but I just felt like I needed to do this.

Room was spacious, we had a good view. Unfortunately the resort is undergoing renovations so there is construction and the pool is closed

It's a high rise Atlantic City Resort with great potential. Some construction currently going on inside and outside. The Atlantic City Boardwalk is being extended to the Resort. Good bar and Grill with indoor pool. No gambling at this Resort but it's close to Atlantic City casinos.

It's a great het away. No casino, no random people. Free transfer to casino and resort in the area

Nice place but nothing to walk too and do other than a nice walking and bicycle path along the water and nothing else. Nice indoor and outdoor pool and a spa. The rooms don't have a full kitchen and stove which some families might like for the separation and convience. The bedroom is rather small and what we missed was a larger dresser. The small one with the TV on top doesn't do it. The biggest turn off for me was the patio, there is a concrete wall so tall that you have to stand up to see the ocean. Sit down it's gone along with the breeze. I have no desire to visit there till there's something to walk too.

Timeshare owner. Clean and comfortable rooms with kitchenette. Nice balconies with EXCELLENT views.

Rooms need a bad update and there is no 2 bedrooms the pool is always closed no good

I have stayed twice and the view Is always great. Nice rooms small kitchen if you want to make anything. Easy parking, nice place to stay. People are pleasent and helpful, a pleasure to relax and enjoy.
