Location on Boardwalk, No casino, quiet to relax. Free Shuttle downtown for other activities. 1 bedroom is roomey. Wished kitchenette had convection oven/microwave to actually bake food...I cook when I travel, was limited to stove top cooking & wanted to make chocolate chip cookies. Free WiFi was spotty

I was very disappointed the last time I was there. The food is take out only. The pool was not open. There was no shuttle services. I was told that they are taking precautions because of the virus, so it's only 4 people to an elevator, but on my last day there, one of the realtors trying to sell a week time share to a couple basically forced his way to an elevator with potential customers while there was a family in the elevator, and the father figure did not want to endanger his family, so it was a total hypocrisy to say that the resort is taking precautions, but when there is a potential sale, the hell with precautions. I am seriously considering selling my timeshare. You still have to pay the full maintenance fee, but you're not really getting what you pay for.

My favorite hotel & relaxing place. Awesome prices. Good workers respectful. Clean. Lots of things to do. Cool for kids as well. Ensured safety and covid measurements.

Has a pool. The JITNEY bus stops at the hotel so you can easily access the Atlantic City board walk. You could also take an Uber if you'd want. The hotel has a pool which is fun, but can be loud due to families in the pool. I love the hot tub! And this hotel has the most amazing view of Atlantic City sky line. This hotel has a bar inside it, but I didn't try it out. It looked modern. Staff is friendly. Hotel also has its own parking garage so going garage into the hotel is really easy.

Nice hotel, decent rooms. I don't like the fact that they threaten a fine if you don't do your dishes. Shuttle driver, Omar the great, was an awesome guy, really helpful.

Good service all clean friendly people all compliment good hotel I recommend them to all good stay close to the beach

Wife and I love this hotel so much . We bought a time share. Its located at the end of the Atlantic board walk .

Not a bad hotel ... we had stayed here to attend one of those time share events . Good gym but not state of the art though . Visited this place during winter so didn't get to venture out more ! Their shuttle service was very helpful and was prompt.

When it is finished being remodeled it is gonna be really nice to always come visit here at the Flagship resort!!!!!

Not worthy of a star. Been an owner for 20 years first time staying there they need to give me my money back. Don't let the entrance fool you. I'm embarrassed to be an owner for that long.

Reasonable price food and general store, very clean.

They totally misrepresented what we thought we were buying calling our week "peak" time I would have never bought a week in AC that was
THE FIRST 15 weeks of the year or the LAST 15 weeks of the year

Visited my aunt. They were accommodating when she alerted them to the smell of smoke in her room by giving her another personal apartment suite. The facilities inside we're pretty cool, like gym, pool and arcade. Beautiful lobby.

Extremely long wait to check in. Despite that, room had dirty towels shoved into a closet. Half the lights and outlets didn't work.

I was so disturbed by the lack of customer service. My husband and I drove 4 hours and when we got there we were treated like we were a bother. The assistant general manager degraded me and was extremely rude. I would never ever stay here. The place was filthy inside and out

Dope place . Really cant complain wasnt sure what to expect. Totally was surprised . Full kit microwave fridge dishwasher cable couch in room 2 beds . It was great . Close to beach n boardwalk clean n safe

Not only are the amenities closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but the lower floors don t get hot water. We also only got one roll of toilet paper for the whole stay. Nobody came to add or replace anything either.

Not that clean..... rooms windows and sliding doors a mess..... haven't been cleaned in ages,and they have balconies ... service is subpar, and they been doing construction forever, but the rooms are mediocre.... I drove up in the parking lot, last visit,and a needle was right there as my kids got out the car ... I'll pay more for a better place next time

I was the guest of a friend for a night. It is a high rise that I believe serves primarily timeshare owners. Flagship is at the very end of Atlantic City near Brigantine. There is a new Boardwalk that will take you to the main Boardwalk if you are willing to walk. The boardwalk overlooks the ocean in a quieter part of Atlantic City which is a plus. Parts of the building have recently undergone renovation and I was told that the rest of the building is being done floor by floor. I was on the 16th floor and it was very comfortable and spacious though the rooms where we stayed were a bit dilapidated. However the elevators were well-designed and efficient. There is a minimally priced parking garage under the building, and there is a shuttle service for people staying in the building that goes to several casinos as well as the outlets. The building has an indoor pool and a gym as well as a small shop and a bar. I also had the opportunity to eat in the restaurant twice. The bar snacks and breakfast were both very good and reasonably priced. The flagship is a good option for people who don't require being in the hub of Atlantic City but if you were in one of the older sections expect for the Furniture to definitely seem older.

