Innovative Mortgage Solutions has been our go-to when seeking out assistance for our home investments. Over the years, they have proven that they are willing to go above and beyond to help us achieve our personal investing goals, and we don't hesitate to recommend them to everyone we know. Our most recent home investment had such a short timeline and they exceeded our expectations for service yet again. We can't say enough about Steven, Anthony and Kris - you have all helped us immensely over the years and we are very grateful.

I used innovative for my first mortgage application and had a great experience. Due to unfortunate circumstances, I needed to get a new mortgage on my house. After dealing with Michael, I was confident that he would be able to make something work for me. Not long after starting the process my file was transferred to Scott with no warning. I assumed I was still in good hands. As the deadline for closing my application approached I had to contact the office again to find that the mortgage insurers had denied my application. It was only within a couple of days of the initial closing day that Scott had reached out to ask pertinent questions regarding my application. I later contacted another broker out of Calgary (Danielle DeMarco) who asked the right questions and was easily able to get my application approved to keep me in my house. After this last experience at Innovative, I would not recommend using their services. I found communication to be difficult and almost lost my house because of what was overlooked in their office.

Such a level of care when dealing with such initiate matters. One phone call and they always took card of all my needs. I would highly recommend this company!!