We rented two rooms for our party and both rooms were just as bad. The rooms date back to the 1980's. Bathroom tile and counters are outdated by 20 years. The carpet was ripped in multiple places and bunched in both rooms. The appliances are 20 years outdated. A sign mentioned that if you dont wash your glass before checkout you are charged $50.
The bed top cover was dirty.
The porch contained cigarette butts and bottle tops

Didn't enjoy our stay...We paid 250 dollars for one night stay and there was NO toothbrush nor toothpaste in the suit that we stayed. We felt like our money was just a waste.

We stay there frequently, great accommodations for a reasonable price.

I stayed as an overnight guest not an owner, but the view was amazing and the room was great, only thing that was horrible was the front desk agent Vanessa, what a b!!ch!!

A disappointment, no proper entrance to the hotel, not even handicap entrance or doors.

Run-down in every area, service is not accommodating and don't care about their customers.

Elevator system is screwed up.

But the location and price are not bad.

The only positive thing I can say about this resort is the amazing ocean view from my room. It was all down hill from there..
1. The balcony door continuously flew open at night with my young kids sleeping in the living area. I finally called maintenance and the only advice they gave me was to keep slamming the door until it stuck. How ridiculous is that. One time while I was on the balcony, the wind slammed the door shut and I was unable to open it. Thankfully the kids were still in the room and were able to let me back in. The frame and knobs were all beginning to rust.
2.The wallpaper underneath the window in the living area was peeling from the wall only to reveal a wall full of mold. Additionally, the window was leaking so bad, the curtain and floor were soaking wet and any shoes or bags we had under the window was also wet.
3.The thermostat would not work above 75. If it was set to 75 or higher, the unit would make a ridiculously loud noise that would prevent any normal person from getting any sleep.
4. We checked in on Saturday evening. On Sunday morning, another guest lost a few fingernails in the hallway. When we checked out that following Friday, those same fingernails were still in the hallway. That leads me to believe that maintenance didn't vacuum the hallway once during our entire 7-day stay.
5. The hotel did have COVID guidelines for the elevator but apparently some staff didn't care much for following it. The elevator only allowed for 4 people on the elevator (more if from the same family). I was on the elevator with 2 of my kids and an employee tried to enter with 3 people. That would've brought the total to 7. I mentioned this to the employee and after huffing, she stepped off the elevator. If guests have to follow the rules, the staff darn well better and with a smile.
6. The reservation system could be more user friendly. I was in a party of 5 so every time we wanted to reserve an activity (pool, arcade), we had to make 5 different reservations instead of possibly giving the room number and number of guests.

I can say without a doubt that I will not be staying at this property again.

For the money the rooms is very old. They have a old flat 32 inch flat screen in the suite area and in the bedroom they have a tube TV. Upon arrival there was a used rag in our bathroom "yuke" best part about the the stay is the view.

Great place, family friendly. Rates are decent plus you can stay for free if you do a timeshare demo

Ms. Franklin from customer service gave my parents the worst customer service. She was very rude and she should not represent this establishment. She is a very nasty ghetto human and should not be able to talk to customers this way. She did not listen, she over talks you. I have never experience any customer service like this before. Terrible Terrible Terrible

While I might not be into time shares, the facilities in the building, it's decor, and everything else is excellent.

One of my favorite places to stay. Cozy, spacious room, comfy bedding and it's tucked away from the action.

Stayed here for one week and enjoyed every minute of it. The rooms are spacious and clean and hours had a fantastic view on the 26 floor.

Cool elevators. Great security. Nice timeshare overall.

Made a trip from NY, to accept an offer won and all they managed to give me was a loss of at least $800 of expenses including a days pay from work.

Nice place. Facilities are being upgraded. Great quiet location to get quickly to Boardwalk to all casinos.

Not what I expected to get as owner..old room, no view, problem checking in..was not notified had to wait till 4 to check in..and elevators worse. Waited 10 to 20 min each time for elevator to arrive..

I was vividly impressed with this resort. Especially since it's in Atlantic city.

Can't really complain about Flagship.The hotel itself was pretty clean and the amenities were enjoyable. The only issue was the plumbing (the sink kept clogging!) and the WiFi, we purchased the premium thinking it was better quality and we never actually got connected. The WiFi kept saying error even after spending a good 30 minutes on the phone with technical support; I don't recommend even wasting your money on WiFi. Other than that I can definitely see myself visiting this pleasant resort.

Hated it..they say its a resort but really its a motel that they spruced up...i was suppose to go for a prize i won i didnt even stay to recieve it...it smelled and there was nooo tv...and horrible location..it too far away from the action

We stayed on the 32nd floor this past weekend. Our view was beautiful. The room was beautiful. Very clean, everything was modern. The beds were comfortable. The only complaint: the elevators! The wait time was awful! We waited 15 minutes one night!

Pool, restaurants not open. Have to wait forever for an elevator.

The resort is nice, not a great neighborhood though. Did not feel safe walking at night.

The resort is fairly far from many of the ac attractions but they have shuttles and vans that can take you to the strip. The resort itself is ok. It seems fairly old and not greatly maintained. The elevators are very slow. You can wait 15 minutes on the weekend. Didn't find the staff too helpful either. Beds, lighting, bathroom and kitchen are not so good either. Probably would stay anywhere else except for them being part of interval.

It's has beautiful views room service is fast and friendly the concier knowledgeable and helpful and offer a great shuttle rides and pick ups to I can't say enough good things about this resort

Very disappointed of our visit this time. The heat goes off and turns cold smh... Pulled covers back there was someone elses hair under the flat sheet... Woke up to make coffee and under the coffee maker was dust... There was a stain on the toilet seat. The refrigerator had some spots in it. We normally stay here when we come to AC however, we will consider other hotels. We recommended this place to plenty of our colleagues... We will be recommending them elsewhere now. The people that was next to us partied and smoked weed all night until 3 in the morning. Smh. Management needs to start bluelighting the rooms after the housekeepers finish cleaning the rooms. Im very disappointed this visit.

The rooms do need updating, as the other reviews indicate. The best part of this resort is the view from our 23rd balcony, where we could see both the inlet and the Atlantic. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean but sparse. The sofa is uncomfortable. The kitchen is fine. The van to the casinos is a nice extra....

Rooms are outdated and every year we have a timeshare that we bought for the last week of August. When we get there, there are still people in our timeshare and we have to wait a day before it gets sorted out. Obviously, the flagship is trying to make a little bit more money. However, our rooms are large and the views are beautiful.

Great location and I loved the views from my room. Employees were amazing in the kids area, but they seemed understaffed in the main check in. Also, the location was perfect for us but it felt much farther away from other activities compared to their description. I enjoyed walking the boardwalk, but it was much farther away from main attractions than I had originally anticipated. The facilitirds are nice for the most part though. Beds are medicore, but good for a couple of nights.

Wonderful hotel away from hussle and bussle or boardwalk but close enough to walk or grab a shuttle of Jitney ride.

It was a wonderful experience the rooms were clean the staff was wonderful I recommend it to anybody that is interested in a nice stay Atlantic City

Solid 3 star. Good amenities, but a lot of maintenance needs done. HUGE water leaks in multiple places, and just generally wore down furnishings and building. However, the location is great (right across the street from the beach, close to the main boardwalk), and they're in the middle of actually doing the renovations
